感知能力是影响空中交通管制员管制技能的重要因素。根据中国民航雷达管制员的工作内容和特点,本系统选取角度感知、速度感知、短时记忆和判断三个方面,为管制人为因素实验室设计和开发了针对雷达管制的管制员感知能力测试系统。并以某管制单位的153名管制员为测试对象,使用SPSS13.0统计软件对系统测试结果进行分析,测试结果符合正态分布。测试结果还表明,采用该系统训练可提高管制员的感知能力。  相似文献

目的对大学生心理一致感(SOC-13)中文版进行初步的修订和信效度检验。方法根据量表修订的方法,在国内四省市九所大学中选取1052名在校大学生进行测试,分析中文版的信度和效度。结果项目分析结果表明,SOC-13各项目的项目鉴别力良(r=0.109~0.545);内部一致性系数为0.79,分半信度为0.757,重测信度为0.621;效标关联效度理想。结论修订后的心理一致感量表具有较高的信度和效度,可作为中国大学生心理一致感的测量工具。  相似文献

编制适用于中职教育环境下中职学生学习策略量表,进行项目分析、因素分析并检验其信、效度。正式量表考虑了学校类型、地域、年级、性别、专业等问题,从广西9所中等职业学校共施测894例有效样本,获重测样本60例,校标样本120例。量表由理论浅加工、理论深加工、技能浅加工、技能深加工、时间管理、自我评估这6个分量表,共26个题项组成。总量表α系数为0.948,重测信度为0.808。各分量表总分与学习策略意识总分的相关为0.65-0.81,校标关联相关系数为0.654。研究编制的量表的信度、效度较好,可以作为测查中职生学习策略的评测工具。  相似文献

针对地方院校大学生的特征,研制地方院校大学生希望量表,并进行信度、效度分析。参考国内外相关文献,基于访谈和实际调查,构建量表的维度并研制量表,用所编量表对大学生进行测试。量表包含17个条目,涵盖着"积极的行为举动""对现实和未来的积极态度""与他人保持亲密关系"和"对未来具有积极良好的信念"4个维度,量表总分的α系数和重测信度分别为0.843和0.693,4个因子的α系数在0.6390.843之间、重测信度在0.6070.843之间、重测信度在0.6070.701之间;量表的结构效度系数较好,能够说明量表各因素具有一定的同质性和区分度。该量表具有较好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学要求。  相似文献

运用多元概化理论与结构方程技术对SCL-90量表进行信效度分析,发现SCL-90量表各维度概化系数为0.67~0.85,可靠性系数为0.64~0.82,都达到中等水平,总分概化系数为0.968,可靠性指数为0.962,说明SCL-90量表分量表和总量表都具有较高信度,同时各个维度题量可以适当删减;对SCL-90量表进行结构效度分析发现,模型拟合指数较佳.综合认为SCL-90量表具有较好的信度与结构效度.  相似文献

如今企业的竞争已成为人才的竞争,企业对于人员的选拔越来越严格.无领导小组讨论作为一种现代的测评技术,也愈受企业组织的重视.但是,与此同时很多企业对无领导小组讨论的信效度仍持质疑态度.与以往的研究有所不同,通过使用经典测量理论、结构方程模型和概化理论分析某企业员工晋升选拔中无领导小组讨论的评分.研究发现,无领导小组讨论的评分者一致性系数较高;结构信度与结构效度较好;此外,概化理论分析获得的概化系数与可靠性指数都较高,且无领导小组讨论的评分者以4个为最佳.研究表明,无领导小组讨论在注意操作规范的前提下具有较好的信度与效度.  相似文献

大学生情绪智力量表的效度检验   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
对情绪智力量表(EIS)中文版进行效度检验。920名本科生完成情绪智力量表的问卷调查。项目分析显示,33个题目在项目-总分相关及项目鉴别度上均符合测量学要求。对先前研究者提出的量表的单因素和四因素结构进行验证性因素分析,拟合结果不满意。重新进行探索性因素分析,获得4种可能的因子结构,验证性因素分析表明四维的量表结构拟合最佳(CMIN/DF=2.19,CFI=0.90,GFI=0.93,AGFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.05)。最终量表的内部一致性信度(α系数)达到0.85。进一步检验表明大学生样本不存在EIS的性别差异。量表与同时施测的量表的相关关系符合理论预期,具有较好的会聚效度和效标关联效度。研究修订的情绪量表具有较好的信度、效度,可以满足今后国内相关研究和应用的需要。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
