Researching parameters correlation is important to analysis of reliability uncertainty for passive system. The only criterion for traditional method to determine the parameters correlation is the correlation coefficient threshold. This method is subjective and needs improvement. Taking loss of normal feedwater accident of AP1000 passive residual heat removal system( PRHRS)as example,a comprehensive method was proposed to resolve the subjectivity problem of traditional method. Comprehensive method took account of scatter diagram of parameters and thermal transmission rule and significance testing of correlation coefficient comprehensively when judging parameters correlation. By comparing the effect of parameters judged by traditional and comprehensive methods respectively, we found the distance of traditional method was larger than that of comprehensive method,showing some parameters impacting thermal transmission rule removed by traditional method and comprehensive method could judge more precise and scientific parameters. So comprehensive method should be used to judge linear relation between parameters and thermal transmission rule.  相似文献

A new method for forecasting non-stationary series is developed.Its steps are as follows.Step 1.Data delaminating.Non-stationary series is delaminated into several multi-scale steady data layers and one trend layer.Step 2.Modeling and forecasting each stationary data layer.Step 2.Imitating trend layer using polynomial.Step4.Combining the forecasting layers and imitating layer into one series,The EMD(Empirical Mode Decomposition) method suitable to preocess non-stationary series is selected to delaminate data,while ARMA(Auto Regressive Moving Aver age)model is employed to model and forecast stationary data layer and least square error method for trend layer regression.Aiming at forecasting length,forecasting orientation and selective method,experiments are performed for SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) images.Finally,an example is provided,in which the whole SAR image is restored via the method proposed by this paper.  相似文献

Numerical simulation method is applied in the study oftwo - phase flow dynamics in the eliminator of air wash-er. The paper examines three selective schemes for the smoothed finite element method (SFEM) which was formulated by incorporating a cell-wise strain smoothing operation into the standard compatible finite element method (FEM). These selective SFEM schemes were formulated based on three selective integration FEM schemes with similar properties found between the number of smoothing cells in the SFEM and the number of Gaussian integration points in the FEM. Both scheme 1 and scheme 2 are free of nearly incompressible locking, but scheme 2 is more general and gives better results than scheme 1. In addition, scheme 2 can be applied to anisotropic and nonlinear situations, while scheme 1 can only be applied to isotropic and linear situations. Scheme 3 is free of shear locking. This scheme can be applied to plate and shell problems. Results of the numerical study show that the selective SFEM schemes give more accurate results than the FEM schemes.  相似文献

Neither the finite element method nor the discontinuous deformation analysis method can solve problems very well in rock mechanics and engineering due to their extreme complexities. A coupling method combining both of them should have wider applicability. Such a model coupling the discontinuous deformation analysis method and the finite element method is proposed in this paper. In the model, so-called line blocks are introduced to deal with the interaction via the common interfacial boundary of the discontinuous deformation analysis domain with the finite element domain. The interfacial conditions during the incremental iteration process are satisfied by means of the line blocks. The requirement of gradual small displacements in each incremental step of this coupling method is met through a displacement control procedure. The model is simple in concept and is easy in numerical implementation. A numerical example is given. The displacement obtained by the coupling method agrees well with those obtained by the finite element method, which shows the rationality of this model and the validity of the implementation scheme.  相似文献

Current software cannot easily model an airbag to be flattened without wrinkles. This paper improves the modeling efficiency using the initial metric method to design a mapped mesh auto-flattening algorithm. The element geometric transformation matrix was obtained using the theory of computer graphics. The algorithm proved to be practical for modeling a passenger-side airbag model. 超硬磨料砂轮的修整是制约其优良磨削性能发挥的瓶颈。本文采用声光调Q YAG脉冲激光径向辐照砂轮表面,利用自己开发的一套在线检测闭环控制系统,控制激光脉冲的输出,对砂轮表面进行修整,达到了理想的整形精度,并发现可同时实现修锐,使超硬磨料砂轮的激光修锐和整形可合二为一,通过单脉冲试验研究总结出激光参数和工艺参数对砂轮修整效果的影响特点,选择优化的参数进行修整,获得了较好的修整效果。  相似文献

CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) is a highly efficient abrasive and has unique properties (highhardness, high thermal stability and high chemical inertia). As early as 1969 CBN Wheels had al-ready been made and showed excellent performance for grainding high speed steels and othermaterials hard to be ground. So far, however, CBN Wheels are still not popularly utilized in theindustry, the writer considers the main reason being the inadequate study for practical applica-tions and especially the suitable dressing technique. The dressing of resinoid CBN Wheels discussed in the paper, is different from that ofconventional ones. It has to be divided into two operations, truing and sharpening, each of whichhas its specific and independent functions. A simple dressing method with a lot of informationsuitable for production is studied; finally, the grain height protruding from the bond is taken asan index for evaluating the dressing results, and the effect of grain height on the grinding per-formance is discussed. By selecting proper conditions according to the workpiece requirements, abetter technical and economical benifit can be obtained.  相似文献

用YAG脉冲激光对青铜结合剂金刚石砂轮进行修锐试验研究,为改善激光修锐效果,提出辅助交叉吹气的方法,实验研究了激光功率密度和离焦量对结合剂去除效果的影响.对修锐后的砂轮表面形貌显微观察表明,辅助交叉吹气方法有助于磨粒的暴露,有明显的修锐效果.同时,对修锐砂轮的磨削力测量结果表明,修锐后法向磨削力比修锐前下降10%~15%,切向下降5%~7%,比单独同轴吹气下降3%~5%,提高了砂轮的磨削性能.该结果为金属结合剂超硬磨科砂轮的激光修锐应用提供了理论与试验依据.  相似文献

Wheel dressing is an important part of grinding, it influences not only the grinding quality ofthe workpiece,but also the cost of grinding.At present the single point mined diamond is widelyused as dresser in industry.Because the mined diamond is rare in nature and dear,it has a practicalsignificance to find a substituting material for the mined diamond.Due to the isotropy of PCD(polyerystalline diamond),new sharp cutting edges will expose continuously during dressing opera-tions,maintaining high dressing efficiency.Tests show that dressing corundum wheel,especiallydressing those for internal grinding,PCD dresser is suitable to common hardnesses,and grains ofwheels and smaller depth of dressing.The authors consider that PCD dressing can be used to sub-stitute completely the mined diamond dresser and the cost of dressing may be reduced.  相似文献
