目的:建立香果健消片中木香主要成分的鉴别及含量测定方法.方法:采用薄层色谱法鉴别木香;高效液相色谱法测定木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量.结果:薄层色谱法鉴别斑点明显,木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯进样量在0.10~2.00 μg范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好.加样回收率分别为99.3%(BSD=0.24%,n=6)和100.8%(BSD=1.67%,n=6).结论:上述方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于木香的鉴别、木香中木香烃内酯及去氢木香内酯的含量测定.  相似文献

目的:建立蒙药嘎古拉-4汤中木香烃内酯的含量测定方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法.色谱柱为Hypersil ODS-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(65:35),流速为0.8ml·min-1,检测波长为225nm,柱温25℃.结果:木香烃内酯在0.20~1.00μg范围内,与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9995.嘎古拉-4汤中木香烃内酯的加样回收率为99.73%,RSD=1.545%.结论:本法简单、分离度好、准确,可用于嘎古拉-4质量控制.  相似文献

【目的】建立通过反相高效液相色谱测定木香(Ancklandia lappa)非药用部位药效成分木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯含量的方法。【方法】采用岛津LC-15C色谱仪和岛津C18-WR色谱柱(5.0 mm×150 mm,4.6μm);以乙腈-水(V乙腈 ∶V水 =48∶52)为流动相,柱温为30 ℃,流速为1.0m L·min-1。【结果】木香烃内酯进样质量浓度(X1)为0.0059375~0.19mg·m L-1时 ,与峰面积(Y1)的回归方程分别和Y1=7×107X1+61685(R2=0.9996);去氢木香内酯进样质量浓度(X2)为0.00375~0.12mg·m L-1时 ,与峰面积(Y2)的回归方程分别和Y2=1×107X2-3873.1(R2=0.9993);样品进样质量浓度在所测范围 内 与 峰 面 积 的 线 性 关 系 良 好。木 香 烃 内 酯 和 去 氢 木 香 内 酯 的 平 均 回 收 率 分 别 为99.72%和99.88%,回收率相对标准偏差分别为0.37%和0.25%。【结论】该方法具有简便、准确、快速、灵敏度高以及重复性和回收率好的特点,可为木香的综合开发利用提供依据。

目的:对阿如健脾散中的荜茇、丁香、诃子等成分进行薄层鉴别,同时测定了该制剂中荜茇的有效成分胡椒碱的含量.方法:HPLC采用C18柱,甲醇-水(77:23)为流动相,流速0.5ml/min,检测器波长343nm;TLC采用阴阳对照实验,对方中3种药材进行了确认,已达到鉴别的目的。结果:3种药材被鉴别;采用HPLC测定胡椒碱的含量,在0.02~0.10μg范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9997),平均加样回收率为97.02%.RSD为1.03%.结论:所用方法简便、稳定,能有效的控制该制剂的质量。  相似文献

目的:测定木香与川木香中木香烃内酯的含量.方法:采用RP-HPLC法,用kromasil色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水梯度洗脱,流速1ml·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长225nm.结果:在0.4~1.4μg之间,峰面积与进样量的线性关系为A=671028.2864C-65332.7036(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.3%.结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于木香与川木香中木香烃内酯的含量测定.  相似文献

目的:研究改进明目地黄丸中熊果酸的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法和薄层扫描法进行含量测定比较.结果:高效液相色谱法,熊果酸分离完全,回归方程为y=509 575X-14.851,r=0.999 7,在0.998~9.980 μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为92.6%,RSD为1.6%.薄层扫描法,回归方程为Y=77 594X-289.2,r=0.998 2,熊果酸在0.998~4.990 μg之间呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为86.6%,RSD为5.6%.结论:高效液相色谱法比薄层扫描色谱法操作简便、快速、准确,可更好地控制明目地黄丸的质量.  相似文献

