模拟气固流化系统的数值方法

摘    要:针对气固两相流动的基本特征,采用流体连续、颗粒离散的处理方法,把受流体作用的颗粒运动过程分解为受颗粒冲力支配的碰撞运动及受流体曳力控制的悬浮运动,从而建立了模拟气固流化系统的数值方法.该方法能够真实地模拟气固流化床中的基本流动结构 鼓泡形成、多气泡行为、节涌现象及团聚物的动态变化.研究结果表明:与模拟气固流化系统已有的数值方法相比,本文的数值方法具有模拟真实、通用性强的优点.

Abstract:According to the basic characteristics of gas solid two phase flow, we have proposed a numerical method for simulating gas solid fluidization, in which the motions of solid phase are obtained by calculating individual particle motions while gas flows are obtained by solving the Navier Stokes equation of continuum. The particle motion resolved method is used to take account of the interaction both phases and interparticle so that the motion process of each particle is decomposed into collision process accounting for the interparticle interaction and suspension process related to the intraction with the fluid. The proposed method has given the moving simulation pictures for bubbles and slugging, in which the bubble behaviors in the distributior with several orifices have been also displayed. For the phenomena of cluster in circulating fluidized beds, the simulations of our are coincied with the experiments qualitatively. Therefore, the basic feature of gas solid fluidization can be simulated by the particle motion resolved method, which has wider suitable range in comparison with both pseudo fluid method and previous discrete method.
