采用八通道微量热法探讨槲皮素镧配合物对粟酒裂殖酵母细胞生长代谢热动力学的影响。测定在槲皮素镧配合物作用下S.Pombe细胞的生长代谢产热曲线,并研究其生长速率常数(k)、最大发热功率(pmax)、达最大发热功率时间(tmax)和抑制率(I)等热动力学参数。微量热结果表明:随着槲皮素镧配合物浓度c的增大,最大发热功率pmax和速率常数k减小;达最大发热功率时间tmax和抑制率I增大。研究表明槲皮素镧配合物对粟酒裂殖酵母细胞生长代谢产生了抑制作用。  相似文献

目的合成L-蛋氨酸缩邻香草醛Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,并通过微量热法研究配合物对S.Pombe的作用。方法以L-蛋氨酸、邻香草醛和氯化锌为原料合成了L-蛋氨酸缩邻香草醛Zn(Ⅱ)配合物,利用红外光谱、紫外光谱和元素分析等分析方法进行表征。于32℃条件下,采用微量热法测得不同浓度配合物作用下S.Pombe的生长热曲线(P-t),研究其最大产热功率P_(max)、生长速率常数k、传代时间tG、抑制率I等热动力学参数与配合物浓度c的定量关系,以及配合物的半抑制浓度IC50。结果随配合物浓度c的增大,S.Pombe的最大产热功率P_(max)呈直线递减趋势,生长速率常数k减小,传代时间tG增大,配合物的抑制率I增大,其半抑制浓度IC50为0.091 1g·L-1。结论该配合物对S.pombe生长有良好的抑制作用。  相似文献

SD培养基中外加不同浓度的Ca2 可促进酿酒酵母与粟酒裂殖酵母细胞的增殖 ,但在促进增殖方式上存在明显差异 .随SD培养基中外Ca2 浓度增加 ,酿酒酵母到达稳定期的细胞终浓度也越高 ;而粟酒裂殖酵母生长到达稳定期细胞终浓度随Ca2 浓度增加而增加的效应不明显 .同时SD培养基中外加Ca2 对酿酒酵母的促进作用主要是通过加快生长对数期细胞分裂速度 ;对粟酒裂殖酵母主要是靠缩短生长延滞期来促进增殖 .  相似文献

为了探究肼类自燃型火箭推进剂热解和氧化组分中不饱和烷烃与氮氧化物间是否存在直接交互作用,对C_2H_4和N_2O混合气的自着火过程进行了实验和理论研究。利用激波管反射激波方法,测量了化学计量比C_2H_4/O_2/N_2O/Ar混合气(N_2O与(O_2+N_2O)的摩尔分数比为0%、50%、80%和100%)在温度为1 214~1 817K、压力为0.12~1.01 MPa下的点火延迟期。实验结果表明,与纯O_2作为氧化剂比较,N_2O替换部分O_2显著降低了C_2H_4的反应活性,延长其点火延迟期,随着N_2O浓度的增加,抑制影响效果变化显著,在N_2O/O_2的摩尔分数比超过50%情况下尤为突出,单O原子N_2O在氧化不饱和烷烃时并未表现出优势。数值模拟结果表明,只有Aramco-Z可在整个研究工况下合理地预测当前实验结果。N_2O和C_2H_4之间并未发生直接化学交互作用,N_2O的添加对C_2H_3与O_2反应速率及活性自由基池浓度的抑制作用是其氧化能力弱于O_2的主要动力学机制。  相似文献

首先合成了两种新Schiff碱配体,即金刚烷胺缩5-碘水杨醛(L~1)和金刚乙胺缩5-碘水杨醛(L~2).L~1与二水合氯化铜,L~2与六水合氯化钴反应,分别获得新配合物C_(34)H_(38)CuI_2N_2O_2(1)和C_(38)H_(46)CoI_2N_2O_2(2).通过熔点、红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析及摩尔电导等分析手段对配体和配合物进行了结构表征.X射线单晶衍射测试结果表明,两种配合物均为单斜晶系,1为P_2~1/c空间群,2为P_2~1/n空间群.1的不对称单元里拥有两个独立的单核Cu(Ⅱ)配合物分子,而2的不对称单元只有一个单核Co(Ⅱ)配合物分子.1和2分子都是由一个金属中心原子和两个相应去质子化Schiff配体组成,以N_2O_2配位模式形成了畸变的四面体结构.  相似文献

