一体式膜生物反应器处理中药废水的试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对中药废水具有COD高,水质变化大等特点,采用一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)对中药废水的厌氧反应器出水进行处理,在固定水力停留时间(HRT)为5 h的条件下,考察了进水COD质量浓度及污泥质量浓度(MLSS)与COD去除之间的关系.结果表明,当HRT为5 h,进水COD质量浓度小于3 000 mg/L时,膜出水COD小于30 mg/L,满足中水回用标准;当进水COD质量浓度为3 000~6 000 mg/L时,膜出水COD大于30 mg/L而小于100 mg/L,满足污水排放标准;当进水COD质量浓度大于6 000 mg/L,膜出水COD大于100 mg/L,不能满足污水排放标准.同时污泥质量浓度(MLSS)与COD去除的关系表明,为了达到更好的COD去除率,MBR的最佳MLSS应控制在7 543 mg/L.  相似文献

采用复合式膜生物反应器(CMBR)对化学合成类制药废水的厌氧反应器出水进行处理研究,系统在不同的水力停留时间(HRT)下,各运行了一段时间,以此寻求最短HRT.实验结果表明,当HRT为10 h和5 h时,进水COD质量浓度在915.9-1 937.5 mg/L之间波动,复合式MBR的出水COD分别为62.5-141.7 mg/L和76.2-149.7 mg/L,COD去除率分别为88.7%-96%和85.7%-94.3%,均可以满足达标排放标准要求(150 mg/L).当HRT为3 h时,出水COD质量浓度为176.2-291.7 mg/L,不能满足达标排放标准要求.复合式MBR处理化学合成类制药废水的最佳HRT应控制在5 h.污泥质量浓度(MLSS)与COD去除的关系表明,为了得到更好的COD去除率,复合式MBR的最佳MLSS应控制在7 000 mg/L左右.  相似文献

利用浸没式膜生物反应器(SMBR)对某食品防腐剂生产废水处理进行了研究.重点考察了进水COD浓度、水力停留时间、溶解氧等各种因素对处理效果的影响.试验研究表明:当进水COD浓度小于3400mg/L,水力停留时间(HRT)不低于7h,同时保证温度不低于150C,DO不低于2.0mg/L时,SMBR对COD的平均去除率高于90%,出水COD均小于100ms/L,可基本实现达标排放.  相似文献

采用无机膜-好氧组合工艺对高浓度餐饮废水(COD15000mg/L)进行处理,考察进水COD浓度,溶解氧浓度,水力停留时间对好氧反应器处理效果的影响,结果表明,当水力停留时间大于5.6h时,废水的COD去除率高于90%,温度对处理效果影响不大。对好氧出水用无机膜进行分离,最终出水COD小于25mg/L,浊度小于1NTU。  相似文献

为了提高南方某燃煤火力发电厂脱硫废水预处理效率,采用控制变量法对化学沉淀法处理脱硫废水的药剂投加量进行优化试验.实验结果表明,每升脱硫废水投加石灰乳90mL、有机硫0.6mL、硫酸氯化铁(聚合)0.9mL、助凝剂(PAM)6mL、次氯酸钠0.4mL是该工艺运行最佳的投加量.在所得到的最佳药剂投加量条件下,脱硫废水的出水COD浓度为95.6mg/L,COD去除率为77.2%,相比原先未优化投加量的COD去除率提升16.1%.经化学沉淀法预处理的脱硫废水出水浊度保持3-7,具有较好的效果.该研究表明药剂投加量的优化化学沉淀处理脱硫废水是一种高效、快速的预处理手段,为脱硫废水的排放和回用奠定了基础.  相似文献

为了有效的对印染废水进行处理,使出水水质达到《污水排入城市下水道水质标准》,选用生物转盘反应器为主体处理技术.研究了不同转盘转速、不同水力停留时间下生物转盘反应器对印染废水的处理能力.结果表明,系统运行稳定后,转盘转速为3 r/min、水力停留时间为4 h时,出水COD、氨氮的值分别为94.08 mg/L和18.45 mg/L,去除率分别为94.12%和90.03%,已经达到纳管标准,说明生物转盘反应器是一种适用于处理印染废水的处理技术.  相似文献

为了寻求有效处理高浓度难降解制药废水及工业有机废水的方法,采用以聚丙烯拉西环为填料的上流式污泥床一过滤器复合式厌氧反应器处理生产病毒唑的制药废水.试验结果表明:当水力停留时间为6.910h,进水COD质量浓度为7000 mg/L、有机负荷达25.05 kg/(m3·d)时,COD去除率可达72.8%,出水COD质量浓度为1900 mg/L左右,同时,填料上生物膜对COD的去除率为32%~47%,且能截留大量污泥.  相似文献

对初沉+Fenton+絮凝沉淀+水解酸化+SBR的组合工艺处理紫胶树脂深加工废水影响因素进行了考察,对运行参数进行优化.H2O2投加量1 000mg/L,PAC投加量300mg/L,阴离子PAM投加量6mg/L,水解酸化停留时间48h,好氧停留时间6d时,出水COD 112mg/L,去除率为96%.废水中含有一些不能被水解酸化菌和羟基自由基氧化的物质,更高效有针对性的氧化技术有待研究.  相似文献

将异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌株投加到SBR反应器中,对含有优势菌株的污泥进行培养驯化、优化运行周期的操作,使其具有良好的生化、硝化和反硝化性能。运行SBR反应器处理模拟食品发酵废水(CODCr、氨氮、总氮质量浓度分别大于等于600,80,85mg/L),经处理后的出水CODCr、氨氮和总氮质量浓度分别为56,0.65,14mg/L。后期向处理后的出水投加20mg/L的聚合氯化铝混凝沉淀进一步降低出水CODCr,至此出水CODCr和氮类化合物质量浓度已达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中的一级A标准(出水CODCr、氨氮、总氮质量浓度分别小于50,5,15mg/L)。  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
