以纳米级铁氧体作为磁核,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为分散剂、过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂、二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,并加入共聚合单体苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、 甲基丙烯酸(MAA),采用悬浮聚合法制备亲水性能好的磁性高分子微球.采用光学显微镜测试其表面形貌,结果显示制备的磁性微球具有良好的分散性,表面光滑;振动样品磁力计测试磁性能,结果表明微球具有超顺磁性,磁响应性高;接触角测试仪表征了微球表面的亲水性能,实验结果得出MAA加入量占单体总体积的3/8时,微球与水的接触角可达69°.  相似文献

在Fe3O4 磁流体的存在下,采用无皂乳液聚合法制备了磁性苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)-甲基丙烯酸-(β-羟乙酯)三元共聚物/Fe3O4复合微球,对所得磁性高分子微球的形貌及磁性能进行了表征,探讨了GMA、引发剂、亲水单体的含量及磁流体用量对磁性高分子微球形貌和性能的影响。结果表明,随单体中GMA含量增加磁性高分子微球的分散性变差,随磁流体和亲水性单体含量增加磁性高分子微球的粒径减小,引发剂的含量对其粒径影响不明显。磁性复合微球中Fe3O4的质量分数可达19.80%,微球具有超顺磁性,其饱和磁化强度可达12.62emu/g。  相似文献

以二乙烯基苯(DVB—55)为聚合单体,在乙腈溶剂中采用沉淀聚合法制备了交联高分子微球[P(DVB)]。以红外光谱和扫描电子显微镜对微球进行了表征,结果表明制备的粒径单分散微球表面无孔,数均粒径为4.24μm。以两组常见芳香烃为探针,采用反相液相色谱模式考察了微球的色谱性能。色谱结果表明沉淀聚合法制备的交联高分子微球用作固定相具有较高的柱效和较好的峰形,展示了沉淀聚合法制备的高分子微球在HPLC固定相方面具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

在共沉淀法制备Fe3O4纳米磁粉的基础上,以丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,在水溶液中通过电子束辐照的方法,制备了具有核壳结构的磁性复合微球Fe3O4/PAM.采用XRD、AFM、IR等对样品进行表征.结果表明,制备的磁粉为Fe3O4单相,粒径为8 nm左右,磁性高分子微球Fe3O4/PAM直径约为100 nm,呈球形.分析了单体浓度、磁粉用量、交联剂浓度、辐照剂量等对Fe3O4/PAM微球粒径的影响规律.  相似文献

利用改进的化学共沉淀法制备了具有良好分散性和磁响应的磁流体.用聚乙二醇作为分散剂,以苯乙烯(St)和甲基丙烯酸-2-羟基乙酯(HEMA)为共聚单体,合成了含羟基的具有核壳结构的磁性高分子微球.采用XRD,TEM,SEM,IR,TG-IR,DSC等方法对样品进行了表征.结果表明:制备的磁流体为Fe3O4单相,粒径为10-20 nm,微球的粒径大小约为1-5μm,微球上存在羟基.  相似文献

以共沉淀法制备的Fe3O4纳米颗粒作为磁核,用聚乙二醇(PEG)为分散剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,苯乙烯为单体,在乙醇/水混合溶剂中,采用分散聚合法制备出聚苯乙烯磁性高分子微球.研究聚合温度、Fe3O4用量、引发剂用量、分散剂用量以及乙醇/水比例等反应条件对聚合物磁性微球粒径和磁性能的影响,找出的最佳工艺参数为:单体用量为15 mL,Fe3O4用量为0.5 g,引发剂与单体的质量比为10∶1 000,醇水体积比为45/50,分散剂PEG用量为25 g,最佳反应温度为75℃.  相似文献

磁性高分子微球兼具高分子微球的表面功能性和磁响应性,是一种新型生物高分子材料,在生物分离工程和生物医学工程中展现出独特的优势。聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸磁性高分子微球采用分散聚合法,以Fe3O4磁流体为磁核,苯乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物为高分子壳层,制备复合微球。通过形貌和粒径、分子量及固含量的分析,结果表明微球尺寸较小、粒径分布窄、化学稳定性好、表面含有丰富的功能基团,提高了磁性微球的极性。  相似文献

用化学共沉淀法制备Fe3O4粒子,以油酸为分散剂,与化学单体、胶联剂等处理,经修饰合成磁性高分子微球,固定化脂肪酶水解油酯,测试其固定化脂肪酶的性能.通过测试其固定化时间和固定化酶量以及固定化酶的半衰期等性能,与游离酶性能对比,说明这种磁性材料大大提高了酶的适应温度,增强了脂肪酶的耐受性,提高了脂肪酶的活力回收,磁性粒子高分子微球是一种很好的酶固定化材料.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
