SPME-GC-MS法测定海水中PEs及与赤潮关系   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
报道了应用SPME-GC-MS法测定海水中的邻苯二甲酸酯(PEs)及其与赤潮的关系,详细研究了萃取头性质、萃取平衡时间、萃取温度、搅拌速度、介质离子强度等条件对萃取效率的影响,该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,不使用有毒有机溶剂,检测限为0.005μg/L,RSD介于4.3%~7.5%,回收率范围为88.0%~95.3%,该方法应用于海水样品的测定发现,赤潮海水中PEs的浓度是非赤潮海水的4~10倍,P  相似文献

用人工配制高浓度有机废水分别研究了Cl-和SO2-4对厌氧生物废水处理的抑制作用和抑制阈值.在全混流厌氧恒化器和上流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器中分别得到了对厌氧消化基本无抑制作用(全混流恒化器:Cl-<4.5g/L,SO2-4<1.8g/L;UASB:Cl-<7.2g/L,SO2-4<3.0g/L);轻度抑制(全混流恒化器:Cl-=4.5~6.0g/L,SO2-4=1.8~3.3g/L;UASB:Cl-=7.2~8.2g/L,SO2-4=3.0~4.1g/L);中度抑制(全混流恒化器:Cl-=6.0~13.8g/L,SO2-4=3.3~6.5g/L;UASB:Cl-=8.2~10.0g/L,SO2-4=4.1~6.0g/L)和重度抑制(全混流恒化器:Cl->13.8g/L,SO2-4>6.5g/L;UASB:Cl->10.0g/L,SO2-4>6.0g/L)的不同Cl-和SO2-4浓度范围.  相似文献

FD-TRT耐热逆转录酶的特性分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
从嗜热细菌FD3009中克隆并分离纯化得到的耐热逆转录酶(FD-TRT),逆转录反应在65℃高温下进行,可克服常温逆转录酶的许多缺点,以酵母核糖体rRNA为模板,以与255和18S rRNA匹配的寡聚脱氧核苷酸为引物,探明了FD-TRT的最适反应条件: 25mmol/L Tris-HCl(pH 8.5,25℃),25 mmol/L(NH4)2SO4,2 mmol/L MnCl2,100 μg/ml明胶.5 unit RNasin,250 mmol/L 4种 dNTP, 1μCi3 H-dCTP, 12ug RNA,25 pmol引物,并在此条件下测得 FD-TRT和 Taq DNA 聚合酶逆转录活力与聚合酶活力的相对比值分别为0.056,0.0045.  相似文献

以PH=9-11的条件上,用乙酸乙酯萃取电解-还原法生产的对氨基苯酚产品中的4、4'-二氨基二苯醚,并以2mol/LHCl将DAPE反萃取到水相中,在激发和发射波长分别为254和360nm条件下,荧光强度与DAPE的量成正比,线性范围为30-180μg/L,检测限为8.0μg/L,样品加标回收率为78-95%。  相似文献

研究了有硫氰酸盐存在下用MIBK(甲基异丁基酮)萃取Pd(Ⅱ),在0.5-4.0mol/L HCl介质中,有1000倍SCNˉ存在下,Pd(Ⅱ)被定量萃取,有机相:水相可达1:5,萃取容量达1.2g/L。通过对各级配合物分布的计算,表明此对Pd(Ⅱ)以Pd(SCN)4^2-形式存在,初步认为是Pd(SCN)4^2-与质子化的MIBK形成Yang(Oxonlum salt)盐而被萃取。  相似文献

本文提出了一种GC/MS测定水中27种有机磷农残物的新方法.水样经液-液(正己烷)萃取后,在萃取液中加入正十二烷作保护剂,经低温浓缩的残留物用GC/MS联用仪以SIM方式测定.用此法不仅可同时对多种有机磷农残物进行定性与定量,而且对具有色谱峰重叠(即具有相同保留时间)的不同组分也可进行分析和测定.该法对水样中0.05~10.00μg·L-1含量水平,其平均回收率在60.8±0.5%~130.3±3.4%之间,检限量为0.03~0.95μg·L-1.  相似文献

合成了二安替比林基-(3,4-亚甲二氧基)苯基甲烷(DADMPM).研究了DADMPM与Cr(Ⅵ)的显色反应.在H3PO4介质中,在Mn(Ⅱ)和吐温20存在下,Cr(Ⅵ)与DADMPM反应生成橙黄色产物,λmax为470um,摩尔吸光系数ε=3.0×105L·mol-1·cm-1.铬量在0—5μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律.已用于环境水样中Cr(Ⅵ)的测定,结果满意.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
