用差示扫描量热示(DSC)研究了麦秸人造板用胶(异氰酸酯(MDI)、脲醛树脂(UF)和改性UF树脂)以及它们与麦秸之间的热反应特征,结果表明:MDI自身的热反应特征平稳。在被测的温度范围内,基本无放热及吸热现象发生;MDI和水共同加热时,可以产生放热及吸热反应;改性UF树脂与未改性UF树脂相比,吸热反应提前发生,总吸热量减少。  相似文献

利用反射吸收红外光谱法(RAIR)研究了两种乙烯基共聚物与金属(铜,铁)复合体系界面的化学结构特征.研究表明,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)中羰基峰在EVA与金属作用时分裂产生双峰,自由羰基峰与金属发生络合反应而向低波数方向移动;同时证明EVA中羰基垂直作用于金属表面.对乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMAA)与金属复合界面的研究表明,在EMAA与铁复合体系的界面层中有络合物生成,而EMAA与铜的体系有羧酸盐离子产生.  相似文献

以邻幕二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)为增塑剂来增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC),采用熔融共混法制备了聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚氨醋(PU)共混物。并利用动态力学分析(DMA)和热失重分析(TGA)研究了共混物的相容性、动态力学性能和热稳定性。DMA结果表明,随着PVC/DOP共混物中DOP含量增加,玻璃化转变温度Tg向低温偏移,且tanδ峰值逐渐增大。加入PU后,tanδ-T曲线都只存在一个峰,说明两者有较好的相容性。TGA结果显示,(PVC+DOP)/PU混合材料中PU的加入降低了共混物的热失重速率,改善了材料的热稳定性。  相似文献

采用线性低密度聚乙烯/乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(LLDPE/EVA)作为基体树脂,水镁石粉为主阻燃剂,研究了水镁石粉对LLDPE/EVA体系的燃烧性能、力学性能、热分解性能的影响.结果表明,水镁石粉对LLDPE/EVA(质量配比为80/20)体系有很好的阻燃作用,阻燃性能随着水镁石粉添加量的增加而提高,但较高的水镁石粉添加量会引起力学性能的显著下降.当水镁石粉添加量增加到120份时,相应复合体系的总失重下降到53.4%,树脂炭化率上升到63.4%,阻燃性能达到FH-1级.  相似文献

采用延度试验和弯曲梁流变试验对不同TLA掺量改性沥青的低温性能进行研究,并利用差热扫描(DSC)研究不同TLA掺量的改性沥青组分在温度变化过程中的状态变化,最后通过低温小梁弯曲试验对混合料的低温性能进行评价.结果表明:随着TLA的掺量增加,湖沥青改性沥青的延度值逐渐减小、蠕变劲度S值和玻璃化转变温度Tg逐渐增大,TLA改性沥青的低温抗开裂能力变差,掺加35%TLA的改性沥青混合料的破坏应变与SBS改性沥青混合料破坏应变值相差不大;三种TLA掺量的湖沥青改性沥青的吸热峰都出现在125~145℃之间,加入TLA后,吸热峰位置的变化说明沥青组分的存在方式、数量以及相态转化方式发生了变化.  相似文献

本文利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了气氛、升温速率、试样量和载气流速对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)玻璃化转变温度的影响,并用优化后的条件考察了上海石油化工研究院自制SMA样品的玻璃化转变温度。实验结果表明,在试样量10 mg左右、氮气流速40 mL/min、升温速率20 ℃/min的优化条件下,测定结果良好,经验证,DSC与动态机械热分析(DMTA)所测得的Tg基本一致,表明优化后的条件很适合SMA玻璃化转变温度的测定,此结果有助于SMA的生产和应用。  相似文献

用多聚甲醛法合成了苯酚型硼氮配位酚醛树脂,1H NMR和FTIR证明了其结构,用动态力学谱仪测定了玻璃化转变温度(Tg)与固化程度的关系,用热重法(TGA)分析了硼氮配位酚醛树脂的热分解动力学.结果表明树脂的玻璃化转变温度超过200℃,并随固化反应程度增加而提高,热分解过程为多阶段分解,且均符合一级动力学,热分解活化能随分解程度提高而增加.  相似文献

利用液态内耗仪研究了聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)在其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)及其以上温度区域的力学弛豫行为.结果表明:PVAc内耗与温度的关系曲线上存在α和α′ 2个弛豫型内耗峰,α峰与PVAc的玻璃化转变有关,α′峰则对应于一种液/液转变,且两者的弛豫时间均满足Vogel Fulcher Tamman关系;在PVAc熔体内耗与频率的关系曲线上,交叉温度TB≈387 K处的α′峰的弛豫时间、弛豫强度和分布参数均出现了一个转折,这是由于降温过程中TB至Tg之间分子耦合作用显著增强的结果.  相似文献

介绍了以SG-5型聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为基材,重质CaCO_3和氯化聚乙烯(CPE)进行填充增韧改性的研究。结果表明重质CaCO_3和CPE的质量份数分别为20,8时,填充增韧改性PVC树脂所得硬聚氯乙烯(RPVC)复合材料的无缺口冲击强度达到110.9kJ·m~(-2),比纯RPVC提高了3.5倍多,拉伸强度与纯RPVC相比变化不大,综合性能较好,挤出的RPVC管材的性能达到或超过了QJ/CH 02·03-90标准,且大大降低了成本。  相似文献

苯酚双环戊二烯环氧树脂的合成与固化性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以苯酚和双环戊二烯为原料,通过Friedel-Crafts反应,合成了双环戊二烯酚树脂(DPR)。用环氧氯丙烷对该树脂进行环氧化,还制得了含有双环戊二烯结构的环氧树脂(DER)。系统地考察了合成反应的条件,所得环氧树脂的最大环氧值为0.31~0.35,有机氯含量小于0.02mol/100g。用红外光谱考察了以甲基六氢苯酐(MeHHPA)为固化剂时该树脂在180 ℃时的固化速度,固化3.5 h时, 环氧开环的转化率大于92%。DSC的分析表明DER与双酚A环氧树脂E51混合(质量比为1:1),固化树脂的玻璃化转变温度Tg比E51固化树脂的玻璃化转变温度高15 ℃。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
