通过水热法合成介孔材料M41,并用3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对其进行修饰.将M41和氨丙基修饰M41作为降糖药物胰岛素的载体,获得药物组装体M41-Ins(M/Ins)和氨丙基修饰M41-Ins(AM/Ins).采用Fourier变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和77K低温氮气吸附-解吸附技术对样品进行表征,并监测胰岛素在人工模拟体液中的释放行为,测定其释放率.实验结果表明:M41经氨丙基修饰后仍保持典型的六方孔道结构;经修饰后的M41释药更缓慢.  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了MCM-41-HY复合分子筛,采用浸渍法制备了Re-Ni-W/MCM-41-HY催化剂前驱体,并且用X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附比表面积测定(BET)等技术对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征.反应前将催化剂前驱体用氢气还原,再进行汽柴油加氢精制活性评价.加氢脱芳(HDA)活性评价在实验室的固定床连续反应器上,用四氢萘十二烷模拟物进行加氢.经过实验负载型催化剂Re-Ni-W/MCM-41-HY在适合的条件下可以很好的加氢脱芳.实验结论为,催化剂Re-Ni-W/M CM-41-HY在温度280℃、压力3 M Pa、氢油比600,液时体积空速5h-1,四氢萘的转换率可达到68%.  相似文献

研究了HIV-1 gp120s和gp41在大肠杆菌中表达产物的抗原特异性.首先构建表达质粒p120s和pT41,并转化到BL21和M15中.宿主细胞经IPTG诱导表达重组蛋白,SDS-PAGE和Western blot表征分析蛋白产物.总蛋白中gp120s占17.9%,为可溶性表达;gp41占24.6%,为包涵体形式.亲和层析法检测蛋白纯度分别为63.1%和89%.酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)实验说明重组蛋白有良好的抗原特异性.  相似文献

根据国外已发表的鸡传染性支气管炎病毒(IBV)S1基因序列,设计了一对引物并以RT—PCR特异性扩增出IBV标准强毒株M41和疫苗株H52,H120的S1基因,基因产物大小为1.62kb,与预期相符,对其测定序列后,同源性比较显示M41株与H52,H120的核苷酸序列的同源性分别为99.2%和97.1%,推导的氨基酸序列的同源性分别为98.3%和95.4%,该结果表明IBV M41与疫苗株H52,H120在S1基因上具有高度的同源性。  相似文献

以正硅酸四乙酯为硅源,钛酸四丁酯为钛源,溴代十六烷基吡啶为模板剂,合成了具有中孔结构的Ti—MCM-41,并对其进行了第4周期过渡金属氧化物的负载.紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-Vis)表明,负载金属氧化物后得到的M/Ti—MCM-41的吸收光谱较Ti—MCM-41发生了明显的红移.产氢实验结果表明,在300W高压汞灯照射下,M/Ti—MCM-41的产氢活性较Ti—MCM-41有明显的提高,前者的产氢速率最高可达后者的5.78倍.  相似文献

【背景】A型流感病毒的M2质子通道蛋白的X-ray和NMR结构已于2008年测定,并成为发展抗流感的重要药物靶标,但学术界对于抑制剂的作用机理尚有争论。【方法】用SYBYL软件作M2通道蛋白与金刚烷胺抑制剂的对接计算,在可能的对接位点(Asp-44,Trp-41,His-37)上用精确的量子化学方法计算对接能,并根据结构化学和物理化学的原理分析抑制剂的作用机理。【结果】计算了金刚烷胺与M2质子通道的多个可能的结合位点的结合能,包括His-37,Trp-41和Asp-44。【结论】金刚烷胺对M2的抑制是一个动态过程,可能有多个位点结合。金刚烷胺穿透细胞膜后在通道出口与Asp-44形成盐桥,质子流使盐桥解离,金刚烷胺再进入通道与芳香氨基酸Trp一41(或His一37)形成阳离子一兀键。  相似文献

根据野外获得的41号扭角羚四川亚种(Budorcas tacicolor tibetana)头骨标本,通过对牙齿的生长和换齿序的研究,其门齿、犬齿和1~3枚前臼齿在出生后约两周全部长出;恒齿长出的时间分别为 I_1.2~3岁,I_2.3~4岁,I_3.4~5岁,C.5~6岁,PM(?).4~5岁。PM(?),3.5~4.5岁,PM(?).4~4.5岁;M(?)1.1~2岁.M(?).2~3岁.M(?).3~4岁.利用牙齿鉴定最大者为27岁.若据牙齿磨损程度及角的生长可将其划分为6个年龄组.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

Future mobile communication systems aim at providing very high data transmission rates, even in high-mobility scenarios such as high-speed wheel-track trains, maglev trains, highway vehicles, airplanes, guided missiles or spacecraft. A particularly important commercial application is the strong and increasing worldwide demand for high- speed broadband wireless communications (up to 574.8 km/ h test speeds or 380 km/h commercial speeds) in railways, providing data, voice and video services for applications such as onboard entertainment services to passengers, train control, train dispatch, train sensor status handling and sur- veillance. In such high-mobility scenarios, there are a number of communication challenges, including fast hand- over, location updating, high-speed channel modeling, estimation and equalization, anti-Doppler spreading tech- niques, fast power control, and dedicated network architec- ture. 本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

Being the primary media of geographical information and the elementary objects manipulated, almost all of maps adopt the layer-based model to represent geographic information in the existent GIS. However, it is difficult to extend the map represented in layer-based model. Furthermore, in Web-Based GIS, It is slow to transmit the spatial data for map viewing. In this paper, for solving the questions above, we have proposed a new method for representing the spatial data. That is scale-based model. In this model we represent maps in three levels: scale-view, block, and spatial object, and organize the maps in a set of map layers, named Scale-View, which associates some given scales.Lastly, a prototype Web-Based GIS using the proposed spatial data representation is described briefly.  相似文献
