研究了电子给体阿奇霉素与电子受体中性红之间的电荷转移反应,确定了反应的最佳条件,建立了测定阿奇霉素的分光光度法.结果表明:在乙醇-水介质中,两者形成1∶2的络合物,该络合物的最大吸收波长为460 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.30×10~4L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),稳定常数为6.56×10~4.阿奇霉素浓度在3.2~56.0μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律,线性相关系数为0.998 9,检出限为1.68μg/m L.当阿奇霉素浓度为20μg/m L时,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.36%.方法用于测定药物制剂中阿奇霉素的含量,加标回收率为98.6%和101.2%.  相似文献

高铁酸钾/紫外光协同体系降解对硝基苯酚研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
文章采用高铁酸钾/紫外光(254nm)协同体系降解对硝基苯酚模拟废水;考察了高铁酸钾投加量、对硝基苯酚初始质量浓度、pH值、降解时间等参数对CODCr降解率的影响,通过正交试验优化此方法降解对硝基苯酚的工艺参数,并对产物进行了紫外光谱扫描分析,初步探讨降解机理。结果表明,高铁酸钾/254nm紫外光协同体系可有效降解对硝基苯酚;当高铁酸钾与对硝基苯酚的摩尔比为9∶1,对硝基苯酚质量浓度为30mg/L,pH值为11及降解时间为30min时,CODCr降解率可达85.71%。降解较好地符合二级反应,速率常数为6.49×10-5 L/(mol·s)。  相似文献

以丙酮溶液为溶剂,利用苯唑西林钠与对硝基酚发生荷移反应,建立了测定苯唑西林钠含量的一种新方法。苯唑西林钠与对硝基酚发生荷移反应后生成稳定的1∶1络合物,该络合物最大吸收波长为401.4 nm,线性范围10~80μg/mL,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.22×103L.mol-1.cm-1。苯唑西林钠回收率(质量分数)在98.35%~100.20%范围内,相对标准偏差≤2.71%。该方法简便、快速,可用于测定药物制剂中苯唑西林钠的含量。  相似文献

采用在Pd/C催化下水合肼还原邻硝基苯酚的方法制备邻氨基苯酚,研究了反应温度、催化剂用量和还原剂用量对反应产物收率的影响.优化条件为:95%乙醇为溶剂,0.010 g质量分数为10%的Pd/C催化下,1.300 g质量分数为85%的水合肼还原1.390 g邻硝基苯酚,在75~80℃下反应4 h后,反应粗产物用95%乙醇重结晶得邻氨基苯酚0.95 g,收率为87.16%.目标产品通过了红外、紫外、氢核磁共振和质谱表征.  相似文献

纳米TiO2/介孔ZSM-5协同过硫酸盐光催化降解硝基苯酚废水   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以具有介孔结构的ZSM-5沸石分子筛负载纳米TiO2制备出性能良好的复合型催化材料.结合扫描电镜(SEM)、N2吸附-脱附等温线(BET/BJH模型)和X射线衍射进行表征,并将其协同过硫酸盐光催化降解硝基苯酚废水.结果表明:在pH为4.5,催化剂投加量为0.8g/L,,FeSO4为0.8g/L,Na2S2O8为1.6g/L,常温下反应240min,对硝基苯酚(50mg/L)去除率达到98.4%.  相似文献

在弱酸性条件下,A l3 能与加替沙星反应形成络合物.利用这一反应建立了简单、快速、灵敏的测定加替沙星的紫外分光光度法,并且详细讨论了测定条件.测定的最佳波长为λ=291 nm,线性范围为0.80~23.00μg/mL,回归方程为A=0.04288 0.08717C(μg/mL)(r=0.9994).本方法用于加替沙星胶囊及注射液含量的测定,结果令人满意.  相似文献

用分光光度法研究了苏氨酸与四氯苯醌的荷移反应.指出实验,在硼砂缓冲溶液中,苏氨酸与四氯苯醌于50℃水浴加热45 m in,可生成1∶1型的稳定络合物,其mλax=352nm,表观摩尔吸光系数=ε1.08×104L.m o-l 1.cm-1,在0.6μg/mL~4.4μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律.用此方法测定药品制剂的含量与文献方法一致,回收率在99.0%~100.3%范围内,相对标准偏差在3.4%以内.  相似文献

建立了同时测定饲料添加剂中的双乙酸钠、丙酸钙、山梨酸钾和苯甲酸钠4种防腐剂的HPLC方法.使用Hypersil ODS C18反相色谱柱(5μm;250×4.6 mm),0.02 mol/L KH2PO4-甲醇(65∶35,V/V)为流动相,标准和样品的p H值为2.5,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为214 nm.柱温为25℃.结果表明:双乙酸钠在30~1 000μg/m L浓度范围内峰面积与浓度线性关系良好,平均回收率为91.8%;丙酸钙在50~2 000μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为87.5%;苯甲酸钠在3~300μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为92.3%;山梨酸钾在4~400μg/m L浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为83.4%.双乙酸钠、丙酸钙、苯丙酸钠和山梨酸钾的检出限分别为6.3μg/m L,11.8μg/m L,0.1μg/m L和0.2μg/m L.  相似文献

研究了以FeCl3为显色剂,氟罗沙星与Fe( )生成络合物的反应条件.在0.8~1.4mol/L盐酸介质中,氟罗沙星与Fe( )在室温下形成稳定的络合物,其最大吸收波长为402nm,摩尔吸光系数为4.8×103L·mol-1·cm-1,氟罗沙星与Fe( )络合物的组成比为2∶1.线性范围为2~48μg/mL.本方法的相对标准偏差小于2.8%.应用拟定的方法对含氟罗沙星药物的片剂和胶囊进行了含量测定,结果满意.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
