中药大青叶有效单体抗流感病毒作用   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用中药大青叶有效单体进行体外抗流感病毒(H1N1)的研究,通过观察病毒引起的细胞病变效应(CPE)、 MTT法检测细胞活性,红细胞凝集实验检测病毒血凝滴度,考核药物的抗病毒作用.结果表明:大青叶有效单体1#, 2#, 3#, 4#对流感病毒无直接灭活作用,也不能阻止流感病毒的吸附,而能抑制流感病毒在MDCK细胞内的的生物合成.其半数抑制浓度(IC50)分别为30.80, 29.74, 27.56, 25.85 mg/L,治疗指数(TI) 分别为6.33, 9.30, 10.77, 15.05. 其抗流感病毒效果优于病毒唑(IC50=101.05 mg/L, TI =5.25),和抗病毒口服液(IC50=104.41 mg/L, TI=5.03), P<0.01.在160 mg/L时能抑制流感病毒在MDCK细胞内的增殖达90 %左右.在40~160 mg/L内大青叶1#, 2#, 3#, 4#单体能明显降低流感病毒血凝滴度(P<0.05).大青叶有效单体1#, 2#, 3#, 4#能安全高效地抑制流感病毒在MDCK细胞中的增殖.  相似文献

此项目采用最新天然澄清剂-101澄清剂,既能最大程度地保留原药材的有效成分,又能提高药液澄清度,对于提高制剂质量,保证临床疗效具有重要意义.该制剂质量可靠,有效成分含量高(总黄酮含量≥20.0mg/ml).经严格而科学的药效学、毒理学和五家医院295例临床应用研究,结果表明:咽康口服液不仅具有抗菌作用,而且具有抗病毒、抗炎、镇痛、镇咳、解热作用;不仅对急性咽炎、喉炎等上呼吸道感染有显著疗效,而且对临床上常见而又难治的慢性咽炎亦有显著疗效.  相似文献

应用定点突变技术进行流感病毒NS1蛋白功能的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的流感病毒NS1基因敲除毒株(delNS1毒株)的获得可以使我们建立更有效的生物学关系,主要表现在流感病毒繁殖周期和致病的过程中,流感病毒NS1蛋白和双链RNA活性蛋白激酶(PKR)之间的生物学关系.资料表明,缺少功能性的PKR可以使delNS1毒株在其他非允许宿主中繁殖,这表明流感病毒NS1蛋白的主要功能是对抗或阻止PKR调解抗病毒效应.因此,本实验为了证明流感病毒NS1蛋白对其复制和毒力的影响.方法应用定点突变技术进行流感病毒NS1基因的第38位和第41位氨基酸残基位点的定点突变;然后进行细胞转染包装成新的缺陷病毒;再对其进行转染后产量的测定,如TCID50和PFU.结果包装成的缺陷病毒与包装成的非缺陷病毒相比,缺陷病毒的TCID50和PFU明显下降.结论本实验证明了流感病毒NS1蛋白在流感病毒复制过程中,使其产量和毒力下降.  相似文献

目的:为验证美能治疗湿疹的疗效.方法:分两组.第一组50例,直接静脉注射美能注射液40ml/日,连用7日后改为口服美能片,每次3片,每日3次.第二组50例,肌肉注射康体多注射液4ml/日,观察1个月.结果:第一组(治疗组)总有效率78%,第二组(对照组)总有效率56%,两组总有效率差异有显著性意义.结论:美能治疗湿疹疗效良好.  相似文献

目的 :研究长瓣金莲花 (TrolliuschinensisBunge)中非黄酮类成分的抑菌和抗病毒活性 .方法 :用柱层析等手段分离化学成分 ,并用波谱手段作结构鉴定 ;用微量稀释法作体外抑菌和抗病毒活性研究 .结果 :从长瓣金莲花中提取分离出原金莲酸 ;原金莲酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌的最低抑菌质量浓度为 0 2mg/mL ,对A型流感病毒的半抑制质量浓度为 184 2 μg/mL ,治疗指数为 4 0 .结论 :原金莲酸对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有抑制活性 ,对A型流感病毒有弱的抑制活性 .  相似文献

目的观察氟康唑、伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病的临床疗效,检测孢子丝菌对氟康唑、伊曲康唑的体外敏感性,探讨孢子丝菌病治疗的新方法.方法对120例孢子丝菌病患者分别给予氟康唑片和伊曲康唑胶囊口服治疗,30例患者给予碘化钾溶液口服治疗,并采用E-test法检测其中10株孢子丝菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果氟康唑对孢子丝菌病的总有效率95.00%,伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病的总有效率96.66%,碘化钾溶液对孢子丝菌病的总有效率86.67%.采用Etest法检测10株孢子丝菌对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的MIC值,范围为2~256mg/L,0.012~8.0mg/L.结论申克氏孢子丝菌对伊曲康唑具有良好的敏感性,对氟康唑的体外敏感性较低,但氟康唑和伊曲康唑对孢子丝菌病均有较好的疗,副作用小.  相似文献

为对易感动物以及相关生物材料和生物制品进行猴副流感病毒(SV5)的快速病原检测,根据SV5病毒SH基因序列,设计了1对引物,建立了检测SV5的RT-PCR方法,通过优化确定了RT-PCR体系的最佳工作条件。核酸序列分析显示,所扩增片段与GenBank数据库中报道的SV5病毒株WR-21005序列同源性达到97%,证明该方法特异。敏感性分析显示,该方法可检测的最小RNA浓度为2.1 ng/μL,能检出的最小病毒滴度为3.98CCID50/0.1 mL。初步将该方法运用于猴、地鼠、常用传代细胞和猴源生物制品的检测,在所检测的样品中均未检出猴副流感病毒核酸序列。结果表明,所建立的RT-PCR方法可用于猴副流感病毒(SV5)的诊断和分子流行病学调查。  相似文献

目的观察对比微波热疗配合口服乳康片与单纯口服乳康片治疗乳腺小叶增生的疗效方法:363例乳腺小叶增生随机分为微波热疗配合口服乳康片192例和口服乳康片171例二组疗效的观察。结果:综合治疗组(微波热疗+口服乳康片)的痊愈率34.9%,单纯中药治疗组(口服乳康片)的痊愈率12.9%,两组比较有显著性差异P&lt;O.05;综合治疗组有效率94.3%。单纯中药治疗组有效率40.4%,两组比较有显著性差异P&lt;O.05。结论:微波热疗口服乳康片配合疗效明显优于单纯口服中成药乳康片。  相似文献

将发光分析技术应用于中药药效学及机理方面的研究,结果表明:具有抗流感病毒作用的中药克感利咽口服液和抗心梗注射液等药物均显示良好的清除活性氧(包括氧自由基)作用,克感液抗流感病毒具有降低机体氧化应激态的作用机制.  相似文献

为建立准确、灵敏的UPLC-MS/MS方法直接测定止咳平喘类中药制剂及保健食品中非法添加的茶碱的含量,采用Agilent ZORBAX-SB-C18柱为分析柱,以甲醇-0.1%甲酸铵(30:70)为流动相,检测波长270nm,扫描方式采用全扫描一级质谱、全扫描二级质谱以及MRM模式定量,质量数范围100~300。结果显示UPLC-MS/MS方法测定茶碱的检出限为scan模式下50ng/ml、MRM模式下0.05ng/ml;茶碱的定量限为MRM模式下0.1ng/ml,在0.1ng/ml~2.0ng/ml范围内浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9975)。该方法建立的系统能够灵敏、准确地测定止咳平喘类中药制剂及保健食品中茶碱含量。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
