Comparative physical mapping of rice BAC clones linked to resistance genes Glh,Bph-3 and xa-5 in Oryza sativa L. and O. granulata Nees et Arn. ex Watt.

Oryza granulata Nees et Arn. ex Watt. is one of the three wild relatives of rice,which are the most valuable for study and utilization in China.In this study,the homology and physical locations of three rice resistance genes,Glh,Bph-3 and xa-5 are comparatively analyzed between O.sativa and O. granulata by Southern blotting and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).The results of Southern blotting indicate that there exist homologous sequences of the tested RFLP markers in O. granulata.By using three bacterial artificial chromosome (BAC) clones scanned by the tested RFLP as probes, FISH signals are detected on both mitotic and pachytene chromosomes in O.sativa and O.granulata.Dual-color FISH demonstrates that two of the three BAC clones (14E16 and 38J9) are located on the short arm of the same chromosome pair in O. granulata. Additionally, colinearity is shown for the two clones between O.sativa and O.granulata. Another BAC clone 44B4 is located on the end of the short arm of other chromosome pair in these two species.Although the phylogenetic relationship between O.sativa and O.granulata is the most distinct in Oryza and these two species have evidently different biological features and ecological habits, the relative lengths and arm ratios of the detected chromosomes and the relative positions of the tested clone signals on chromosomes in O. granulata are quite similar to those in O. sativa.

区域创新网络内正式或非正式互动学习的存在 ,使网络内部各个成员的研究开发活动产生知识溢出效应。通过建立知识溢出效应模型 ,认为区域创新网络中知识溢出呈现螺旋上升态势 ;知识溢出带来区域集聚经济、规模经济形成的同时也造成区域产品雷同化和网络内部企业的竞争加剧。解决问题的有效途径是将知识溢出效应的外部性内在化 ,通过某种方式将外部收益或成本内含于某种经济关系中。内在化的过程就是使个别厂商的成本与社会成本相等的过程 ,也是通过外力对企业生产函数调整的过程。具体实施方式主要包括政府干预、产权制度安排和道德约束     

三车道元胞自动机交通流模型研究

在Nagel-Schrekenberg（NS）元胞自动机交通流模型的基础上，提出了一种高速公路三车道元胞自动机交通流模型．该模型中所有的车辆均遵循相同的演化规则，并允许车辆以一定概率换道．根据计算机数值模拟．研究了车辆减速概率、换道概率对车流量、车道利用率影响关系，结果表明，在相同情况下，此模型所得到的基本图显示出交通流量比单车道NS模型大，并且发现减少不必要的车辆换道行为可以使驾驶更安全．这些研究为管理三车道的道路系统提供了一定的参考依据．     

规范化实施标准化操作对搞好企业改制的重要性

简要探讨了企业改制过程中出现的一些深层次问题并提出了相应的解决对策。     

Integrated heat and power dispatch model for wind-CHP system with solid heat storage device based on robust stochastic theory

This paper built a combined heat and power (CHP) dispatch model for wind-CHP system with solid heat storage device (SHS) aiming at minimizing system coal consumption, and set system demand-supply balance and units’ operation conditions as the operation constraints. Furthermore, robust stochastic optimization theory was used to describe wind power output uncertainty. The simulation result showed that SHS increased CHP peak-valley shifting capability and reduced abandoned wind rate from 12% to 6%, and reduced 5% coal consumption, compared with the original system operation by flexible charging electric power and heating. The payback period of employing SHS in wind-CHP system is far shorter than SHS expected service life.     

Fabrication of homogeneously dispersed graphene/Al composites by solution mixing and powder metallurgy

Graphene-reinforced aluminum (Al) matrix composites were successfully prepared via solution mixing and powder metallurgy in this study. The mechanical properties of the composites were studied using microhardness and tensile tests. Compared to the pure Al alloy, the graphene/Al composites showed increased strength and hardness. A tensile strength of 255 MPa was achieved for the graphene/Al composite with only 0.3wt% graphene, which has a 25% increase over the tensile strength of the pure Al matrix. Raman spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy were used to investigate the morphologies, chemical compositions, and microstructures of the graphene and the graphene/Al composites. On the basis of fractographic evidence, a relevant fracture mechanism is proposed.     

Nanoengineering of amino - functionalized mesoporous silica nanospheres as nanoreactors

Selective functionalization of mesoporous silica nanospheres (MSNs) is crucial for nanoengineering of MSNs. Herein, we have combined “surface-protected etching strategy” and “cationic surfactant assisted etching strategy” to prepare functionalized MSNs with externally attached amino groups. The externally attached NH2 groups endow the catalysts with excellent catalytic performance for nitroaldol reaction between nitromethane and benzaldehyde. In addition, those NH2-MSNs can also be used to support gold nanoparticles, which display very good catalytic performance for reduction of 4-nitrophenol. It can be envisioned that the synthesis protocol developed in this work could also be extended to nanoengineered MSNs, which provides opportunities for nanoreactors design.     

Inconsistent idealizations and inferentialism about scientific representation

Inferentialists about scientific representation hold that an apparatus's representing a target system consists in the apparatus allowing “surrogative inferences” about the target. I argue that a serious problem for inferentialism arises from the fact that many scientific theories and models contain internal inconsistencies. Inferentialism, left unamended, implies that inconsistent scientific models have unlimited representational power, since an inconsistency permits any conclusion to be inferred. I consider a number of ways that inferentialists can respond to this challenge before suggesting my own solution. I develop an analogy to exploitable glitches in a game. Even though inconsistent representational apparatuses may in some sense allow for contradictions to be generated within them, doing so violates the intended function of the apparatus's parts and hence violates representational “gameplay”.     

汉语拼音方案的改进探讨

依据汉语拼音方案的特点、规则和范例，提出拼音拼式缩短的原则和方法。为便于音节识别，提出保持拼音声母以及韵母首字母不变原则，简称拼音首部不动、尾部变动原则；通过用g、m、y、q分别替代拼音尾部ng、an、ai和ang的方法，将汉字的拼音长度缩短为最长4字母。另外，首次提出拼写吕和女等字时用iw或者iv替代韵母＆#252;更为合理的新观点，以及用字母x作虚声母分隔音节的建议。改进的方案可以看作是对原方案的扩充和发展，也可以作为一种汉字输入法方案。