通过对金属冠醚[Fe_6~Ⅲ(C_(12)H_9N_2O_5)_6(H_2O)_2(CH_3OH)_4]和[Fe_6(C_(12)H_8N_2O_5Cl)_6(H_2O)_4(CH_3OH)_2]反应体系的分析,认为水杨酸基双酰肼羧酸的酯化是一种新型的由金属冠醚自身进行的内部酯化反应,并将这种酯化反应定义为内部自催化反应.对于18-MC-6金属冠醚[Fe_6(C_(12)H_9N_2O_5)_6(H_2O)_2(CH_3OH)_4],在其内部自催化反应中,反应物为[Fe_6(C_(10)H_6N_2O_3-COOH)_6(H_2O)_2(CH_3OH)_4],其中主要配体(Z)-H_4shcpa具有羧酸基团(—COOH).作为酯化反应的功能基团—COOH,通过与铁离子的配位,再与具有活性的配位甲醇结合,生成酯化合物(Z)—H_3mshcp,最终得到内部自催化反应产物[Fe_6~Ⅲ(C_(10)H_6N_2O_3—COOCH_3)_6(H_2O)_2(CH_3OH)_4].其中,内部自催化反应的催化中心应是铁离子.  相似文献

使用方酸(H_2C_4O_4)和2,2’-联吡啶(C_(10)H_8N_2)为配体合成了3种中性一维配位聚合物[M(C_4O_4)(C_(10)H_8N_2)(H_2O)_2]·2H_2O(M=Zn_(2+)Cd_(2+) or Cu_(2+)).所有的配位聚合物通过元素分析、红外光谱、X射线单晶衍射、热重分析和紫外-可见光谱等测试进行了表征.在这些配位聚合物中,金属中心离子和参与配位的两个吡啶环氮原子、两个方酸氧原子和两个配位水氧原子共同构成了六配位的伪八面体结构.其中拥有d10电子结构的金属离子的配位聚合物在荧光发射光谱中的374.5nm和464.5nm处有很强的荧光强度.同时通过Z扫描技术研究了铜离子配位聚合物的三阶非线性光学性质.  相似文献

合成了1-(9-蒽基)-3-三氟甲基-1,3丙二酮邻菲罗林钐(Ⅲ)(C_(48)H_(38)SmN_2F_6O_8)和Tb(Ⅲ)(C_(48)H_(38)TbN_2F_6O_8)的三元稀土配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱、差热-热重分析及荧光光谱对其进行了表征.荧光光谱的表征结果表明:三元稀土配合物C_(48)H_(38)SmN_2F_6O_8和C_(48)H_(38)TbN_2F_6O_8均能发射荧光,但是C48H38TbN2F6O8的荧光强度高于C_(48)H_(38)SmN_2F_6O_8,而且谱带尖锐,单色性好,具有作为有机电致发光材料的前景.  相似文献

The inhibitory effect of three berberine alkaloids (BAs) from Coptis chinensis Franch, a traditional Chinese medicinal (TCM) herb, on Bifidobacterium adolescentis growth was investigated by microcalorimetry. The power-time curves of B. adolescentis with and without BAs were acquired, meanwhile the extent and duration of inhibitory effect on the metabolism were evaluated by the growth rate constant (k), half inhibitory ratio (IC50), maximum heat-output power (P max), peak time of maximum heat-output power (t p) and total heat production (Q t). k, P max and Q t decreased, and t p was prolonged with the increase of BAs concentration. The IC50 of BAs is 806 μg/mL for berberine, 341 μg/mL for coptisine and 236 μg/mL for palmatine. The sequence of antimicrobial activity of BAs is berberine < coptisine < palmatine. Combined with previous studies, it could be shown that the sequences of antimicrobial activity of BAs on both Bacillus shigae and Escherichia coli are berberine > coptisine > palmatine. The structure-function relationship of BAs indicates that the functional group methylenedioxy or methoxyl at C2 and C3 might be the major group inducing the activities of BAs on E. coli and B. adolescentis. Meanwhile, the substituent groups at C2, C3, C9 and C10 almost have equal effect on B. shigae. 植物叶片是感知外界H_2O_2胁迫信号的重要器官.整合分析了水稻(Oryza sativa)、小麦(Triticum aestivum)、二穗短柄草(Brachypodium distachyon)和柑橘(Citrus aurantium)在应对不同程度H_2O_2胁迫时蛋白质表达模式的变化特征.阐明了H_2O_2胁迫应答网络体系中的信号与代谢通路(如:光合作用、糖类与能量代谢、转录调控、蛋白质合成与命运、胁迫防御、信号转导和基础代谢等)的变化及植物叶片应答H_2O_2胁迫的分子调控机制.  相似文献

