摘    要:本文通过冲击试验、动态力学分析(MMA)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,研究了聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶/苯乙烯。丁二烯。苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PVC/NBR/SBS)三元共混物的形态结构和性能,并且讨论了两者之间的关系。NBR-29对PVC和SBS有较好的增容作用,与SBS一起对PVC有协同增韧效应。

Abstract:The properties and micromorphology of poly (vinyl chloride)/acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber/styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer (PVC/NBR/SBS) blends have been studied by impact testing, dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The relations of micromorphology and properties for PVC/NBR/SBS ternary blends are discussed. Experimental results indicate that the PVC/NBR/SBS blends are partially compatile microphases systems with different DMA spectra. It is shown that SBS is dispersed in the form of network micromorphology in PVC matrix by TEM observation. NBR-29 and SBS have a cordinate ef fect on PVC toughness.
