根据查询负载轻重,讨论了并行XML数据库中查询间并行性的处理机分配问题,并提出四种处理机分配策略,即平均分配法、比例分配法、组合分配法以及串行分配法·通过性能仿真分析得出,在大多数情况下,组合分配法性能最好·但当处理机数np接近最大可用处理机数nmax p时,比例分配法性能最好·当np小于nmax p的40%时,平均分配法性能最差;反之,当np大于nmax p的40%时,串行分配法性能最差·  相似文献

在国产百万亿次超级计算机曙光5000A上进行了天体大规模数值模拟软件的性能和可扩展测试实验,详细介绍了软件中的测试程序以及测试环境和过程,并对测试结果进行了分析.对于80×80×50的网格规模,采用每节点4进程测试了16~128个处理器核,每节点8进程、16进程分别测试了16~512个处理器核,相对加速比最终分别达到5.33、10.48和12.57,并行效率分别达到66.66%、32.58%和32.29%.对于160×160×100的网格规模,测试了每节点16进程的64~8 192个核的性能,最大相对加速比为12.46,并行效率为9.73%.测试结果表明,曙光5000A具有良好的性能,测试结果对软件下一步的优化研究具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

针对生物信息领域中传统后缀树构造算法在时间和空间上的限制,从结构并行的角度提出了一种新颖的、适用于生物信息学应用的并行后缀树结构和相应的构造算法·该算法首先将给定字符串分成若干连续的片段,并在各个处理机上分别构造这些片段的后缀树,形成了一种分布于多个处理机上的并行后缀树结构·该并行算法不仅大大缩短了后缀树的构造时间,而且避免了主存大小的限制·经分析,其性能优于现有的任何一种并行算法·在此基础上,提出了一种高效的基于这种并行后缀树的字符串匹配算法,解决了传统后缀树的基本查询问题·  相似文献

集合包含查询分为子集、等值和超集3种查询,在多个领域有重要的研究意义和应用价值.随着集合数据集规模的不断增大,迫切需要提高集合包含查询的效率.集合包含查询并行化是解决这一问题的一条途径,基于OpenMP提出并行子集、等值和超集查询算法,这些算法采用反向索引结构,通过for循环并行化实现查询间的并行执行.为提高算法效率,设计2个高效的并行共享数据结构:1PVEC结构:用于存储并行查询结果.2CountArr数组:针对超集查询,用于对反向列表中的元素计数,并行线程可异步地对这两个结构进行访问.在MSWEB和DBLP 2个数据集上进行扩展实验,结果表明,实现的3种并行集合包含查询具有较高的效率,对3种查询在MSWEB数据集上均可达到4X以上的加速比.  相似文献

针对数据网格中存储资源的结构、协议和I/O模式的复杂性问题,分析了存储网络的并行存储I/O请求模型,采用随机Petri网(SPN)建立了SPN并行存储I/O传输的数学模型,描述了系统请求响应时间与系统负载、网络带宽和节点处理能力之间的关系,然后通过排队论进行了并行I/O的性能分析,最后归纳了影响存储网络系统I/O性能的因素,在并行策略和数据组织与分配等方面提出了提高整体存储性能的改进方法.为改进提高数据网格的整体存储I/O性能提供了有效的建模方法和具体的理论依据.  相似文献

提出一种将高维层次聚集Cube划分成若干个低维立方体M ini-Cube的并行创建与存储方法,利用并行处理技术来创建这些分割的分段共享M ini-Cube及其聚集Cuboids,实现高维层次聚集Cube的并行创建和增量更新维护,从而解决高维OLAP聚集海量数据的存储与查询问题.理论分析与实验结果都表明,相对于以往的Full Cube完全创建和Partial Cube部分创建等传统方法,基于分段M ini-Cube并行处理方法的性能有显著的提高.  相似文献

研究了在细粒度并行机上的扩散并行遗传算法.遗传算法中个体为矩阵个体,选种采用竞争法.并行处理机拓扑结构为三维网格.对一个十机系统的机组组合问题进行了串行模拟,结果表明,当最大遗传代数或并行处理机个数增大时,均可找到更好的解,同时加速比也得以提高,且异步法优于同步法.  相似文献

为了缩短网格中数据并行流水线在吞吐率受限下的延迟,提出了一种优化任务指派的算法.在一个流水线中,每个任务都可以是一个数据并行程序.当多个任务被指派到同一个并行系统时,假设每个任务排他地使用一组处理机.根据优化目的,优化过程可分成连续的两个阶段,即提高吞吐率和缩短吞吐率受限下的延迟.对不同的优化阶段,用不同的启发式算法确定一个并行系统中每个任务的处理机数.改派任一任务都会使流水线的性能发生变化,性能提高的幅度被称为任务优先级.通过重复改派优先级最高的任务,流水线的性能可迅速提高,这在仿真实验中已得到了证实.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献
