过氧化钙在水稻直播中的应用试验研究

在合成稳定过氧化钙的基础上,设计合成了以过氧化钙为主体的水稻直播种子粉衣剂,并研究其在水稻直播中的作用,对水稻种子发芽率的影响.结果表明,该粉衣剂在水中能缓慢释放氧气,使水稻种子在浸水土壤中的发芽率提高到95%以上.     

浅谈护苗种衣剂在寒地水稻旱育秧田中的运用

应用15%护苗种衣剂在水稻种子浸种前进行拌种、包衣,可以有效防治水稻苗床立枯病、青枯病、恶苗病,且方法简便,省工、省时。     

恩地牌大豆种衣剂试验总结

本文是该站在本乡2个村组织进行“恩地牌大豆种衣剂”的试验总结。作者们通过样方调查查明:种植大豆除应采取合理的轮作方式外,还应当采用“恩地牌大豆种衣剂”拌种。亩产可提高17%~95%;病虫害罹病率显著降低,大豆品质明显提高。     

复合型小麦种衣剂在冬小麦上的应用效果研究初报

通过对冬小麦使用复合型小麦种衣剂分析得出：冬小麦经种衣剂包衣后，其生育期相对提前，群体性状表现良好，并在个体性状上表现出一定的优势，具有一定的增产效果。     

河北雾灵山地衣的研究Ⅳ(褐梅属(Melanelia)、袋衣属(Hypogymnia)、条衣属(Everniastrum))

本工作通过对采自河北雾灵山的500号地衣标本中的褐梅属、袋衣属、条衣属地衣的形态解剖结构、化学成分及地理分布进行分析研究得出如下研究结果:雾灵山褐梅属(Melanelia)有一个种:M.tominii.袋衣属(Hypogymnia)有一个种:串孔脆袋衣(H.fragillima).条衣属(Everniastrum)有一个种:条衣(E.cirrhatum).其中袋衣属的串孔脆袋衣、条衣属的条衣属于河北省新记录种,褐梅属的M.tominii属于中国的新记录种.     

枯草杆菌JAS株α—淀粉酶的产生与其抗衣霉素的关系

为了研究Bacillus subtilis的产α-淀粉酶性状与其抗衣霉素性状之间的关系,进一步选择在诱变育种时能有效地筛选淀粉酶基因突变株的方法,我们对此作了初步探索.衣霉素敏感型的α-淀粉酶工业生产菌B.subtilis JAS经过紫外线诱变后,选得9株抗衣霉素突变株.通过对它们进行的多次发酵酶活力测定,发现其中3株是α-淀粉酶缺陷型、3株酶活力基本不变或降低,另外3株酶活力明显提高,其中1株酶活力是出发菌株的114%—123%.试验表明B.subtilis α-淀粉酶的产生与其抗衣霉素基因的表达有着密切关系.因此,在对该菌的诱变育种时,可以采用衣霉素为粗筛选择压力.     

小尺度平面网衣流场特性数值研究

恶劣海洋条件给网箱养殖带来许多潜在风险,研究金属网衣的水动力特性及其周围的流场特性关系着鱼群养殖的质量和网箱安全性.本文基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法对小尺度平面无结金属网衣进行了数值模拟实验,研究其在均匀流作用下的水动力性能和网衣周围的流场分布,得出了随着雷诺数、网衣的攻角、网衣密实度和网眼形状变化阻力系数的变化趋势...     

水稻种衣剂禾盛3号应用效果初探

水稻种衣剂禾盛３号包衣后对种子室内发芽率有一定的抑制作用,浓度越大,发芽率降低越多,对秧苗素质和收获产量有一定的促进作用,特别是对苗期稻蓟马危害的防治,效果明显,达７９．７％－９５．８％,使用浓度以药种质量比１：５０或１：２５的效果较好。     

青龙衣多糖的提取及单糖组分和质量分数测定

提取青龙衣多糖,经纯化后,分析其单糖组分并测定其总糖质量分数.水提醇沉法提取粗多糖,酸性条件下离心脱色,Sevage法除蛋白,H2O2脱结合色素,高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)测定单糖组成,苯酚-硫酸法测定质量分数.青龙衣粗多糖提取率为38.07%,精制多糖为76.08%;主要单糖组分为半乳糖(Gal)、葡萄糖(G lu)、阿拉伯糖(Ara)、鼠李糖(Rha)、果糖(Fru),其百分比分别为42.998%、23.30%、16.03%、10.123%、7.549%.高效毛细管电泳分离度高,可用于单糖组分定量、定性分析;苯酚-硫酸法实验操作简便,准确可靠,可用于青龙衣多糖质量分数的测定.     

功能位无损伤保护性约束衣的研制

目的 以"功能位无损伤"为原则,完善保护性约束工具,以杜绝损伤,减少痛苦.方法 根据临床需要,分析现用保护性约束工具存在的问题、弊端、和不足之处,提出研制目标和方向,寻找数据,绘制图纸,制做出保护性约束衣.临床试用,进一步改进,确定制做方案.结果 经300多人次使用,无1列出现损伤现象.结论 保护性约束衣可广范运用于老年性痴呆、安全意识缺损病人、自主行动能力障碍病人以及酒中毒所致瞻望状态病人、癫痫等病人的防跌伤、防走失.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
