为了实现专业运输液化天然气(LNG)船特种绝缘箱用桦木胶合板的国产化,采用我国东北桦木及水溶性酚醛树脂胶黏剂压制LNG船用特种绝缘箱用胶合板。以热压压力、温度和时间3因素安排正交实验,以密度、弹性模量(MOE)、静曲强度(MOR)和剪切强度为指标,确定最优工艺为:热压压力1.2 MPa,热压温度140℃,热压时间1.0 min/mm。同时对桦木胶合板常态下,以及浸泡于液态天然气(-162℃),48 h后的MOE、MOR、剪切强度、厚度变化进行比较。结果表明:LNG船浸泡处理导致桦木胶合板MOE、MOR和剪切强度降低,试件厚度膨胀率为0.96%。压制的东北桦木胶合板与芬兰同样结构的桦木胶合板的性能比较表明,以优化工艺压制的东北桦木胶合板可以替代芬兰桦木胶合板用于LNG船绝缘箱。  相似文献

运用层合梁经典理论和一阶剪切变形理论预测了木竹复合层合板的有效弹性模量、跨中正应力和挠度;用有限单元法对木竹复合层合板的弯曲性能进行了分析,并与理论分析结果进行了比较。结果表明,有限单元法用于分析木竹复合层合板的弯曲性能具有相当精度。  相似文献

<正>本文报道了加速老化试验对酚醛胶胶合板物理力学性能的影响。经加速老化试验APA D-1和D-5,V_(100),ASTM D1037-78后,酚醛胶胶合板的各项强度指标均明显降低,吸水率和吸水厚度膨胀率增大;性能降低的幅度随循环次数的增加逐渐减小,加速老化试验对九层胶合板静曲弹性模量的影响比静曲强度的影响大。加速老化试验D-5、ASTM、V(100)三个方法的条件剧烈程度相当。我国胶合板标准规定的工类胶合板试件处理条件的剧烈程度大致与ASTM 6循环加速老化相同。  相似文献

根据纺织及复合材料理论给出了描述加捻竹束在竹木复合单板层积材中产生预应力的力学模型.通过试验对比了不配置竹束、配置不加捻竹束、配置加捻竹束3种单板层积材的水平剪切强度和弯曲性能.结果表明:3种单板层积材的水平剪切强度无显著差异.配置竹束使单板层积材弹性模量和静曲强度明显增加,弹性模量增加22.8%,静曲强度增加18.6%;配置加捻竹束的竹木复合单板层积材弹性模量的提高较为明显,较配置不加捻竹束的层积材弹性模量增加17.6%,静曲强度增加11.0%.竹木复合单板层积材中加捻竹束预应力的存在能改善板材的刚度和强度,其预应力效应表现为正效应.  相似文献

在不同温湿度条件下,对竹材增强单板层积材(LVL)进行处理,分析了经过处理后竹材增强LVL力学性能的变化。结果表明:经过高温高湿处理后,竹材增强LVL的力学性能均出现了明显的衰减。其中,弹性模量(MOE)平均衰减30.7%,静曲强度(MOR)平均衰减38.3%,冲击韧性平均衰减11.7%;经过低温处理后,竹材增强LVL的弹性模量和静曲强度都有微弱增长的趋势,弹性模量平均增长率为2.5%,静曲强度平均增长率为5.4%,冲击韧性平均衰减率为37.9%;在高低温交变处理过程中,竹材增强LVL的弹性模量和静曲强度处于上下波动的状态,弹性模量衰减率或增长率在5%以内,静曲强度衰减率或增长率在10%以内,冲击韧性呈衰减趋势,平均衰减率为18.7%。  相似文献

采用对比浸渍各个阶段材料胶合性能和屏蔽性能的方法,研究了电磁屏蔽胶合板的屏蔽持久性能。结果表明:电磁屏蔽胶合板在63 ℃热水中浸渍3 h后胶合强度满足GB/T 98462—2004的国家标准要求;浸渍6 h和9 h后其胶合强度下降很大,低于国家标准要求,但在浸渍9 h后胶合板的电磁屏蔽效能平均值都在35 dB以上,平均下降2.54~9.25 dB,反映出胶合板在强度损失的情况下,屏蔽效能下降不大,仍具有一定的屏蔽性能。  相似文献

本文讨论了苎麻纤维分别在120℃、130℃、140℃和150℃干热处理下其结晶度与取向度的变化、强力与伸长的下降以及染色性能的改善。本文采用KES-FB-2纯弯曲试验仪测试了苎麻纤维的柔软性。用弯曲刚度及弯曲滞后矩表述试样的柔软性,对两者进行了比较。经干热处理后苎麻的柔软性亦有所提高。  相似文献

<正>本文主要研究复合胶合板的结构形式对其特性的影响,并探讨容积重和芯层刨花配比(各层刨花重量的比值)与这些特性的关系。 研究结果表明:1)结构形式对复合胶合板的特性有着显著的影响,芯层刨花采用单层定向、三层定向和非定向铺装形式时,其综合性能较好。2)改变芯层刨花配比可以在一定范围内调整复合胶合板平行和垂直两个方向上静曲强度和弹性模量的比值(MOR/MOR_垂和MOE_平/MOE_垂)。3)不同部位的芯层刨花对复合胶合板MOR和MOE的影响是不同的。越靠近表板的刨花影响程度越大,其规律按抛物线形式变化:Y=a+bx+cx~2。  相似文献

应用弹塑性断裂力学的Weakest-link破坏准则,分析了竹木复合集装箱底板在弯曲载荷下的破坏模式。结果表明:竹木复合集装箱底板主要发生两种形式的破坏,即底面拉伸破坏和芯层剪切破坏。同时笔者提出了这两种破坏形式下,底板静曲强度的理论预测模型,并应用统计回归模拟方法,研究了单板压缩和涂胶对静曲强度的影响规律,建立了静曲强度和弹性模量的相关模型。  相似文献

采用干热和湿热两种条件处理二醋酯长丝(松弛和张紧状态),分析处理温度、负荷和时间对纤维拉伸性能的影响.结果显示,经松弛干热处理后,二醋酯纤维的拉伸性能改善不明显;张紧干热处理中,纤维拉伸性能的改善主要取决于处理温度和负荷;松弛湿热处理后再经张紧干热处理,纤维的拉伸性能改善程度较相同条件下的单一张紧干热处理大.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
