1984年在中国水稻农家品种马尾粘中发现花粉败育型雄性不育株,用协青早选杂和连续回效选育成马协型雄性不育系,对马协不育系的特征特性,开花习性,花粉败育的细胞学特征,细胞质质量,线粒体DNA和线粒体COD同工酶等进行比较研究,结果表明,马协雄性不育系是一种新的细胞质雄性不育系,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,利用马协不育系与明恢63配组马协63杂交稻组合具有优质,高产,多抗特点,通过了湖北省和僵杂交稻  相似文献

水稻光敏与温敏核不育基因之间互作效应与利用研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
选育不育期败育彻底、不育性稳定的光、温敏不育系是目前两系法杂交稻制种安全可靠的重要保证.本研究利用光敏不育系7001S与安全型温敏不育系广博S,广培S杂交,将农垦58S光敏不育基因与安农S温敏不育基因重组在一起.进行了重组体的不育性和不育稳定性研究.安农S核不育基因使得重组型光敏不育系的不育性变得非常稳定,不同来源的重组型光敏不育系互交杂种F2代光敏不育株率达70%以上,容易从中筛选到不育起点温度低的重组型光敏不育系.将光敏不育基因回交转移到广博S和广培S中,得到与广博S或广培S相似的重组型光敏不育系光广博S,光广培S,其不育起点温度提高.用光广博S(或光广培S)为父本与广博S(或广培S)杂交产生了不育起点温度极低的温敏不育F1代;用广博S与其重组型温敏不育近等基因系光温广博S杂交,其F1代不育起点温度也很低.研究表明,光敏不育基因与温敏不育基因重组,能够解决光敏不育系难获得和败育不彻底的问题;短日高温下,光敏不育性对温敏不育性表现上位作用;控制农垦58S不育类型不育起点温度表达的遗传因子与安农S不育类型的很可能不同,建立安全型温敏不育系的带有光敏不育基因的近等基因系(重组型光敏不育系或者重组型光温敏不育系),用其作为父本与安全型温敏不育系杂交,其F1代可代替安全型温敏不育系用于生产.  相似文献

利用3个来源于野生稻与栽培稻杂交后代的反向温敏不育系R6S、N13S、Tb7S为材料,开展了反向温敏不育系不育性遗传研究,结果表明反向温敏不育系N13S的育性是细胞核内1对隐性基因控制的;Tb7S的育性是受隐性核基因控制的,F2代的育性分离比为9∶7,不育性状表现为2对基因的独立遗传;R6S的F2代育性分离比为37∶27,受细胞核内的3个隐性基因位点分别位于不同染色体上而通过互补作用的独立遗传.为进一步分离、定位及克隆有关这些反向温敏不育基因及发展分子标记辅助选择选育反向温敏不育系奠定了良好的遗传学基础.  相似文献

通过4个不育系和5个恢复系所配20个组合10个性状的方差分析和不育系、恢复系的一般配合力及特殊配合力杨对效应值的比较,表明籼型新不育系红矮A在千粒重、单株粒重、穗长、结实率等性状上的配合力明显高于珍汕97A,其它性状与珍汕97A具有相似的配合力。绵灰2009穗着粒、穗实粒、单株粒重等性状的配合力明显高于明恢复63,结实率和全生育期与明恢63具有相似的配合力。  相似文献

通过研究以温光敏不育小麦C49-89S和绵阳29号组配的正反交组合分离世代在不同播期中育性平均值的大小,探讨了细胞质对温光敏不育基因表牵影响,结果表明:温光敏不育基因的表达不是通过胞质与细胞核互作产生的,但胞质对世界代育性平均值的大小能产生作用,这种作用在早播时存在,随着播期的推迟,温光条件的改善,这种作用表现不明显,讲座了胞质效应在两系杂种优势利用上的可能性。  相似文献

以农垦58S、7001S、5047S、W6154S、KS9、培矮64S、安农1S和5460S8个不同类型的水稻光温敏核不育系为材料,在广州(23°08′N)盛夏7月~8月份对各不育系的不育性表达进行了系统的比较研究,并对育性转换的同步性进行了观察。结果表明,不育性表达的同步性以安农1S和7001S较好,群体不育性整齐,其他6个不育系的不育性表达的同步性较差,株间、株内穗间、穗内颖花间的花粉育性差异显著或极显著。连续单株套袋对降低株间、株内颖花间的花粉育性差异效果不大。遗传纯合的不育系单株间、株内颖花间的育性转换是不完全同步的。不育同步性可作为评价光温敏核不育系优劣的一个重要指标  相似文献

本文报道了五种不育细胞质型十二个不育系与“7623”恢复系杂交F_1、F_2、F_1B_1以及其中[BT]型五个杂交组合的F_3、部分F_4、F_5等各代共3.286株植株的花粉育性表现及遗传分析结果。发现在“7623”恢复基因作用下,十二个组合的F_1代育性部分恢复;F_2代能育株:不育株量15:1的分离,F_1B_1代量3:1的分离,估计“7623”恢复系具有两对在孢子体水平上广泛作用于各种不育细胞质型并能部分恢复花粉育性的显性恢复基因;[BT]型F_2代单株花粉育性与F_3代相应株系平均花粉育性之间显著相关,证实这两对恢复基因之间存在一定程度的累加效应;[BT]型F_3代中符合3:1分离比株系平均花粉育性差异不显著。表明这两对基因具有同等恢复能力;各代能育株育性变异幅度较大,认为在不育细胞质遗传背景下,恢复基因所表现的恢复度有很大的反应规范。讨论了选择具强恢复力同质恢复系的可能性以及了解恢复基因遗传对新恢复系选育的指导意义。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL.
