玉林市植物叶片中氟含量的初步调查   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
本文采用高氯酸对植物叶片中氟化物含量浸取,以柠檬酸钠-氯化钠-冰醋酸所组成的总离子强度调节剂(TISAB),PH控制在5.0~60之间,氟离子选择电极法测定植物叶片中微量氟,并简述TISAB对测定[F-]的影响文中采用了标准曲线法计算试样中的微量氟,其方法简便、灵敏、准确,并得出化肥厂的芒果树、南瓜藤受到污染,其氟含量随距离的增加而减少,化肥厂属于氟污染源的结论.  相似文献

采用氧弹燃烧技术对茶叶样品进行预处理,用碱溶液吸收燃烧产物,向吸收液中加入TISAB,消除Al3+、Fe3+等离子干扰,调节溶液pH值为5.6后定容,利用氟离子选择性电极标准加入法测定溶液的电势,计算茶叶中氟离子的含量.结果表明,其线性范围为10-1~10-6 mol·L-1,回收率为96.6%~102.8%.  相似文献

测定牙膏中氟离子的含量,使用氟离子选择性电极.通过加入TISAB缓冲溶液控制测定条件,利用电位分析法,完成对牙膏中氟离子的测定.结果:回收率为98.91%,检出限为1.0×10-1-1.0×10-6mol/L.说明操作简便,方法可靠,准确度高,检出限低.值得推广.  相似文献

探讨了冷酸解离氟电极法测定牙膏中氟的含量,在冷硝酸介质中牙膏中氟解离效果最佳。讨论了总离子强度调节缓冲剂TISAB的组成及用量、溶液的PH值、加氟标液用量对准确度的影响等。实验结果表明:TISAB(I)用量在20%,溶液PH值在5.0~7.0范围时,氟离子浓度在10-2-10-6mol/L范围内,具有良好的线形关系。回归方程:E=-50.9PF-57.6,相关系数R=0.9995。加入0.50 ml0.01mol/L的氟标液加标回收率为104.1%。  相似文献

利用氟离子选择性电极直接电位法测定了牙膏中的游离氟.讨论了总离子强度调节缓冲剂(TISAB)的组成及用量,氟电极在测定后快速恢复到空白值,以及不同空白值对测定结果的影响.实验结果表明游离氟的浓度在0.1000-9.000mg/ml范围内线性关系良好.方法的最低检出限为0.02000μg/ml,相对标准偏差RSD≤2.5%,加标平均回收率为100.8%~104.7%,方法简便,准确.  相似文献

建立了吹扫捕集气相色谱法测定海水中氟氯烃的方法.结果表明,本方法测得的氟氯烃的精密度和回收率高,CFC-11、CFC-113、CCl4的相对标准偏差为1.9%~4.1%,回收率为99.3%~101.0%,检测限分别为0.014 5 pmol/kg、0.033 2 pmol/kg、0.019 8 pmol/kg.本方法操作简便快速,是一种海水氟氯烃测定的可靠分析方法,已成功应用于北冰洋海域海水样品的分析测定.  相似文献

本文提出一个采用微量添加技术的题示方法,阐述了方法原理,并应用于自来水,长江水和钢铁厂废水中氟含量的测定,结果满意。本法测定氟的检测下限为0.016mg/L;加标回收率为93.5~100%。还可应用本法绘制试样加标工作曲线,对相同基体的大量样品进行分析,简便、快速、准确。  相似文献

氟电极法测定氟比分光光度法具有快速、简便、干扰少和量程宽等优点,但其灵敏度比氟试剂萃取光度法差约一个数量级。为了把氟电极法用于测定重水成品中的微量氟,我们从样品含氟量低、杂质少的特点出发,改进“TISAB”(总离子强度调节缓冲液)的组分和浓度,提高了灵敏度,检测下限低于0.02PPm。氟电极格氏作图法与氟试剂萃取光度法比较,测定结果无显著性差别,灵敏度相近,回收率较好。  相似文献

为了建立一种快速测定枸杞中微量铬的新方法,将样品经微波程序消解后,用亚硫酸将Cr6+还原为Cr3+,利用逆扩散流动注射分析技术,结合Cr3+对Luminol-H2O2化学发光体系的线性催化作用测定枸杞中总铬含量.结果表明:在最佳条件下,该方法的线性范围为1.0×10-12~1.0×10-7mol/L,相关系数r=0.9991,对1.0×10-7mol/LCr3+,测定的RSD为3.1%(n=11);按3倍标准偏差(3S)计算的检出限为8.64×10-13mol/L,枸杞样品中铬的质量比为8.217μg/g,加标回收率为94.81%~101.54%.该方法快速简便,灵敏度高,选择性好,用于枸杞中微量铬的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
