有重点地实现科技的跨越式发展

在全球化背景下,决定国家综合竞争力的一个十分重要的因素在于国家的科技发展水平,它直接关系到国家的长期发展前景及国家安全保障。 针对全球化环境中高科技发展的特点,联系我国科技发展目前存在的主要问题,笔者认为应该重点考虑从三个方面确立我国的科技发展战略。     

经济全球化背景下我国职业体育产业SWOT分析及路径选择

经济全球化对我国经济、社会、文化等很多方面都产生了深刻的影响,我国职业体育产业也深受其影响.通过对全球经济化背景下我国职业体育产业的SWOT分析,认为:我国职业体育产业存在着自身的优势、弱势;经济全球化也为其带来了机遇和挑战.我国职业体育产业应该从制度、组织、产业等层面创造良好的产业发展制度环境;健全管理机构、培养职业体育专业人才;提供良好的职业体育产品等,才能走上健康发展的道路.     

全球化视域下中国国家经济安全探讨

二十世纪九十年代以来,随着冷战的结束以及科技革命和社会生产力的发展,各国之间的联系日益加强,经济全球化已成为当今世界经济发展的显著特征和基本趋势。加入WTO后,中国经济已经全面融入到经济全球化中。在这样的大背景下,如何认识经济全球化给我国国家经济安全带来的问题,特别是从我国国情出发,科学地制定维护我国国家经济安全的决策和战略,具有非常重要的现实意义。

世界经济全球化与全球民族主义运动是世界当代史中并驾齐驱的两大历史现象.一方面,全球化趋势不断加强,另一方面,民族主义运动此起彼伏.从长远来看,世界经济全球化必然对传统的民族主义发出严峻挑战,但历史的事实证明,世界民族主义异常活跃,正是全球化进一步加强的结果,强烈的民族主义色彩,是民族主义对全球化的一种必然反映,而经济民族主义的加强是这一历史事实的最好说明.

浅议全球化下民族主义的发展及其前景

民族主义思潮产生于18世纪的西欧和北美,经两百多年发展演变,在世界现代化进程中举足轻重。在大众传媒、全球意识作用下,21世纪全球化不可抗拒,民族主义受到挑战,但全球化没有导致民族主义废弃,甚至加强了民族主义,它依然是国际政治不变的主题。     

中国新民族主义的发展和特征研究

中国当代的民族主义思潮是在20世纪80年代末90年代初，中国经历政治风波后中国民众在外交领域产生强烈的挫折感，并且是在全球化日益加深的背景下逐渐崛起并迅速高涨起来的，进而成为目前中国最主要的三大社会思潮之一，它在中国的政治、经济、社会生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用。21世纪中国民族主义的特点是随着国力的强大，在国际政治和经济秩序上主张和平与发展。中国根据政治、经济、军事、社会文化发展的特征强化民族主义，已成为外交政策变化的重要因素。本文探讨中国近代民族主义的起源，20世纪后期形成的新民族主义，并分析其特征及对国内外的影响。     

中国民族国家构建过程中的民族主义

构建民族国家是近代中国抵御外辱和实现民族独立和解放的必然要求。在西学东渐的影响下,无数仁人志士发现民族主义在西方民族国家构建过程中起到的关键性作用,因而引入民族主义作为中国建立民族国家的有力工具。在中国民族国家构建过程中民族主义起到了增强对中华民族的认同、为政府和政党提供合法性、政治动员、为民族国家进行合法性论证等作用。当前,应充分利用民族主义中有利于增强民众对国家认同和国家动员能力的合理内核,与此同时要提防其可能走向极端、狭隘并导致沙文主义、种族主义和分离主义等消极后果,注意到民族主义的两面性才能真正促进中国民族国家的发展。

经济全球化促进了不同国家在思想化领域的交流,同时也向各主权国家的化安全提出挑战。分析了全球化背景下意识形态斗争的新特点,并就如何加强思想建设,确保我国意识形态安全提出几点建设性意见。     

索马里民族主义的历史演变与特征研究

民族主义是一种客观的历史现象,在不同的时空背景与不同的社会阶层中,衍生出了各种各样的发展形式。在中东乃至非洲的大多数国家,民族主义都是其发展的整体性诉求之一,民族主义与民族国家构建息息相关。索马里民族主义的独特性源自索马里人的族群单一,部落社会长期存在。历经被殖民和联合国托管的索马里,表现出了不同的民族主义发展态势,分析索马里民族主义的历史流变,可以从意识形态领域把握索马里国家失败的原因所在。部落始终影响着索马里民族主义的发展,由部落体制衍生出的部落主义更是阻碍着民族主义的整体性发展。处理好民族主义和部落主义的平衡关系,不但可以打破索马里民族主义的保守,更可以以此为基础进行民族国家的重构。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。

An Index mechanism for multi-scale view in spatial databases

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.     

海南岛地体及其毗邻陆缘晚中生代—新生代古地磁研究和构造演化

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。
