针对高校机械类专业精密机械系统相关课程的实验教学需要,以"直线位移精密工作台"为基础,研制了精密机械系统综合实验装置。该综合实验装置不仅可以完成精密传动、精密运动测量和电机驱动等单独实验,也可以完成体现光机电一体化综合知识的精密运动控制实验。该实验平台采用CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)光栅位移测量装置以及计算机控制系统,可以让学生在已有实验平台上进行主动设计,完成精密运动测量和运动控制实验,从而培养学生的动手能力和创新能力。  相似文献

采用步进电机驱动的摩擦传动微进给机构   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
为解决微小型机电系统大行程、高精度进给的问题,设计实现了一种由旋转电机驱动的摩擦传动微进给机构。采用对称预紧设计使加于摩擦传动主支承轴承上的预紧正压力的合力为零、从而减少传动误差。当步进电机采用5万步/转细分驱动时,经减速比为10:1的摩擦传动机构,输出直线位移分辨率可达到0.16μm。位移测试实验显示该摩擦传动微进给机构具有可靠的运动传递性能,系统的位移输出特性基本上取决于所采用的步进电机及细分驱动电路的特性。进给速度可通过改变驱动脉冲的频率调节,机构在高频驱动大位移动作时亦表现出准确的步进特性,可用于小型机电系统的开环进给驱动。  相似文献

为了获得满意的运动精度,针对以往直线电机进给系统研究中被忽略的机械系统动态特性,利用达朗贝尔原理建立了机械系统的动力学模型,对直线电机进给实验台的机械系统动态特性及影响因素进行了理论分析和实验测试,同时分析讨论了机械系统频率特性对进给系统运动精度的影响。结果表明:尽管直线电机进给系统机械环节结构简单,但依然具有复杂的动态特性,影响系统运动精度;伺服控制速度环增益越高,机械系统进给方向固有频率越高;随着进给速度的提高,工作台各方向振动频率与幅值均增大,当速度提高1倍时,俯仰振动和偏摆振动致使工作台产生的位移波动增大2倍。  相似文献

为提高球栅阵列(BGA)芯片封装设备的封装精度和效率,构建高速高精直线电机运动平台,文章分析了永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)的构造特点及数学模型,并在此基础上建立了直线电机伺服控制系统模型;采用全闭环伺服控制方式和PID+速度/加速度前馈的复合控制算法,研究复合控制算法对系统控制精度的影响。利用激光干涉仪测量该平台的X轴和Y轴定位精度分别为28.3μm和35.0μm,通过分段线性误差模型对平台的系统误差进行补偿,补偿后X和Y轴的定位精度比未补偿前分别提高了84.8%和77.2%。  相似文献

针对机床实际铣削过程中进给系统受多源、多频扰动影响,特别是直驱进给系统由于"零传动"特性,运动精度受外界扰动影响更为显著的问题,研究了机床加工过程多源扰动机理、频谱特征及其影响下直线电机进给系统推力电流频谱特性,综合分析了铣削过程中刀具-主轴系统的多源扰动,建立了考虑刀具偏心跳动的铣削力模型、主轴离心力模型、主轴轴承振动模型,并分析多源扰动频谱特性。表征了多源扰动激励下直线电机进给系统输出位移波动特性,并在直线电机驱动的VMC0865机床上完成单轴进给切削实验。实验结果表明:在进给速度为1 500mm/min、主轴转速为5 000r/min、切宽为2mm、切深为2mm的情况下,X轴位移波动均方值从0.36μm增加到0.81μm,推力电流均方值从0.94A增加到1.15A;推力电流增加了主轴转频及其倍频、分频、边频的谐波成分;切削力会影响进给系统运动精度,从而影响零件加工质量和加工精度,验证了切削过程对直线电机进给系统推力电流频谱特征的影响;对比了不同切削参数对进给系统推力电流频谱特征的影响,明确了主轴转速是对推力电流频谱特征最为显著的切削参数。该研究对于直驱进给系统控制算法改进与加工参数选择具有重要指导意义。  相似文献

设计了一种集磁悬浮技术和线性驱动技术为一体的微电子设备用进给机构。此机构采用直线同步电机,对悬浮的平台进给机构提供驱动力,实现了平台进给机构在水平和垂直两方向的无接触支撑和导向。文中对磁悬浮平台进给机构产生的悬浮力和直线电机产生的推力进行了分析计算。此进给机构具有响应速度快、刚度高以及定位精确的特点,能够满足微电子设备高精度、高效率和超洁净加工的需要。  相似文献

本文叙述了对数控钻床开环进给系统的传动设计及其驱动系统硬件电路与主要传动部件滚珠丝杠的设计计算过程。为实现在同一面上加工随机分布的各种孔,设计内容包括自动进给系统的总体结构设计、自动控制系统设计与零部件的设计、验算与选择,并应用单片机对数控系统进行驱动控制设计,实现了两个步进电机的选择控制。文中从机床进给系统的设计角度,初步完成了数控钻床进给系统的设计过程。今后将对该控制系统在精确控制的性能问题上进行完善性的工作,以便有效地完善数控钻床在高速和高精度条件下的微细孔机械加工能力。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
