HPLC法测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷的含量   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的:建立测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷的含量测定方法.方法:用HPLC方法对测定银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷进行含量测定研究.色谱柱采用Diamonsil C18(200×4.6 mm 5μm),以甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(52∶48)为流动相,检测波长为360 nm;流速为1.0 mL/min.结果:槲皮素在0.174-0.870μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=5),山柰素在0.117-0.585μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 8,n=5),异鼠李素在0.040 8-0.204μg线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=5);槲皮素、山柰素、异鼠李素的平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.96%、99.24%、100.46%.结论:本方法操作简便,重现性好,专属性强,可作银杏叶提取物中总黄酮醇苷的质量控制方法.  相似文献

建立高效液相法同时测定昙花中含槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素的量.运用Diamonsil C18色谱柱为分析柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(55∶45)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为360 nm.测得槲皮素在5.5~88μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=6);山奈酚在4~64μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=6);异鼠李素在6.5~104μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9(n=6),三者的回收率分别为(99.84±0.23)%(RSD=0.24%)、(100.20±0.52)%(RSD=0.38%)、(99.99±0.12)%(RSD=0.11%).槲皮素、异鼠李素和山奈酚的量分别为0.05、0.026、0.039 mg/g.本方法可同时测定昙花中槲皮素、异鼠李素和山奈酚,操作简单、灵敏、重复性好,适用于昙花及其制剂的质量控制.  相似文献

目的:建立高效液相色谱测定乌药叶中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱(ZORBAX ECLIPSE XDB-C18,150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇∶0.4%磷酸=50∶50为流动相,流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:360 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:槲皮素在0.129μg~1.29μg内线性关系良好(r2>0.9999);重复性RSD为4.2%;平均加样回收率为101.0%,RSD为2.37%。结论:该方法专属性强,简便快捷,结果准确,可用作乌药叶槲皮素的含量测定。  相似文献

建立同时测定槐角中4种黄酮苷元组分(槲皮素、染料木素、山奈素、异鼠李素)的高效液相色谱测定方法.采用分离柱Hypersil BDS C18(25 cm×4.6 mm ID,5μm);主泵压力9 MPa;流动相为甲醇∶水∶磷酸(48∶52∶0.3);流速0.8 mL.min-1;检测器为VWD紫外检测仪,波长254 nm,灵敏度0.04AU;柱温45℃.槲皮素在0.029~0.285μg、染料木素在0.030~0.300μg、山奈素在0.031~0.305μg、异鼠李素在0.024~0.240μg线性关系良好,r分别为0.999 7、0.999 5、0.999 8、0.999 8.4种组分平均回收率为98.9%、99.2%、98.3%、98.8%,RSD分别为0.62%、0.86%、1.28%、0.82%(n=9).结果显示,该方法同时测定4种有效成分,简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,重复性好.  相似文献

目的:建立高效液相色谱测定沙棘籽粕中槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素含量测定方法.方法:采用Kromasil C18(4.6㎜×250㎜,5μm)色谱柱,流速1 mL/min.流动相:甲醇-水(含磷酸0.04%)为50∶50;检测波长为360 nm;柱温35℃.结果:3种成分均达到基线分离,槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素的线性范围分别为0.0895~1.79μg(r=0.9998),0.0565~1.13μg(r=0.9999),0.088~1.76μg(r=0.9997);回收率为100.7%(RSD=2.1%),98.5%(RSD=1.7%),100.5%(RSD=1.5%).结论:此方法简便、重现性良好、结果准确可靠,可用于槲皮素山柰酚和异鼠李素的含量测定.  相似文献

建立舒血宁注射液中黄酮和萜类内酯的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:依利特C18(150 nm×4.6 nm,5μm);流动相分别为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(47∶53)、四氢呋喃-甲醇-水(3∶7∶17);流速分别为0.8 mL.min-1、0.5 mL.min-1;检测器分别为紫外检测器(检测波长360 nm)、示差检测器;柱温均为45℃.结果3种黄酮和4种内酯均能达到较好的分离效果,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.68%,99.14%,97.82%,98.99%,98.30%,99.37%,98.10%,RSD分别为0.87%,1.21%,0.94%,0.55%,0.83%,0.88%,1.22%,精密度良好。该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为银杏叶注射剂的质量控制的有效方法。  相似文献

建立了复方岩白菜素片中岩白菜素含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法.采用色谱柱Diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),柱温为30℃;流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(水)=15∶85;流速为1.0 m L·min-1;检测波长272 nm.研究结果表明:岩白菜素在28.32~226.56μg/ml的范围内呈良好的线性关系,样品平均回收率为100.86%,RSD=0.89%.该方法操作简便,快速,具有良好的稳定性和重复性,适用于复方岩白菜素片中岩白菜素含量测定.  相似文献

目的:建立黑荞麦中黄酮苷含量测定方法.方法:微波萃取高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:Shmadzu Shim-pack-vp-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇(0.02mol/L)-磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节PH=3.0)(80:20),流速:1.0 m L/min;进样量:10μL.结果:线性范围为40-280mg/L,加标回收率为99.5%-100.2%,精密度为RSD=0.76%(n=6).结论:该方法不仅节省时间,重现性好,而且精密度高,为黑荞麦中黄酮苷的开发利用和含量的测定分析提供参考依据.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
