抗生素发酵微型机集散式测控系统

文章主要介绍了一种抗生素发酵集散式测控系统。该系统采用高档微型机以及ＳＴＤ总线工业控制机组成分级分布式结构，实现了土霉素发酵过程的各种工艺参数检测以及对发酵液温度、ｐＨ值和补料量的控制。     

全毛针织绒线绞纱防毡缩及其染色工艺

论述了全毛针织绒线绞纱氯化一树脂防缩法．用二氯异氰脲酸盐作为释氯剂，阳离子自交联非硅聚合物为树脂，通过释氯剂的不同用量及处理浴的ｐＨ值和温度变化，研究全毛针织绒线的处理效果．得出采用３％释氯剂滴加（处理浴ｐＨ值为４．５、温度为３０℃）和３％树脂进行绞纱防缩处理，防缩效果达到了国际羊毛局机可洗的标准．选用适当的染料（兰纳素和兰纳洒脱染料），试验释氯剂对色变的影响；对不同的颜色，根据释氯剂对其影响程度的大小，采用不同的处理顺序（先氯化处理后染色或先染色后氯化处理）．对先氯化处理的全毛针织绒线染色性能的研究结果表明，适当地提高染浴的ｐＨ值，降低染浴的始染温度，必要附加入适当的释酸剂控制染浴的ｐＨ值，有利于染色的均匀．防缩后的全毛针织绒线的色牢度符合国际羊毛局机可洗的色牢度要求．     

磷酸亚铁铵微肥的研制

本文对高浓度微量元素复肥磷酸亚铁铵（ＦｅＮＨ４ＰＯ４，Ｈ２Ｏ）的生产方法及工艺条件进行了研究．以萃取磷酸，工业废硫酸亚铁及氨水为原料．通过正交试验推荐最优工艺条件是：磷酸和硫酸亚铁的摩尔比为１．５：反应温度为８０℃；反应时间为１小时：反应最终控制的ｐＨ值为６．在此条件下，铁的转化率可大于９５％；磷酸亚铁铵的生成率大于９０％．     

啤酒发酵微机测控系统

首先分析温度、压力对发酵过程的影响，然后根据发酵工艺曲线及发展规划提出控制方案，并加以实施．整个测控系统实测指标：测量精度为温度±０．１℃，压力±０．５％，液位±０．５％；控制精度为温度±０．３℃，压力±０．６％．     

犁头霉菌培养制备壳聚糖

利用液体培养其摇瓶培养犁头霉属真菌，对培养条件进行了优化，发现培养温度、时间以及ｐＨ值等因素对壳聚糖产量产生明显影响。结果表明：ｐＨ值影响壳聚糖的脱乙 酰程度，ｐＨ值控制在４．５可获得９０％以上的脱乙酰度；控制２８～２９℃的培养温度和ｐＨ值５．０，可使壳聚糖的收率达到７８０ｍｇ／Ｌ，发酵法生产的壳聚糖成膜后，与酸碱处理甲壳索得到的产品的微观结构上存在显著差别。     

大港油田自来屯掺水管线成垢机理的静态研究

针对大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水系统水质矿化度高、结垢严重的特点，在对大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水系统水质及垢样组成的分析基础上，从温度升高，ｐＨ值、各种成垢离子含量、矿化度、管壁粗糙度等因素对成垢量的影响及结垢过程中溶液ｐＨ值的变化进行了详细研究，温度升高，ｐＨ值增大及重碳酸根离子含量增大结垢量明显增加．特别是ｐＨ值增大，成垢量增加更为显著．该实验结果为大港油田枣园地区自来屯掺水管线成垢量的预测、阻垢和清垢提供了依据     

基于ATmega16的pH参数在线测控仪设计

为了在线连续准确测量水体溶液中的氢离子浓度(pH值),为各种生产过程提供准确、可靠的工艺参数,设计了新型pH参数在线测控仪.分析了化学分析法、试纸分析法和电位分析法测量pH值的原理和各种测量方法的优缺点,以及电位分析法测量pH值时环境参数对测量结果的影响和软硬件补偿方法.以电位分析法为基础,应用新材料技术的成果,自制了新型一体化酸度传感器.并以新型高速单片机———ATmega16为核心,设计了具有数据采集与处理、现场控制与远程通信等功能的测控仪表.经实际使用表明,用电位分析法测量各种水体溶液的pH值,可以做到在线实时测量,测量结果准确可靠.以ATmega16为核心的测控仪表,性能先进、抗干扰能力强,可以满足各种工业现场应用的要求.该pH参数在线测控仪已应用到多个工业企业的日常生产过程中,应用前景广泛.     

D_＋－葡萄糖在Pb－Zn合金电极上电化学还原的研究

本文报道以Ｐｂ－Ｚｎ合金为阴极材料，在隔膜槽中电化学还原Ｄ＋－葡萄糖制备山梨糖醇的主要工艺条件．测定了阴极材料、电流密度、溶液ｐＨ值、浴温度及添加剂等对电解还原电流效率的影响，为选择合适的工业电解条件提供基础数据．     

影响大豆蛋白质提取率的主要因素

本文采用了与大豆蛋白质提取的传统方法不相同的工艺条件，将离子强度及酸度作为主要控制因素，得到了在离子强度为０．６的ＮａＣｌ溶液中、提取温度为４５℃、ｐＨ值为６．４时豆粕中蛋白质的萃取率为最好；当ｐＨ为４．９时，大豆蛋白质的凝聚沉降率为最好的结论。从而提高了大豆蛋白的提取率及产品的纯度．     

计算机在化工生产过程中PH值控制的应用研究

在化工生产过程中，有些化学反应需要在一定的ｐＨ值下才能顺利实现．而溶液的ｐＨ值受许多因素的影响，它随酸碱浓度的变化呈严重的非线性反应，因而在各种不断变化的生产环境下，保持溶液ｐＨ值的稳定不是一件容易的事情。本文介绍了电镀生产过程中，如何采用计算机对镀镍液的ｐＨ值进行控制的一种应用研究．我们在五羊自行车厂电镀车间用计算机采用大林算法对镀镍液的ｐＨ值进行控制，以代替原来的人工控制，取得了相当满意的效果。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
