3D-LookStailorX 系统在服装基础纸样设计中的应用

服装数字技术已经广泛应用于服装行业的诸多领域,尤其是服装CAD技术的成熟应用为服装纸样设计提供了全数字化工作平台,但依然没有摆脱二维设计模式。通过对3D‐LookStailorX 系统特征进行分析,结合服装纸样设计现状,突破传统服装纸样的二维设计模式,将3D‐LookStailorX 系统应用于服装基础纸样设计,为服装纸样设计提供了新的设计思路和方法。     

A Strategic Study of Establishing the Industrial Needs in Pattern Design and Technology in Mainland China

Pattern design and, technology play a very important role in the garment industry. In order to improve the level of pattern making and design of the garment industry, a survey was conducted to investigate the industrial needs in pattern design and technology in mainland China. The data were collected from the employers and employees from the garment industry and students in the major of fashion and clothing studies. It indicated that there was a gap between the employer and employee, especially the requirements of the industrial needs and the course contents covered by the tertiary schools. The employers expected to recruit more experienced pattern designers, at the same time, they were not reluctant to hire fresh graduates and spent more resources on the training of employees. The students knew little about their employment situation of the garment industry, spent too little time on the course study and learned too little practical skills in pattern design. They could not make use of the knowledge which prevented them from being employed by the garment industry. Efforts should be taken by both the tertiary schools and the garment industry. The students should be aspirated towards the profession of pattern cutters and the syllabuses of pattern making should be more practical and industrial orientated. The solution might benefit the garment industry a lot in a long run.     

试论"欧美板"在中国成衣业中的可借鉴性

板型是一项充满艺术创造的技术，是成衣业的主要技术支柱。该文认为中国成衣业应借鉴欧美板的科学理念，从观念更新、标准服装人体和服装规格的研究确立及制板原理等方面着手研究，进而推动中国成衣业的发展。     

基于蚁群算法的服装CAD曲线匹配

在服装CAD设计中常常涉及自由曲线的造型,而处于不同衣片上的曲线是否匹配,对服装缝制过程产生很大影响.由于目前服装CAD中衣片或部件设计都是独立的,没有相应的自由曲线匹配的模块,通过针对服装CAD平面曲线的匹配进行了研究,提出了采用蚁群优化算法判断匹配,经过编程实验,效果很好,可以在服装CAD中广泛应用.     

Research on Garment Pattern Intelligent Design System

This article discusses the disadvantages of current computer aided garment design system first, and then brings forward the frame of intelligent garment design system. Based on the analysis of the structure of the intelligent system, it is pointed out that the intelligent pattern design system is the most important module of the whole system. The use of an expert system to realize the intelligent pattern design system is then proposed and the key technique of the system is discussed at last.

基于VRML的服装协同设计系统

基于虚拟现实技术，提出了一个服装协同设计的原型系统．该系统采用VRML技术构建，以三维服装模型为设计对象，为异地设计师交流协作提供了平台．分析了服装设计的特定要求，建立了该原型系统的各主要功能模块，探讨了组建该协同环境的关键技术．该系统是服装业应用虚拟现实技术实现数字化的一项有益尝试．

本文介绍了CFS-1服装CAD系统的设计及实现方法。讨论了系统功能、系统结构、数学模型和数据结构、用户接口设计及软件设计等问题。提出了四种类型的服装设计数学模型以及层次结构。特别是提出并实现了采用计算机进行推档的三种方法和人机交互排料的新方法。最后给出了系统研制成功后在有关服装工厂应用的部分结果。

Network Garment Style Design System with Remote Information Access and Auto-Connecting Technology

A Network Garment Style Design System （NGSDS） is proposed to enable the remote style structure drawing design of garment. After the development of the system structure based on network that consists of client end and server end at two remote places, a multi-layer part database based on Oracle platform is presented to store information of different parts of garment style. With the acquirement of remote design data at server end using Http technology, the style design is ultimately implemented at the client end using Auto-connecting algorithms. One empirical example is given to show the implementation of the NGSDS.

AUTO CAD对原型库的通用性与灵活性

针对中国女装原型设计的研究，依靠先进的计算机辅助设计（Computer Aided Design）技术，利用嵌入在AutoCAD当中的AutoLISP语言编程，创建中国女装原型库。对于不同的生产要求可自动生成各种体形的号型甚至特体的衣片结构样板。改变过去服装业依赖手工的传统生产方式，使我国的服装生产适应当前设计的需求和技术更新的需要。

Virtual Sewing Based on Draping Knowledge

Virtual sewing is one of the key techniques in the realization of 3D computer aided garment design. After aualysis and comparison, this article brings forward a method of virtual sewing based on draping knowledge. Two new concepts are introduced. One is the conversion of garment pattern pieces' attributes and the other is the "clothes shell"--a middleware to simplify the mapping process. Meanwhile, the method implements the mapping process and completes virtual sewing by setting anchor points and lines on the virtual model. The method has been applied to a simulation system and proved to be successful.
