多层次灰色评价法在员工绩效考评中的应用

针对企业员工绩效考评问题，通过建立员工绩效考评指标体系，采用层次分析法（AHP）确定了各层评价指标的权重；应用定性与定量相结合的分析方法，给出了员工绩效考评的多层次灰色评价方法和实际的算例；在具体实例中的应用表明，采用该评价方法切实可行。     

论我国企业绩效管理存在的问题及对策

企业绩效管理是联系企业战略与执行的桥梁．是管理者通过一定的方法和制度确保企业及其子系统（部门、流程、工作团队和员工个人）的绩效成果能力与企业的战略目标保持一致．并促进企业战略目标实现的过程,其核心是企业绩效。在企业价值创造的过程中．它通过一组科学的工具和方法辅助企业正确地制定战略．制定相应的行动计划．在执行过程中进行有效监控．并协助企业合理地优化与调整战略。企业绩效管理包括业务单元经营绩效管理和员工绩效管理．通过目标管理和绩效考核实现对组织战略管理工作的落实进行过程监控和前期工作测评。其中,绩效考核是核心,而目标管理则注重将组织战略目标进行定量的准备描述。尽量少用定性的软指标。     

焊接电弧的电子模拟负载

通过分析焊接电弧动特性和绝缘栅双极晶体管(IGBT)特性，设计了焊接电弧电子模拟负载，提出了一种弧焊电源动特性测试的新的试验方法．该方法采用IGBT作为可变电阻来模拟实际焊接过程中电弧的动态变化，通过弧焊电源的动态电参数来进行综合评判，并对所设计的电子模拟负载进行了工艺实验研究．实验结果表明，采用IGBT可以作为电子模拟负载来模拟焊接电弧的电流、电压的动态变化．     

论我国企业绩效管理的实施

绩效管理是帮助企业维持和提高生产力、实现企业目标的最有效手段之一。20世纪80年代人力资源管理模式提出后,人们逐步意识到员工对企业的价值,并努力使员工对企业的贡献达到最大化绩效管理作为评估和改善员工表现的一种有效手段已经建立起一套完整的理论体系,它为企业的管理者及其下属人员提供了一个机会,使大家能够坐下来对下属人员的工作行为进行一番审查,使得管理者及其下属人员通过制定计划来克服在工作绩效评价过程中所揭示出来的那些低效率行为,同时帮助管理者们强化下属人员已有的正确行为,另外,它能够被运用于企业的雇员职业发展规划制定过程,更重要的是绩效评价所提供的信息有助于企业判断应当做出何种晋升或工资方面的决策。本文在阐述企业绩效管理的概念、流程及关键要素的基础上,分析了我国企业绩效管理实施中在对绩效管理的认识、企业文化等方面存在的主要问题。然后针对上述问题提出了相应的解决方案,以供我国企业参考和借鉴。     

定性模拟在企业竞争行为策略选择中的应用

提出企业竞争行为是由企业在市场中的竞争地位、产品生命周期、竞争对手竞争行为、企业风险类型和企业业务优势变化五个因素共同作用决定的，建立了市场竞争行为选择模型．在此基础上设计了基于随机变量作用的定性模拟方法和基于规则库的模糊定性模拟方法，实现了企业市场竞争行为的定性模拟．     

实验性免疫应激雏鸡胸腺T细胞研究

用ND（新城疫）I系疫苗大剂量肌肉注射2周龄雏鸡的方法建立实验性免疫应激模型，检测胸腺中CIM＋、CD8＋T细胞动态变化以及超微结构变化．结果显示：免疫应激前期（1—5d）表现为CIM＋T细胞数目减少，CD8＋T细胞数目增加的趋势；部分T细胞发生凋亡，并且是一个逐渐加剧的过程，呈现从凋亡到坏死的病理学变化过程．     

动态评价模型在工程招投标中的应压

根据随机过程的理论与方法，把企业的中标能力看作是一个动态变化发展的随机过程；按照马尔可夫链的分析方法。提出一个描述企业中标能力动态变化发展状况的模型，应用此模型可以对企业的中标能力进行动态评价．从而为竞争者和招标方提供有利的决策依据．     

日本和谐经营体系与我国和谐社会主义建设

日本型经营体系中充满了员工与员工的和谐，员工与管理者的和谐，管理者与组织的和谐，组织与社会的和谐；日本型经营形成了充分发挥子系统和系统成员的能动性、创造性的条件、环境和氛围；系统中各子系统的活动相互协调，系统最终达到整体和谐．“和谐”是日本企业和管理者的管理哲学，和谐思想已渗透到日本企业的各个层面，即和谐是日本型经营体系的主体和精髓．我国要进行和谐社会主义的建设可以从中得到借鉴——首先要提高社会活力与建立和谐文化．     

女性知识型员工工作家庭增益对管家行为的影响——一个跨层次被调节的中介效应模型

基于112个团队的398名女性知识型员工的问卷调查数据，采用多层线性模型，探讨了工作家庭增益对女性知识型员工心理所有权及其管家行为的影响，并分析了互动公平氛围的调节作用.结果表明:工作家庭增益对女性知识型员工的管家行为具有显著的正向影响;女性知识型员工的心理所有权在工作家庭增益影响管家行为的过程中起中介作用;互动公平氛围调节了女性知识型员工工作家庭增益通过心理所有权影响管家行为的中介作用.     

模拟气固流化系统的数值方法

针对气固两相流动的基本特征,采用流体连续、颗粒离散的处理方法,把受流体作用的颗粒运动过程分解为受颗粒冲力支配的碰撞运动及受流体曳力控制的悬浮运动,从而建立了模拟气固流化系统的数值方法．该方法能够真实地模拟气固流化床中的基本流动结构 鼓泡形成、多气泡行为、节涌现象及团聚物的动态变化．研究结果表明：与模拟气固流化系统已有的数值方法相比,本文的数值方法具有模拟真实、通用性强的优点．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