建立藏药六味能消丸中土木香内脂和异土木香内酯的含量测定方法。采用气相色谱法。在HP-5毛细管色谱柱上以高纯氮为载气;程序升温:初始温度70℃,保持1min,以每分钟25℃的速率升温至170℃,保持10min,再以每分钟25℃的速率升温至240℃,保持8min;流量2.5mL/min;进样口温度260℃;检测器温度280℃,FID为检测器。土木香内脂在10.89~348.50μg/ml、异土木香内酯在10.71~342.80μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程分别为y=1.4230x-1.0140(r=0.999 9)、y=1.3992x+3.0663(r=0.999 9),平均回收率分别为98.42%(RSD=1.20%)、96.59%(RSD=1.34%)。本法操作简便、快速、准确,重复性好,可用于藏药六味能消丸的质量控制。  相似文献

目的 建立甘露胶囊的质量标准. 方法 采用薄层色谱法对甘露胶囊中的丹参、五倍子进行定性鉴别;并用高效液相色谱法测定丹参酮ⅡA的含量. 结果 薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;丹参酮ⅡA在0.0242~0.242 μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.41%,RSD为2.23%(n = 6).结论 该方法 简单专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性较好,可用于甘露胶囊的质量控制.  相似文献

用ASE300型快速溶剂萃取系统进行快速萃取藿香正气片中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚,利用反相高效液相色谱法测定木香顺气丸中厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的含量,Diamonsil(TM)C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(79∶21∶0.25),流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为294 nm,柱温为23℃.HPLC法测得在范围内呈良好线性关系,和厚朴酚的平均回收率为100.78%,RSD为1.52%;厚朴酚的平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.18%.本方法简便、准确、专属性强.  相似文献

实验通过建立SD大鼠幽门结扎致胃溃疡模型和药物致胃溃疡模型,并测量实验大鼠溃疡指数、胃液的p H值、胃液总酸度及胃蛋白酶活性,来观察藏药六味木香丸对大鼠幽门结扎致胃溃疡及药物致胃溃疡的影响和机制.实验结果表明,六味木香丸能明显或部分降低幽门结扎致大鼠胃溃疡模型和消炎痛致大鼠胃溃疡模型的溃疡指数;同时对幽门结扎致大鼠胃溃疡模型药物能明显或部分减少胃液的分泌量,升高胃液p H值,降低胃液总酸度(均P0.05或P0.01),显示出药物对胃酸的分泌有一定的抑制作用和碱化胃液效应,但对胃蛋白酶的分泌未见明显影响(P0.05).由上述结果可知,藏药六味木香丸对大鼠实验性胃溃疡具有一定的保护作用.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

The explosive growth of the Internet and database applications has driven database to be more scalable and available, and able to support on-line scaling without interrupting service. To support more client's queries without downtime and degrading the response time, more nodes have to be scaled up while the database is running. This paper presents the overview of scalable and available database that satisfies the above characteristics. And we propose a novel on-line scaling method. Our method improves the existing on-line scaling method for fast response time and higher throughputs. Our proposed method reduces unnecessary network use, i.e. , we decrease the number of data copy by reusing the backup data. Also, our on-line scaling operation can be processed parallel by selecting adequate nodes as new node. Our performance study shows that our method results in significant reduction in data copy time.  相似文献

R-Tree is a good structure for spatial searching. But in this indexing structure,either the sequence of nodes in the same level or sequence of traveling these nodes when queries are made is random. Since the possibility that the object appears in different MBR which have the same parents node is different, if we make the subnode who has the most possibility be traveled first, the time cost will be decreased in most of the cases. In some case, the possibility of a point belong to a rectangle will shows direct proportion with the size of the rectangle. But this conclusion is based on an assumption that the objects are symmetrically distributing in the area and this assumption is not always coming into existence. Now we found a more direct parameter to scale the possibility and made a little change on the structure of R-tree, to increase the possibility of founding the satisfying answer in the front sub trees.
