作者通过离子注入法得到了镶嵌于SiO2薄膜中的Ge纳米晶,并通过系统的氧化性或还原性退火处理,以改变样品中Ge的氧化物成分组成.分析了不同样品在室温下的光致发光(PL)特性,并结合XRD分析表明:300与400nm附近的荧光峰的发光机制是GeO(nc-GeO)纳米晶发光,而不是GeO的缺陷发光;570nm附近的荧光峰的发光机制为Ge纳米晶(nc-Ge)发光,而不是Ge及Si界面的缺陷发光.  相似文献

采用水热法制备了不同Co掺杂浓度的六方纤锌矿结构的ZnO纳米粉体材料,通过X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和(光致发光)PL谱对样品的形貌、结构、光学性能分别进行了表征和测试. XRD分析结果表明:Co掺杂并未改变纤锌矿ZnO的晶体结构;SEM可以看出随着Co掺杂浓度的增大,花状ZnO纳米棒的均匀性变差,而且不同浓度Co掺杂ZnO纳米棒中均出现了少量的且尺寸较小的单根纳米棒;而PL光谱显示样品在381 nm附近具有微弱的紫外发光峰,在位于579 nm附近具有较强的可见光发光峰.特别是Co掺杂ZnO纳米棒的紫外发光峰强度同本征样品相比没有明显的变化,而可见光发光强度同本征样品相比具有明显的下降.随着Co掺杂浓度增大,样品可见发光峰的强度先减小再增大,说明样品的结晶质量先提高再降低.当Co掺杂的浓度为2.0%时,所制备的ZnO花状纳米棒具有良好的结晶质量,具有优异的光学性能.  相似文献

利用化学气相沉淀法(CVD),以Au为催化剂,在硅片衬底上制备出了纯ZnO与Ga掺杂ZnO和Co掺杂ZnO的纳米结构产物.对产物进行了物相分析与微观表征,并研究了双光子荧光特性.结果表明:样品均体现了较好的双光子光致发光性能;与纯ZnO纳米棒相比,Ga掺杂ZnO纳米棒在385nm波长处具有很强的紫外发射峰,在520nm波长处具有较强的绿光发射峰;Co掺杂ZnO纳米片在540nm波长处具有很强的绿光发射峰,在385nm波长处具有非常弱的紫外发射峰,且可见光发射强度增高.  相似文献

Mn掺杂GaN纳米条的制备和性质的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过在1000℃下氨化锰掺杂Ga2O3薄膜制备了大量GaMnN纳米条。采用此法得到的剑状Mn掺杂GaN纳米条是六方纤锌矿结构,Mn的原子百分比是5.43%,纳米条的厚度大约为100 nm,宽度为200~400nm。X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、选区电子衍射(SAED)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和荧光分光光度计(PL)用于表征所制备纳米条形貌及光学性质。室温下以325 nm波长的光激发样品表面,发现由于Mn的掺杂使GaN的发光峰有较大的红移。最后,简单讨论了GaN纳米条的生长机制。  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射技术在Si(111)衬底上制备了未掺杂ZnO薄膜和Nd及其与Fe,Mn共掺杂ZnO薄膜.通过XRD分析表明,未掺杂ZnO薄膜沿c轴择优生长,掺杂ZnO薄膜偏离了正常生长,薄膜为纳米多晶结构.应用AFM观测所有薄膜的表面形貌,掺杂使ZnO薄膜表面粗糙.室温光致发光谱显示,薄膜出现了395nm的强紫光和495 nm的弱绿光带.Nd掺杂ZnO薄膜的PL谱线峰值强度减弱,Nd与Fe,Mn共掺杂ZnO薄膜的PL谱线峰值强度增强,分析了掺杂引起PL峰强度变化的原因.  相似文献

以Zn(NO3)3.6 H2O,AgNO3为原料,明胶为模板分散剂,采用凝胶模板燃烧法制备纯ZnO和ZnO∶Ag纳米晶,利用XRD,SEM,TEM和PL谱对样品的结构和性能进行了研究.结果表明∶掺杂前后产物粒子形状均为球形,结晶良好,属六方晶系结构且无杂相;Ag占据部分Zn格位或填隙位进入ZnO晶格,掺入量约为1%(摩尔分数);纯ZnO平均粒径约为40 nm,掺杂样品的平均粒径约为45 nm,Ag掺杂轻微地影响ZnO晶粒生长.PL谱显示Ag掺杂能够调整ZnO纳米晶的能带结构?提高表面态含量,进而使得ZnO:Ag纳米晶的可见发光能力显著增强.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Tb3+掺杂β-Ga2O3纳米粉末.用X-射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼(Raman)、光致发光激发谱(PLE)和发光谱(PL)对其进行了一系列的表征. XRD 和 Raman 的结果表明: Tb3+离子的掺入没有改变β-Ga2O3结构.用350 nm的激发光去激发Tb3+掺杂β-Ga2O3纳米粉末,样品的最强峰在543 nm (5D4-7F5)附近,对应着Tb3+离子的绿光发射.此外,还讨论了能量传递机制.  相似文献

采用水热方法,通过调节前驱体的pH值,得到不同形貌的立方相Lu2O3:Eu3+纳米棒、纳米片和纳米颗粒。利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、光致发光(PL)谱和荧光寿命(FL)等技术对所制备的纳米晶进行了系列表征。随着纳米晶尺寸的减少,样品的荧光强度明显减弱,这是由于吸附在纳米晶表面的OH含量逐渐增加,加速了非辐射弛豫从而降低了发光效率。此外,也观测到源于纳米晶表面Eu3+离子的逐渐加强的624 nm发射以及在长波侧不断延伸的电荷迁移带长激发尾。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
