脑电信号的现代谱分析技术

脑电信号是非平稳随机信号，它的频域特性的正确表达及精度，相位信息的提取，瞬态波形分析是当前ＥＥＧ信号处理研究中的３个热点问题，本针对以上问题讨论了谱参量分析，双谱分析以及时间－频率域分析的原理，方法，并给出一些ＥＥＧ信号处理的研究结果。     

Linguistic Truth Values Lattice Implication Algebras

In order to study uncertainty reasoning and automatic reasoning with linguistic terms, in this paper, the set of basic linguistic truth values and the set of modifiers are defined, according to common sense; partially orderings are defined on them. Based on it, a lattice implication algebra model L18 of linguistic terms is built; furthermore, its some basic properties are discussed.     

An Interval-valued Fuzzy Competitive Neural Network

Because interval value is quite natural in clustering, an interval-valued fuzzy competitive neural network is proposed. Firstly, this paper proposes several definitions of distance relating to interval number. And then, it indicates the method of preprocessing input data, the structure of the network and the learning algorithm of the interval-valued fuzzy competitive neural network. This paper also analyses the principle of the learning algorithm. At last, an experiment is used to test the validity of the network.

准确性与重复性是水分快速测定的主要技术指标 ,也是目前水分快速测定仪普遍存在的技术问题 .探讨了以单片机为信息处理核心的水分快速测定仪的一致性检测问题 ,提出了算术平均值与递推估计相结合的实时信息处理方法 ,给出了实时信息处理算法 .实际应用结果验证了算法的正确性 .这种信息处理方法能够获得比有限次测量的算术平均值更准确的测量结果 ,具有较好的重复性 ,可用于其它测量结果具有正态分布特性的缓变量智能检测系统

浅议高校学报编辑的信息素质和敬业精神

编辑素质既包括以知识能力和信息处理为特征的智力因素，也包括以兴趣、爱好、敬业精神为特征的非智力因素。从当前高校学报编辑部的人员组成看，以知识为特征的学历资格和以能力为特征的工作资历一般都符合要求，而以信息处理为特征的岗位适应性，即编辑的信息素质却急待提高。至于非智力因素方面，由于当前高校管理政策的导向和市场经济、物质利益的驱动，如何发扬高校学报编辑的敬业精神，更是当务之惠。本试图从理论上对高校学报编辑的信息素质和敬业精神作一些深入讨论。