为了解红鳞蒲桃(Syzygium hancei)对光能的需求及适应性,以红鳞蒲桃幼苗为材料,设置透光率分别为100.0%、72.3%、48.6%、24.9%的4种光照处理,测定其光合作用参数、光响应参数、叶绿素含量等数据,研究不同遮光处理对其光合特性的影响。结果表明:(1)红鳞蒲桃是喜光树种,红鳞蒲桃幼苗净光合速率(Net Photosynthetic Rate,Pn)、气孔导度(Stomatal Conductance,Gs)日均值随着遮光程度的增加而减小,胞间CO2浓度(Intercellular Carbon Dioxide Concentration,Ci)日均值随之增大,过度遮光下(透光率为48.6%和24.9%),蒸腾速率(Transpiration Rate,Tr)日均值显著低于全光照;(2)遮光条件下,红鳞蒲桃幼苗净光合速率下降可能是非气孔限制引起的;(3)红鳞蒲桃幼苗的最大净光合速率(Maximum Net Photosynthetic Rate,Pmax)、光补偿点(Light Compensation Point,LCP)、光饱和点(Light Saturation Point,LSP)、暗呼吸速率(Respiration Rate,Rd)均随着光照强度的增加而显著增加;(4)红鳞蒲桃幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素(a+b)的含量均随着遮光程度的增加而显著增加,叶绿素a/b的值随之减小。红鳞蒲桃在幼苗期具有较明显的喜光性,因此,在红鳞蒲桃幼苗的培育及种群的恢复过程中,可通过疏伐、修剪枝条等措施来增加林内的透光量,为处于幼苗时期的红鳞蒲桃创造适宜的光照环境,为其自然更新提供良好条件。  相似文献

