Tencel是一种全新的纤维素纤维.转杯纺Tencel针织纱条干好、棉结和粗、细结少,有利于突出其针织产品的风格特征.分析了在转杯纺设备上纺制27.8tex Tencel针织纱的工艺要点及降低断头率的措施.给出了各工序的主要纺纱工艺参数.并与环锭纺27.8tex Tencel针织纱作了质量对比,结果表明:除了强力稍低外,其它质量指标均较相同号数的环锭纱好。  相似文献

This paper deals with the tensile behaviour of rotor spun yarns. Having regard to the spe-cial construction of rotor spun yarn, some modifications for Hearle's theory have been made inorder to apply Hearle' s theory to rotor spun yarn. The paper then goes into calculating thetensile curve and investigating the effect of main parameters and spinning conditions on thetensile behaviour of rotor spun yarn. It was found that the following facts are noteworthy forimproving the mechanical properties of rotor spun yarn: (1) Selecting suitable navel so as tocontrol the P. T. E. length within a reasonable range. (2) Improving the design of single fibresupply device to decrease the amount of spoiled fibre and hence increase the effective fibrelength. (3) Increasing spinning yarn tension without yarn break to enhance the fibre migrationratio. (4) For the rotor spun yarn of industrial use, it is the way to increase the yarn strengththat the rotor groove should be designed with the groove angle beneficial to decrease the yarnspecific volume.  相似文献

Yarn quality characteristics are affected by processing parameters. A 36 tex rotor spun yarn of 50/50 Basofil/ cotton (B/C) blended yarn was spun, and the spinning process optimised for rotor speed, opening roller speed and twist factor. Selected yarn characteristics were studied during the optimization process. During the optimizations process yarn elongation and hairiness reduced with increase in rotor speed. Tenacity increased with increase of rotor speed. The increase in TF caused tenacity and CV of count to increase up to a peak and then started to decrease with further increase of TF.While TF caused an increase in yarn hairiness, elongation decreased to a minimum level and then started to increase with further increase of TF. CV of count and hairiness increased with increase in opening roller speed, but tenacity and elongation decreased with increase in opening roller speed. The optimization process yielded the optimum levels for rotor speed, opening roller speed and twist factor (TF) as 45,000 rpm, 6,500 rpm and 450 respectively. As per uster Standards the optimum yam showed good results for CV of count, CV of tenacity and thin places/km.  相似文献

This paper reports a recent development of a yarn modification process to produce torque balanced singles spun yarns. Taking advantages of the core-sheath structure of unconventional spun yarns, we have developed a yarn modification process and applied it to singles yarns spun by rotor spinning. Torque free singles yarns have been produced from 100% cotton fibers. The spirality of resultant single jersey knit fabrics has been greatly reduced or, in some cases, completely eliminated. Properties and performance characteristics of both parent and modified yarns as well as their resultant fabrics have been evaluated including the yarn tensile properties, surface properties, handle, air permeability, burst strength, and pilling resistance of the fabrics.  相似文献

本文探讨了国产转杯纺纱器的转杯速度与成纱质量的关系,采用经过优化的转杯、隔离盘和假捻盘进行纺纱。试验结果表明,随着转杯速度的提高,成纱质量基本上呈下降趋势。但在杯速为50000 r/min 左右时,成纱质量的几项主要指标最佳。这对于合理设计转杯速度具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

介绍了圆盘式旋流纺纱的装置和流程,探讨了影响圆盘式旋流纺纱成纱性能的主要工艺参数,成功地纺制了包芯纱.为了解和掌握圆盘式旋流纺纱设备的纺纱性能、工艺特点,对所纺纱线的强度和耐磨性进行了测试.根据测试结果,分析了圆盘式旋流纺纱的主要工艺参数与成纱性能之间的关系,发现第一喷嘴压力、第二喷嘴压力、梳辊转速、喂棉量、棉条号数、喂入张力、芯纱退绕张力是圆盘式旋流纺纱的主要工艺参数.  相似文献

管道纺纱是一种新研究出来的自由端纺纱方法,要能实际纺纱还必须合理地选择其工艺参数.本文分析了影响管道纺纱的主要工艺参数.采用二次旋转组合设计方法,通过实验,建立了主要工艺参数与成纱强力的数学模型,确定了相应的约束条件.并采用惩罚函数法进行优化计算,求得最佳工艺条件.再根据优化计算出来的工艺条件,在管道纺纱单头试验机上实际纺制28tex纯棉纱.不仅能稳定地纺纱,而且其纱强力与优化计算结果基本一致.  相似文献
