老年人群感染梅毒螺旋体血清学检测结果的研究

探讨老年人梅毒螺旋体3种血清学检测效果。选取2015年1月1日到2015年12月31日医院收治60岁以上住院患者行梅毒检测后的110例梅毒螺旋体抗体酶联免疫吸附试验(TP-ELISA)阳性患者为研究对象,对患者进行甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)和梅毒螺旋体明胶凝集试验(TPPA)试验。比较3种检测方法的检测结果。110例TP-ELISA阳性患者经TRUST检测,57例为阳性,阳性率为51.8%。经TPPA检测,107例患者均为阳性,阳性率为97.3%。TPPA检测阳性率明显高于TRUST检测,x2=59.887,P0.05。TP-ELISA与TRUST联合筛查,减少部分患者的漏诊或误诊,TPPA作确证试验,结果更为可靠。联合应用TP-ELISA、TRUST、TPPA三种方法可以提高检测的特异性和灵敏度。     

ELISA在梅毒检测中的价值

对ELISA在梅毒检测中的价值作了评价，比较了TRUST和ELISA两种方法用ELISA法检测TRUST阳性标本83份，TRUST阴性标本1536份，结果出现梅毒-ELISA和TRUST不一致结果13份，用TPPA进行确认．13份确认结果显示，梅毒-ELISA与TPPA的符合率为83．3％，TRUST与TPPA的符合率为8．3％．梅毒-ELISA的敏感性、特异性分别为100％、99．9％，TRUST的敏感性、特异性分别为89．9％、99．8％．梅毒-ELISA的敏感性、特异性都优于TRUST，与TPPA的符合率高，是用于梅毒检测和筛查的一种良好方法．     

传染相关指标在受血者输血前检查中的临床意义

探究传染相关指标在受血者输血前检查中的临床意义。本次研究对象选取为高台县人民医院2016年3月~2016年10月期间收治的需要进行输血治疗的患者516例,进行输血操作前对患者输血史进行初步了解,然后进行输血前乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)检查、丙肝病毒抗体(HCV抗体)检查、免疫缺陷病毒抗体(HIV抗体)检查和梅毒TRUST试验检查,记录并分析各项检查阳性率。516例患者传染指标检查结果中,82例患者为HBsAg阳性,54例患者为HCV抗体阳性,6例患者HIV抗体阳性,梅毒TRUST试验未存在阳性者,阳性率分别为15.89%、10.47%、1.16%、0.00%。其中,82例HBsAg阳性患者中63例(76.83%)患者存在过往输血史,54例HCV抗体阳性患者全部有过往输血史(100.00%),6例HIV抗体阳性患者中4例存在过往输血史(66.67%)。接受输血治疗的患者一部分在输血前传染相关指标已经显示为阳性,若其输血后发生感染,则不一定是由输血操作导致。因此在输血前应及时对患者进行检查,减少医疗纠纷的产生,同时应加强对输血操作及血液来源的监控,尽量减少感染发生。     

化学发光免疫分析法在梅毒螺旋体抗体检测中的应用探究

探究化学发光免疫分析法（CLIA）在梅毒螺旋体抗体（TP-Ab）检测中的应用效果。选择2019年2月—2021年5月来医院进行TP-Ab检测的258例患者，采集其血清标本，均采用CLIA、酶联法（ELISA）、甲苯胺红不加热血清反应素试验（TRUST）对血清TP-Ab进行检测。以明胶颗粒凝集试验（TPPA）为金标准，对三种检测方法的检验效能予以比较。CLIA对TP-Ab检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度分别为100.00%、99.43%、99.61%,ELISA分别为93.98%、98.29%、96.90%,TRUST分别为83.13%、86.86%、85.66%。CLIA、ELISA检测的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均明显较TRUST高（P均<0.05）,CLIA灵敏度、准确度明显较ELISA高（P均<0.05）;CLIA、ELISA和TPPA检测结果的一致性良好（Kappa=0.991、0.928）,TRUST和TPPA检测结果的一致性中等（Kappa=0.681）。和ELISA、TRUST相比，CLIA检测TP-Ab的效能更高，且由于具有自动化、检测速度快等特点，故在TP-Ab检...     

自身抗体伴同种抗体所致输血反应1例

患者吴某，女，６７岁，血型为Ａ型。一年前诊断为ＡＩＨＡ，曾输血２０００ｍｌ。１９９４年３月为行脾切除住院治疗。术前输血４００ｍｌ，在输血３００余毫升时，患者感到腰痛、寒战、恶心和烦燥不安等症状，体温升高到３９℃，出现血红蛋白尿。临床检验：血清总胆红素５７．６μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，尿潜血阳性，Ｈｂ５０ｇ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ２．０×１０１２／Ｌ，临床确诊患者为溶血性输血反应。经我室血型血清室检查结果证实为自身抗体伴同种Ｒｈ系抗Ｅ抗体所致的溶血性输血反应。血型血清学检查：复查配血与交叉配血试验，患者血型为Ａ型；供血者…

由Rh血型抗D引起的新生儿溶血病2例

例１：患儿，女，年龄２天。血型为Ｏ，ＣＣＤｅｅ型；其父亲血型为Ｂ，ＣＣＤｅｅ型；其母亲血型为Ｏ，ＣＣｄｅｅ型，婚前曾有输血史。本例患儿为第一胎，足月顺产，出生后８小时开始出现皮肤黄染，进行性加重，全身皮肤及巩膜出现黄染，未出现抽搐，于１９９１年１２月１２日住儿童医院治疗。化验检查：Ｈｂ１０５ｇ／Ｌ，ＲＢＣ５．０×１０１２／Ｌ，血清总胆红素３２８．３２μｍｏｌ／Ｌ送血样到我室做血清学试验检查；新生儿溶血病三项试验结果（直接抗人球蛋白、游离抗体、释放抗体）均呈阳性。用患儿释放液和其母亲血清与抗体筛选…     

幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎与红细胞免疫功能相关性研究

目的：探讨幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法：采用红细胞C3b受体花环（RBC—C3bRR）百分率试验和免疫复合物花环（RBC—ICR）百分率试验，检测86例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者、42例Hp阴性慢性胃炎患者以及38例健康志愿者红细胞免疫功能情况。结果：慢性胃炎组RBC—C3bRR％低于正常组（P〈0．01）；RBC—ICR％高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；Hp阳性慢性胃炎组RBC—C3bRR明显低于Hp阴性组（P〈0．05）。RBC—ICR明显高于Hp阴性组（P（0．05）。结论：慢性胃炎患者红细胞免疫功能低下与Hp感染存在相关性。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
