用二阶微扰方法(MP2)和单组态相互作用方法(CIS)方法优化了M(CO)_4(Mic)_2(M=Cr,Mo,W)的基态和激发态的几何结构,并用含时密度泛函方法(TD-DFT)计算了M(CO)_4(Mic)_2(M=Cr,Mo,W)的光谱.结果表明:在激发态,金属原子与相邻原子间的键相对基态减弱;Cr(CO)_4(Mic)_2的最低能量磷光光谱为773.1nm,主要归结为伴有CO(p)→Cr(d)跃迁(LMCT)的Mic(p)→Cr(d)(LMCT)跃迁;Mo(CO)_4(Mic)_2的最低能量磷光光谱为639.3nm,主要归结为伴有Mic-other(p)→Mo(d)跃迁(LMCT)的Mic-other(p)→O(p)跃迁(ILCT);W(CO)_4(Mic)_2的磷光光谱为640.5nm,主要归结为伴有Mic-other(p)→W(d)跃迁(LMCT)的Micother(p)→O(p)跃迁(ILCT);Mo和W配合物的发光跃迁属性表现出相似性,但与Cr配合物存在明显差异.由于Cr原子与相邻原子的相互作用明显强于Mo和W原子,所以Cr原子对配合物跃迁的贡献较Mo和W的更大.  相似文献

采用密度泛函B3LYP方法,使用6-31G(d)基组优化双联吡咯啉锌配合物(a)和双(5,5’,7-三甲基)-联吡咯啉锌配合物(b)的几何结构,在获得稳定构型的基础上,讨论了体系的光物理性质.计算得到的吸收光谱值和实验值吻合,通过前线分子轨道分析表明,主要跃迁是卟啉配体的π到π*跃迁,Zn原子对跃迁的贡献很小,这和8-羟基喹啉铝中Al原子起到的作用相似.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的B3LYP方法,在6-31g**基组水平上研究了配合物[Ru(η5-C9H7){κ3(P,C,C)-PPh2(CH2CHCH2)}(PPh3)][PF6]的模型化合物[Ru(η5-C9H7){κ3(P,C,C)-PH2(CH2CHCH2)}(PH3)][PF6]的两个异构体1和2的相互转化机制.计算结果表明,从1到2活化能为11.81kcal/mol,1比2稳定,两者之间的能量差为4.63 kcal/mol.根据分子轨道对称性剖析了它们的相对稳定性.研究表明,异构体1比2稳定是由于1中的碳碳双键和金属之间能形成有效的反馈π键,增强了金属和碳碳双键之间的作用,而2中难以形成有效的反馈π键.  相似文献

用密度泛函理论BP86结合自然键轨道分析方法,研究了具有分子导线潜在应用的含二吡啶胺配体(dpa)的金属串配合物[Ru3(dpa)4]L2(1:L=Cl,2:C≡N,3:C≡CPh)的Ru—Ru,Ru—L键及其在电场作用下的结构变化规律,结果表明:(1)配合物基态均存在Ru6+3离域三重键,1中具有1个σ43和2个!43离域键,2中具有σ23,!53和δ53离域键,3中具有1个σ23和2个!53离域键.1的轴向配体形成Ru—Cl弱配位σ键,2和3中Ru与C≡N和C≡CPh(下文简写为CN和CCPh)除形成Ru—C配位σ键外,还具有Ru(dyz,dxz)→L(!*C-N或!*C-C)反馈!键,减弱了Ru—Ru离域!键.且2的CN中N的电负性较大,其反馈!键更强使Ru—Ru键最弱,故Ru—Ru距离为231.(2)电场作用下,低电势端的Ru—Ru和Ru—L键缩短,而高电势端的Ru—Ru和Ru—L键增长;轴向配体的负电荷向高电势端转移,而Ru的正电荷则向低电势端移动;高电势端Ru的自旋密度减小,而低电势端Ru和L的自旋密度增大.因3中CCPh共轭性强,故电荷密度和自旋密度对电场更敏感,有利于电子在分子轴的传输.1~3的前线分子轨道分布、能级和能隙在电场作用下均较稳定.在电场中前线轨道仍能保持金属轴的离域,有利于电子传输.(3)含更大的共轭轴向配体CCPh的3的HOMO-LUMO能隙小于具有相同自旋态的2,故3的导电性可能最好.  相似文献

