Molecular cloning and expression of interleukin Ibeta (IL-1β) from red seabream (Pagrus major)

The interleukin 1β (IL-1β) cDNA was cloned from the red seabream (Pagrus major) by homology cloning strategy. A cDNA fragment was amplified by PCR using two degenerated primers, which were designed according to the conserved regions of other known IL-1β sequences, and elongated by 3' ends and 5' ends RACE PCR to get the full length coding sequence of red seabream IL-1β (RS IL-1β). The sequence contained 1252 nucleotides that included a 5' untranslated region (UTR) of 84bp, a 3' UTR of 410 bp and an open reading frame (ORF) of 759 nucleotides which could be translated into a putative peptide of 253 amino acids with molecular weight of 28.6 kD and putative isoelectric point pI of 5.29. The deduced peptide contained two potential N-glycosylation sites and an identifiable IL1 family signature, but lacked the signal peptide and the clear ICE cut site, which were common in other nonmammalian IL-1β genes. The RS IL-1β had the highest homology with piscine IL-1β according to phylogenetic tree analysis.     

Development of Full Automatic External Welding Machine for Annular Welds of Pipeline

To meet the demands of rapid development of pipeline constructions in China, a complete set of full automatic external welding machine for annular welds of pipeline and welding procedure have been developed thereof. The system has been applied in the “West-East Pipeline Project” and its performance is proven. With this welding machine the welding parameters can be either preset before or adjusted in real time during the welding process, which avoids the blemishes of same type domestic and international products. Thus it is best propitious to in-situ construction conditions and workers‘ technical level in China. In this article the development of mechanical and control systems of this product is introduced and typical welding procedure parameters are provided.     

制备介孔复合环境材料的酸洗刻蚀工艺

探索了一种制备介孔复合环境材料的方法--破坏式造孔与有机复合相结合,使最终产品可大量吸附污染水体中的各种污染物并具有一定的杀菌功能.该方法通过酸洗刻蚀,达到了去除原材料中的杂质和刻蚀孔径的目的,所制备的中间产品24h吸湿率为原材料的2倍,染料吸附量为原材料的1.6倍.     

极低硫钢的精炼脱硫动力学模型

通过对影响脱硫反应限制性环节的分析,将持续接触和瞬时接触两种反应模式综合考虑,建立了精炼脱硫动力学模型,并通过实验室"极低硫钢精炼脱硫"实验数据对模型进行验证.结果表明,本模型的预测结果与实验结果比较吻合.     

峰谷电价体制下东北输油管网日输油优化研究

东北原油长输管网是中国规模最大的地区性原油运输系统，就该管网基于峰谷电价体制下的运行现状，建立了线性规划数学模型，提出了日输油计划优化问题，并以铁秦线为例进行分析；初步揭示了峰谷电价体制下日输油计划方式的一些基本规律， 表明在该体制下东北管网具有一定的节能降耗潜力。但该方式在一定程度上受到管道本身运行特性的约束，与热油管道相比它更适合于等温管道。

海洋光学遥感技术的发展和前沿

空间遥感与信息技术已经发展成为满足人类对海洋资源和环境不同尺度和不同层次连续、动态的信息需求的必要手段。海洋光学遥感在实施大范围海面瞬间信息监测、数年至几十年长序列全球海洋数据采集等方面，发挥了常规调查方法所不能替代的优势。从20世纪70年代开始，国际上发展了利用测量离水辐射率的原理，用现代的卫星遥感技术来实时监测海洋水色环境。80年代以来，我国对该项高技术也十分重视，并有了长足进展。文章回顾我国近20年来海洋光学遥感技术的发展；讨论了当前国家在海洋权益、防灾减灾、海洋资源管理和开发等方面的进一步需求；论述了该技术在环境监测应用导向下的前沿，如：高精度分析和定量化、高频率长序列监测和业务化趋向、多平台监测数据同化和核心技术合成。     

Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 钱氏吴越国与日本的交往及其在中日文化交流史上的地位

五代十国时期,钱氏吴越国积极发展与日本的关系,但日本国对此却持消极的态度,双方的交往主要通过民间进行,局限在经济、文化领域。研究表明,此间中日交流出现了新的动向,即从以前中国方面的单方输出、日本方面的积极接受,开始变为中日双方的双向交流。尽管此时日本的"逆输出"在质和量上都不足道,但这毕竟是值得注意的历史现象,也可称为中日文化交流史上的一个转折点。     

西藏高山草原土放线菌研究初探

本文采用常规方法研究西藏6个分布于海拔4,240～4,850m 的高山草原土的放线菌数量,对从6个土样中分离纯化所得的454株放线菌中选出具有代表性的84株菌进行分离鉴定。结果表明:西藏同一土类不同土样中放线菌数量差异很大;84株代表性菌可分为9个属,链霉菌属(76.2%)占优势。
