红罗非鱼肌肉的营养成分分析   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
对红罗非鱼肌肉进行营养成分分析,并对其营养价值进行综合评价.结果表明,肌肉中粗蛋白含量为85.2%(干基),干物质中水解氨基酸总量为84、14%,其中必需氨基酸为35.59%,占氨基酸总量的42.30%;氨基酸价为108,第一限制氨基酸为蛋氨酸 胱氨酸(1973年FAO/WHO标准);游离氨基酸中4种呈味氨基酸含量丰富,牛磺酸高达1.13%,占游离氨基酸总量的12.39%;EPA和DHA总量占脂肪酸的5.5%;矿物质含量丰富,尤其是Se。因此认为红罗非鱼是一种营养价值和养殖价值都较高的品种。  相似文献

通过对河蚬软体部分营养成分分析,综合评定其营养价值.结果表明:河蚬软体部干样中,粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分含量分别为63.33%、10.91%、6.29%;必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的39.10%,各必需氨基酸中平均氨基酸分为88.9,第一限制氨基酸为Leu(1973年FAO/WHO标准);并富含钙、钠、钾、铁等无机元素.认为河蚬是一种营养价值较高的贝类.  相似文献

以北太平洋红鱿鱼为研究对象,通过化学分析法和仪器分析法测定其营养成分。结果表明,北太平洋红鱿鱼的水分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和灰分的含量分别为78.11%、17.48%、2.31%、1.72%。北太平洋红鱿鱼含有18种氨基酸,氨基酸总量占蛋白质量的86.09%,其中必需氨基酸占36.75%,含有人体所需的全部10种氨基酸,占氨基酸总量的74.46%,符合FAO/WHO的理想模式;其呈味氨基酸占氨基酸总量的38.76%。北太平洋红鱿鱼富含多不饱和脂肪酸,占脂肪酸总量的51.71%,其中EPA和DHA含量极其丰富,共占脂肪酸总量的46.13%。同时含有丰富的Na、K、Mg、P、Zn等元素。北太平洋红鱿鱼蛋白质、多不饱和脂肪酸含量高,必需氨基酸含量丰富,是营养价值较高的一种海产品。  相似文献

在实验室内测定4尾斑Hu(Mystus guttatus)的含肉率及其营养成分,并对其营养价值进行综合评定,该鱼(鲜样)含肉率73.37%肌肉中含粗蛋白19.60%,粗脂肪0.36%,粗灰分1.20%,水分3.18%,无氮浸出物0.33%,干物质中水解氨基酸总量84.63%,其中必需氨基酸36.19%,占氨基酸总量的42.77%,游离氨基酸总量593.96mg/100g;必需氨基酸指数为53.08;矿物质含量丰富,斑Hu是一种营养价值和养殖价值都较高的淡水优质鱼类。  相似文献

用氨基酸分析仪分析中药四叶参(Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.et Hk.F)的氨基酸成分,并比较四叶参中水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量。结果是,四叶参中鉴定出16种氨基酸成分,水解氨基酸总量为5.70%,游离氨基酸总量为4.17%。四叶参中含有16种氨基酸,结合状态和游离状态存在的氨基酸差异不大。  相似文献

对海水和淡水养殖南美白对虾肌肉中的水分、蛋白质、脂肪含量及氨基酸的组成进行了分析比较。结果表明:南美白对虾肌肉的蛋白质含量为19.1%-23.3%,平均为21.2%;脂肪含量为0.79%-1.14%,平均为0.97%。肌肉氨基酸组成中,必需氨基酸的含量占氨基酸总量的35.55%-36.95%;富含Glu(3.20%-3.32%),ASP(2.09%-2.16%)等鲜味氨基酸,蛋白质营养价值高。矿物质含量丰富,尤其是Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、P;维生素的含量一般。海水养殖虾肉与淡水虾肉相比,营养价值相当。  相似文献

应用氨基酸自动分析仪对石菖蒲中游离氨基酸的组成及含量进行分析,结果表明:石菖蒲所含游离氨基酸的总量为0.6545%,氨基酸的组分为17种,其中包括人体必需氨基酸8种和人体半必需氨基酸2种.这一结果为评价石菖蒲的药用价值提供了一定的依据.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees. The geographic information service is enabled by the advancements in general Web service technology and the focused efforts of the OGC in defining XML-based Web GIS service. Based on these models, this paper addresses the issue of services chaining,the process of combining or pipelining results from several interoperable GIS Web Services to create a customized solution. This paper presents a mediated chaining architecture in which a specific service takes responsibility for performing the process that describes a service chain. We designed the Spatial Information Process Language (SIPL) for dynamic modeling and describing the service chain, also a prototype of the Spatial Information Process Execution Engine (SIPEE) is implemented for executing processes written in SIPL. Discussion of measures to improve the functionality and performance of such system will be included.  相似文献

Advances in wireless technologies and positioning technologies and spread of wireless devices, an interest in LBS (Location Based Service) is arising. To provide location based service, tracking data should have been stored in moving object database management system (called MODBMS) with proper policies and managed efficiently. So the methods which acquire the location information at regular time intervals then, store and manage have been studied. In this paper, we suggest tracking data management techniques using topology that is corresponding to the moving path of moving object. In our techniques, we update the MODBMS when moving object arrived at a street intersection or a curved road which is represented as the node in topology and predict the location at past and future with attribute of topology and linear function. In this technique, location data that are corresponding to the node in topology are stored, thus reduce the number of update and amount of data. Also in case predicting the location,because topology are used as well as existing location information, accuracy for prediction is increased than applying linear function or spline function.  相似文献