采用密度泛含理论和对称性破损态方法,选用反铁磁双核镍配合物[Ni2(μ—O2P(H)Ph)2(bpy)4)]Br2作为研究对象,应用bpw91,bp86,blyp三种密度泛函方法,在不同的基组(SDD/LANL2DZ/6-31G)水平下,计算配合物的磁耦合常数,讨论不同种基组和方法计算镍配合物交换耦合常数的精确度,对轨道能量进行计算,对自旋密度进行分析.研究表明,两个Ni(II)离子之间弱的反铁磁相互作用主要源于单占据分子轨道SOMOs小的能量劈裂.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论(DFT)的B3PW91方法,在Lanl2dz、6-31G(d,p)、6-311 G(d,p)基组水平上对具有不同点群对称性的Zn(OH)46-及Zn(H2O)62 系列配合物的几何构型进行了全优化,并在B3PW91/6-311 G(d,p)水平上对前线轨道、振动频率等性质进行了分析。Zn(OH)64-系列配合物中具有D3d点群对称性的构型最稳定,Zn(H2O)26 系列配合物中具有Th点群对称性的构型最稳定。从体系能量角度考虑,Zn(OH)64-.6H2O体系比Zn(H2O)26 .6OH-体系稳定。通过振动分析得到的O—H键吸收峰在3816和1638cm-1位置处,Zn—O键的吸收峰在541和391cm-1位置处,与文献报道的实验数值相符,证明所采用的理论方法及基组适用于研究Zn(OH)64-和Zn(H2O)62 系列配合物的电子结构。  相似文献

用TPSSTPSS密度泛函方法,Pu离子和H2O分子分别采用相对论有效原子实势(RECP)和6-31g基组,研究了Pu(H2O)53+和Pu(H2O)54+团簇溶剂化和非溶剂化效应中的几何结构及紫外可见吸收光谱.计算结果表明:水溶剂环境对Pu(H2O)53+及Pu(H2O)54+团簇的几何结构影响都比较明显.NBO电荷分析表明水分子与钚离子之间没有直接的电荷转移.所研究团簇的未配对电子都占据5f轨道.在气相及水溶剂环境下,所研究团簇的紫外可见吸收光谱存在较大差距.主要的吸收峰大都源于f电子之间的跃迁.  相似文献

基于分子轨道(MO)和自然跃迁轨道(NTO)成分计算分子片段间的电荷转移. 先用密度泛函理论(DFT)中的CAM-B3LYP方法, 在6-31G(d)基组水平上优化隐式溶剂H2O下苏氨酸(Thr)分子的几何构型,  再在相同理论方法下进行含时密度泛函理论(TDDFT)的电子激发计算, 给出隐式溶剂H2O下Thr分子体系电子激发过程中片段间电荷转移特征的对比结果. 结果表明: 在S1~S5激发态中, 仅S2中有一对MO32→MO33跃迁轨道占绝对优势, 可通过分析该轨道的成分讨论电荷转移; 其他激发态可通过NTO分析方法讨论电荷转移; S0向激发态S1,S3和S4电荷转移的主要贡献为NTO32→NTO33轨道, 与Hirshfeld和Becke方法的定性结果一致, 定量结果略有差别.  相似文献

采用密度泛函理论DFT/B3LYP在6-31G水平上研究了CH3和CF3取代吡啶吡唑硼配合物的几何和电子结构,在基态平衡构型的基础上通过含时密度泛函理论TD-DFT计算了其光谱性质.结果表明:氟代甲基吡啶甲基吡唑硼配合物(2b′)的配位键略强于甲基吡啶氟代甲基吡唑硼配合物(2b);二者的中心B原子对分子的结构不但起支撑稳定作用,还可以作为电子桥传输电子;当取代基交换位置时,苯环和吡唑环都可以作为空穴传输基团,电子传输基团仍为吡啶环,配合物的主要跃迁都属于配体内部的π→π*跃迁类型.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
