溶膜富集石墨炉原子吸收光度法测定痕量铬

利用缔合物Ｃｒ（ＨＬ′）２－ＳＣＮ－ＤＢＳ能被可溶滤膜富集的特点,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定了Ｃｒ（ＶＩ）为０．１μｇ·Ｌ－１级水样。在Ｃｒ（ＶＩ）为１．０～６．０μｇ·Ｌ－１测量范围内,Ｃｒ（ＶＩ）的浓度与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,其相关系数ｒ＝０．９９８８,检测限０．０５μｇ·Ｌ－１。地表水及饮用水中常见离子不影响测定,水样加标回收率为９０％～１１０％。     

非对称水溶性卟啉与钯（II）显色反应的光度法研究

研究了非对称性５，１０，１５－三（４－甲基－３－磺基苯）－２０－［４－（５－氟尿嘧啶）－３－磺基苯］卟啉（ＭＦｕＳＰＰ）测钯的显色条件，在表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠存在下，ｐＨ４．５￣６．０的弱酸性ＨＡｃ￣ＮａＡｃ缓冲介质中，用抗坏血酸催化，Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）与ＭＦｕＳＰＰ形成１：１配合物，最大吸收波长４１５ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数ε＝１．８×１０＾５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ＾－１·ｃｍ＾－１，线性范围０￣２．０μｇ／１０ｍｌ     

用间羧基偶氮氯膦─树脂相分光光度法测定钪

本文研究了间羧基偶氮氯膦（ＣＰＡｍＫ）在树脂相中与钪的显色条件。在盐酸介质中，以阴离子交换树脂吸附Ｓｃ－ＣＰＡｍＫ络阴离子。钪与试剂在０．０６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ盐酸介质中生成１：２的螯合物，在波长６７５ｎｍ处有最大吸收，表观摩尔吸光系数ε＝１４０×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。在５０ｍｌ溶液中，１－７μｇＳｃ／５０ｍｌ符合比耳定律，应用于合金中钪的直接测定，结果良好。     

茜素紫—乳化剂OP—H2O2—Ti（Ⅳ）化学发光体系

报道了用自行组装的流动注射化学发光分析仪，对茜素紫－乳化剂ＯＰ－Ｈ２Ｏ２－Ｔｉ（ＩＶ）化学发光新体系进行了研究．考察了测定钛的最佳条件，测定Ｔｉ（ＩＶ）的线性响应浓度为０．５×１０－７～８．０×１０－６ｇ·ｍｌ－１，检测下限达５０ｎｇ·ｍｌ－１，对２μｇ·ｍｌ－１（ＩＶ）进行了１１次重复测定，其ＲＳＤ为２．１％，对２８种常见的阴阳离子进行了干扰实验，表明方法具有较好的选择性，用于水样中钛的分析，结果令人满意．     

新显色剂5－（4＇－氯－2＇羧基苯偶氮）绕丹宁与银的显色反应及其应用研究

在ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００存在下，ｐＨ＝５．０～５．５时，新试剂Ｃｌ－ＲＡＣＰ与银生成配合物，其最大吸收波长为５００ｎｍ，配合物的配位比为１：２，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．１×１０￣５·Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。Ａｇ（Ⅰ）的浓度在０～２．０μｇ·ｍｌ￣（－１）范围内符合比尔定律。该法用于阳极泥和废定影中银的测定，结果较满意，相对标准偏差为１％。     

分光光度法测定微量钪——三元显色体系Sc（Ⅲ）—CPA—pc—I^—的研究

系统地研究了Ｓｃ（Ⅲ）－ＣＰＡ－ｐｃ－Ｉ＾－三元配合物显色体系的最佳显色条件及其主要性质，测定了共存离子的影响，钪含量在每２５ｍｌ含０￣７．５μｇ范围内服从比尔定律，表观摩尔吸光系数为１．４×１０＾５ｌ·ｃｍ＾－１·ｍｏｌ＾－１，采用该三元体系测定了合成试样及攀枝花铁矿中的微量钪，结果与推荐值基本相符。     

BPHC脱除水溶液中Hg（Ⅱ）

从碳酸氢盐水处理的花生壳中制取活性碳，已用于初始金属离子浓度１０￣２０ｍｇ·ｄｍ＾－３的Ｈｇ（Ⅱ）的吸附，其搅拌时间５￣１８０分钟，吸附剂量５￣１２０ｍｇ·１０ｍｌ＾－１，ｐＨ在１．５￣１０．０范围内。用１００ｍｇ·１００ｍｌ＾－１的ＢＰＨＣ吸附Ｈｇ（Ⅱ），吸附作用随其初始浓度由１０到２０ｍｇ·ｄｍ＾－３和吸附平衡时间从７５到９０分钟的增加而增强。吸附过程遵循弗罗因特利奇和兰格缪尔两个吸附等温线。     

在span20存在下孔雀石绿与金的显色反应研究

研究了在ｓｐａｎ２０存在下孔雀石绿－金的显色反应。结果表明，金－孔雀石绿－ｓｐａｎ２０的三元络合物的表观摩尔吸光系数比孔雀石绿－金的大７～８倍，可达５．０×１０５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ－１·ｃｍ－１。金含量在（０～１２）μｇ／１０ｍｌ范围内符合比尔定律。     

联合腰麻硬膜外麻醉用于剖宫产手术

跨界原生质体融合产物细胞遗传物质整合过程中DNA含量变化

报导光合细菌球形红假单胞菌与酿酒酵母跨界原生质体融合的最初产物细胞Ｆ０和Ｆ０ａ在连续９６小时的培养过程中细胞ＤＮＡ含量的变化规律．酵母及光合细菌ＤＮＡ含量分别为（４．２１±０．０４）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ和（２．４４±０．１２）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ．Ｆ０培养２４小时ＤＮＡ含量为（１０．５±０．５９）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，到培养９６小时为（５．３０±０．４０）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，高于任一亲株；而Ｆ０ａ则从（１７．１±０．５９）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ降低至（９．２７±０．３７）×１０－８μｇ／ｃｅｌ，高于双亲ＤＮＡ含量之和．经统计学ｔ检验，融合产物ＤＮＡ含量与双亲ＤＮＡ含量均存在显著差异ｔ＞ｔ０．０１（１０）．本研究表明原生质体融合初期，遗传物质ＤＮＡ在整合过程中数量逐步降低后可达稳定水平，而其含量高于任一亲株细胞的基本规律．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