Ta/NiO x /Ni81Fe19/Ta and Co/AlO x /Co multilayers were prepared by rf reactive and dc magnetron sputtering. The exchange coupling field (H ex) and the coercivity (H c) of NiO x /Ni81Fe19 as a function of the ratio of Ar to O2 during the deposition process were studied. The composition and chemical states at the interface region of NiO x /NiFe were also investigated using the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and peak decomposition technique. The results show that when the ratio of Ar to O2 is equal to 7 and the argon sputtering pressure is 0.57 Pa, the x value is approximately 1 and the valence of nickel is +2. At this point, NiO x is antiferromagnetic NiO and the corresponding Hex is the largest. As the ratio of Ar/O2 deviates from 7, the H ex will decrease due to the presence of magnetic impurities such as Ni+3 or metallic Ni at the interface region of NiO x /NiFe, while the H c will increase due to the metallic Ni. Al layers in Co/AlO x /Co multilayers were also studied by angle-resolved XPS. Our finding is that the bottom Co could be completely covered by depositing an Al layer about 1.8 nm. Previous study on refolding of sulfur oxygenase reductase (SOR) inclusion bodies from recombinant Escherichia coli showed that iron was critical to the activity of the SOR from Acidianus ambivalens. In this study, enzymatic assays showed that 2,2′-Dipyridyl, Tiron and 8-hydroxyquinoline, which are specific for chelating ferrous or ferric ions, strongly inhibited the activity of SOR from A. tengchongensis, suggesting that iron atom is essential for SOR activity. Alignment of several functionally identified SORs and SOR-like sequences from genome database revealed a conserved, putative iron binding motif, H86-X3-H90-X n -E114-X n -E129 (numbering according to the Acidianus tengchongensis SOR sequence). Three mutants of SOR were generated by site-directed mutagenesis of H86, H90 and E129 into phenylalanine or alanine residue in this study. Circular dichroism spectrum determination indicated that there was no change of the secondary structures of mutant SORs, H86F, H90F and E129A, but all mutants were completely inactive. Through determination of iron contents we found that SOR mutants of H86F, H90F and E129A completely or partially lost iron, while mutants of C31S, C101S, and C104S (generated in a previous study) did not. This result indicated that H86, H90 and E129 but not C31, C101, and C104 were involved in binding to iron atom. Based on this and previous studies, it is proposed that the conserved motifs, C31-X n -C101-X2-C104 and H86-X3-H90-X23-E114-X14-(E/D)129, are respectively for sulfur and molecular oxygen binding and activation. These two conserved motifs are essential elements for the SOR activity. 湿化学法同步脱除烟气中气态污染物是燃烧源大气污染控制的重要方法之一,为探究采用不同氧化吸收策略同时脱除燃烧烟气中SO_2,NO_x和CO_2的可行性,基于化学热力学原理,分析了9种联合氧化吸收策略的性能,具体的氧化吸收策略包括:H_2O_2-NH_3·H_2O,H_2O_2-MDEA,H_2O_2-NaOH,O3-NH_3·H_2O,O3-MDEA,O3-NaOH,NaClO_2-NH_3·H_2O,NaClO_2-MDEA和NaClO_2-NaOH,并提出新的动态加权法对其性能进行综合评价。结果表明:上述所有策略均具有SO_2,NO_x和CO_2捕获的可行性。O3-NaOH,NaClO_2-MDEA和NaOH做吸收剂的氧化吸收溶液分别对单一脱硫、脱硝和脱碳效果最好。当综合考虑同步脱除SO_2,NO_x和CO_2时,NaClO_2-MDEA优于其他策略,其结果可为燃烧烟气中的气体污染物的联合脱除提供参考。  相似文献

实验探究了二硫化钼(MoS2)作为一种新型材料与贵金属纳米粒子金(Au)、铂(Pt)的复合基底对于过氧化氢(H2O2)的还原性检测,采用氧化铟锡导电玻璃(ITO)作为电极,制备出了基于Pt-Au-MoS2-ITO的生物传感器,为H2O2还原性检测的便携性操作打下了基础.实验采用电化学沉积的方法制备材料,同时使用循环伏安(CV)法、计时电流法等传统电化学手段表征了传感器电化学性能,采用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)来表征传感器表面形貌.建立了用于H2O2还原检测的、具有高检测限、高灵敏度和宽检测范围的传感器.  相似文献

比较正常重力与模拟失重效应下大鼠口服龙血素B的血浆药物动力学及排泄差异.大鼠吊尾21 d模拟失重效应,单次灌胃给予25 mg/kg龙血素B.于系列时间点收集静脉血,并分时间段收集尿液、粪便和胆汁,采用HPLC-MS方法测定各样本中龙血素B含量,并求算药物动力学参数和排泄量.模拟失重效应下龙血素B的血药浓度-时间曲线下面积(AUC0-t)、血药峰浓度(Cmax)、达峰时间(tmax)、表观分布容积(Vd)、消除速率常数(Ke)以及生物半衰期(T1/2)与正常重力组相比均出现显著变化,说明模拟失重效应明显改变龙血素B在大鼠体内的药物动力学过程.尿液、粪便和胆汁中龙血素B的排泄量也在增加,但与正常重力相比不明显.   相似文献

In order to obtain TiO2 with high photocatalytic activity, a cathode reduction was used to dope I7+ and I5+ into TiO2 nanotubes of anodized Ti in C2H2O4•2H2O + NH4F electrolyte. SEM images show that the anodization method integrated the preparation with the doping process, which for nonmetals-doping is advantageous to maintain the morphological integrity of TiO2 nanotubes. I7+-I5+-doping enhances the UV response of TiO2 and result in a red-shift. Under UV/visible irradiation, a I7+-I5+-doped sample (400°C) showed the highest Iph and photocatalytic efficiency. A part of I in the I7+-I5+-doped sample is involved in the UV response, the red-shift and the higher Iph.  相似文献
