研究了氯化聚乙烯与苯乙烯、丙烯腈的接枝共聚物(CPE-g-AS)对高密度聚乙烯/苯乙稀-丙烯腈聚物(HDPE/AS)共混体系热性能、力学性能及形态的影响,差示扫描热量法(DSC)测度表明采用CPE-g-AS作为HDPE/AS共混体系的增容剂增加了两相间的相互作用力,扫描电镜SEM照片显示分散相的粒子尺寸明显减少,CPE-g-AS有效的提高了共混体系的力学性能。  相似文献

本文采用马来酸酐对EPDM进行溶融接枝改性,然后对PA6/EPDM与PA6EPDM-g-MAH两类共混物的界面与韧性及其相互关系进行了研究。结果表明:PA6/EPDM-g-MAH的冲击强度较PA6的冲击强度提高5 ̄6倍,较PA6/EPDM提高3 ̄4倍,扫描电镜下的冲击及拉伸断口形貌、偏光显微镜下的结果形态、界面张力γ12变化,证明了两类共混物的相容性及相界面的差异,为此也论证了EPDM-g-MAH  相似文献

本文通过冲击试验、动态力学分析(MMA)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,研究了聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶/苯乙烯。丁二烯。苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PVC/NBR/SBS)三元共混物的形态结构和性能,并且讨论了两者之间的关系。NBR-29对PVC和SBS有较好的增容作用,与SBS一起对PVC有协同增韧效应。  相似文献

研究了PP-g-GMA对PP/PA6(羧端基尼龙)共混物的反应增容作用及其对共混物力学性能的影响,考察了反应增容与非反应增容的优劣.研究结果表明,PP-g-GMA对PP/PA6共混物具有显著的反应增容作用,并且增容效果优于PP-g-MAH的非反应增容效果;PP-g-GMA的反应增容对共混物力学性能的影响远大于PP-g-MAH的非反应增容对共混物力学性能的影响.  相似文献

采用熔融挤出法制备了PA6/POE和PA6/POEgMAH共混合金,借助于力学试验机、TEM、SEM、Molau实验和毛细管流变仪测定了共混合金的力学性能、亚微相态、冲击断口形貌和流变性能,系统地研究了POEgMAH对PA6的增容增韧作用。结果表明,POE与PA6是不相容体系,经MAH接枝改性后的POE与PA6发生化学反应,生成的POEgPA6共聚物起到了原位增容作用,细化了分散相尺寸,有效地改善了合金的力学性能,PA6/POEgMAH共混合金的缺口冲击强度是PA6的12倍。  相似文献

以Al(OH)3.H3PO4,MgCl2.6H2O为原料,以环己胺为模板剂,用水热晶化法合成了MaAPO-44分子筛纯相,研究了反应物配比、酸碱度及铝源等水热晶化条件对产物物相的影响,骼XRD.IR,SEM/EPMA,TG-DTA等对产物进行了表征。研究表明,所合成的MgAPO-44分子筛具有小孔结构和较高的热稳定必一。  相似文献

用部分水解的聚丙烯酰胺(PHPAM)与丁苯橡胶(SBR)共混制备吸水膨胀性共混物(WAB)。对共混物的亚微形态、吸水膨胀特性以及PHPAM和填料对WAB力学性能的影响进行了研究。TEM研究证明,PHPAM以不规则形态分散于SBR连续相中,两相界面清晰。当PHPAM用量较高时,分散相区相应增大且相区之间有明显的连结,其WAB的吸水速率加快,体积电阻系数降低。WAB吸水后,力学性能下降。考查了蒙脱土、白炭黑、陶土、硅藻土、炭黑对WAB的吸水速率、保水性能和力学性能的影响。  相似文献

研究了二乙基羟胺(DEHA)、二异丙基羟胺(DIPHA)和吗啉羟胺(MPHA)对偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)引发的苯乙烯(M1)-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(M2)在60℃共聚合的行为.结果表明,3种羟胺对St-MMA共聚合表现出不同的阻聚功效,它们的阻聚活性次序为DEHA>DIPHA>MPHA.同时观察到St-MMA共聚合竞聚率发生变化,随着所用羟胺的浓度加大,St-MMA交替共聚合倾向增大.此外还讨论了聚合温度对诱导期、共聚合速率和共聚物组成的影响.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
