ICP-MS法测定隐伏矿床植物中的多种微量元素   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用HNO3-H2O2处理样品,Rh作为内标进行基体效应补偿,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法,测定隐伏矿床植物样品中的Ti、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Cd、W、Pb共9种微量元素的含量。结果建立的方法的各元素检出限为0.01~0.50 ng.ml-1,样品分析结果的相对标准偏差为1.32%~6.32%,加标回收率为91.7%~103.5%。建立的方法简便、快速、准确,适用于隐伏矿床植物中微量元素的测定。  相似文献

微波溶样技术具有简便快速、节约试剂、污染少和样品溶解完全等特点,适用于植物中多种元素的测定.采用HNO3-HClO4作消解荆进行微波溶样,美国利曼公司生产的PS-Ⅰ型中阶梯光栅光谱仪测定柴胡中的微量元素,结果显示,其相对标准偏差为1.81%~6.76%,回收率为93%~103%.该结果为建立高效、准确和同时测定多种微量元素的柴胡质量检测标准方法提供了有利数据.  相似文献

考察了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法同时测定土壤、沉积物等样品中的12种元素的方法.结果表明,由3 mL HNO3-1 ml HCl-1 mL HF组成的混合酸对土壤、沉积物具有较好的消解能力.5种标准物质的测定结果表明,该方法快速简便、准确度高、精密度好是一种土壤、沉积物样品中多元素同时测定的广普方法.各元素的检出限为0.01-3.64 ng·g^-1RSD〈3.64%.  相似文献

用HNO3 H2 SO4 HClO4消化法、HNO3 H2 SO4消化法、(HNO3 HClO4)混合酸 H2 SO4消化法三种预处理方法处理膏霜类化妆品样品 ,并以ICP AES法直接测定样品中铜、铬、镉、锰、锌、铅的含量 .结果显示 ,采用 (HNO3 HClO4)混合酸 H2 SO4消化法预处理样品 ,能够得到较好的效果 ,测定方法加标回收率为 93 6 % - 1 0 3 8% ,1 0次测定的RSD (n =1 0 )小于4 89% ,方法操作方便 ,分析速度快 ,结果准确  相似文献

采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,用浓硝酸和过氧化氢消解样品,再采用标准曲线法测定了马齿菜中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn四种微量元素.在优化的仪器工作条件下,可分别测定马齿菜中的四种微量元素,不相互干扰,此法的回收率在96.4%~104%之间.该方法操作简单、准确度较高,测定结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用干灰化法、湿式消解法和微波消解法对稻壳生物质进行了预处理,通过火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)对不同预处理方法得到稻壳处理液中的钾元素含量进行了测定,为避免钾原子电离干扰的影响,加入了消电离剂.结果表明:加入500,μg/mL CsCl溶液可基本消除K+溶液测量过程中钾原子的电离干扰;稻壳样品经HNO3干灰化法、HNO3–H2O2湿式消解法和HNO3–H2O2微波消解法处理后,测定的稻壳中钾元素含量分别为0.638,4%、0.760,4%和0.778,6%;湿式消解法的实验结果重现性好,相对标准偏差仅为0.17%,且分析仪器简单,综合考虑,湿式消解法的效果优于干灰化法和微波消解法.  相似文献

建立用电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定金鸡片中Mg、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn、B、P、Sr含量的分析方法。采用V(浓硝酸)+V(高氯酸)=(6+2)mL混合酸溶解消化样品,在选定的实验条件下直接测定。结果表明,九种元素的回收率(n=6)在94.5%~105.5%之间,RSD≤6.7%。此方法简便、快速、可靠,用于金鸡片中常量和微量元素的测定,结果满意。  相似文献

测定黔东南苗族侗族自治州原生态"苗疆"牌台江金秋梨中微量元素锌的含量。方法:用正交试验优化仪器最佳工作条件,微波消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定微量元素锌。结果:"苗疆"牌金秋梨锌元素含量为3.1mg/Kg,方法的特征浓度为0.0057μg/mL,检出限为0.0079μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.62%,加标回收率在98%~102.7%之间,适用于金秋梨中微量元素锌的测定。结论:"苗疆"牌金秋梨微量元素锌的含量较高,具有很高的食用价值和药用价值。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
