利用天然矿物高岭石和LiZr2(PO4)3,采用高温固相反应合成了骨架状结构的矿物锂快离子导体(Li1+2xAlxZr2-xSixP3-x12,(0≤x≤1)),并对其电性能及化学稳定性进行了研究研究表明,该材料具有Nasicon型的骨架结构,其室温至673K的电导率为0087~627mS/cm当x,呈现最高电导率;在673K时电导率为627mS/cm,活化能为3170kJ/mol此外,该材料的化学稳定性随x增加而减小  相似文献

通过高温固相反应合成了钠快离子导体Na3-xZr2-xVxSi2PO12系统的一系列合成物、其合成反应均可在低于1373K的温度下完成,且该系统的合成温度随x增大而降低.X-射线衍射数据表明,当x<0.5时,其合成物为NASICON单纯相,其空间群为C2/c,当x>0.5时,合成物开始玻璃化。系统合成物的有关晶胞参数随x的增大而相应缩小,电性能测定结果表明,最好电导性的起始组成为x-0.1.其导电率在室温时为5.45×10-4S·cm-1,在723K时为1.04×10-1s·cm-1,其电导激活能为 23.46kJ/mol。  相似文献

系统地研究了Na2.5Hf2-xTixSi1.5P1.5O12快离子导体的阻抗谱,采用ZRES3.3程序对实测点进行解释和拟合计算,结果表明该系统呈良好的低温导电性。其中起始组成为Na2.5Hf1.8Ti0.2Si1.5O12的电导性最好.在473K时,其导电率σ473=1.47×10-2(Ω·cm)-1,电导激活能Ea= 23.86kJ/mol.  相似文献

本文制作了K+,Na+液态膜离子敏感微电极(K+,Na+—ISME),并稳定了其制作条件,经测试,K+—ISME线性范围为1—10-4mol/L,检测下限为3.0×10-6mol/L。对Na+选择系数为2.68×10-4。电位飘移为±0.1mV/h。Na+—ISME线性范围为1—2.0×10-mol/L,检测下限为5.0×1.0-4mol/L。对K+的选择系数为1.85×10-2,对Ca2+的选择系数为1.46。上述参数均满足生理实验要求,离子敏感微电极技术可做为生理学研究的重要手段。  相似文献

钠快离子导体Na2.5Zr2-xTiSi1.51.512.0系统x=0-2.0的化合物,由NaPO-ZrO-ZrP-SiO-TiO为反应的起始原料,在900℃-1200℃的高温下反应数小时至二十小时制得。系统化合物的相变关系已探明,并测定了有关的单纯相在不同温度下的导电率以及电导激活能。相当于起始组成为Na2.5Zr1.0Ti1.0Si1.51.512.0的单纯相(标为2.51相)在300℃时的导电率σ300=1.85×10-2(Ω·cm)-1,其电导激活能为23.64kJ/mole,相当于起始组成为Na2.5Ti2.0Si1.51.512.0的单纯相(标为2.52相)在300℃时的导电率σ300=0.46×10-2(Ω·cm)-1,其电导激活能为28.89kJ/mole.  相似文献

聚苯乙烯经磺化后连接手臂6-氨基己酸,然后偶联配基对氨基苯甲脒,制成亲水性的亲和载体。载体的最适配基密度为每克湿载体32μmol,最适吸附条件为pH7.5、0.05mol/L磷酸缓冲液(含NaCl0.5mol/L)。在pH4.0、0.1mol/L醋酸缓冲溶液(含NaCl0.5mol/L)中,采用0~1mol/L NaSCN梯度洗脱,可将比活8.33μmol·S-1·mg-1的粗酶纯化50倍,收率大于53%。  相似文献

应用Corning一价阳离子选择电极(M+~ISE)和Orion氯离子选择性电极(Cl-~ISE)组成可逆电池,即Cl-~ISE/RbCl(m),H2O(1-x),DMF(x)/M+~ISE通过测定上述测量电池的标准电动势(E0m/mV),根据溶液热力学原理,运用扩展的Debye~Hückel公式,计算求得了RbCl由H2O至(H2O~DMF)混合溶剂的标准迁移自由能(ΔG0t/kJ·mol-1)和RbCl在(H2O~DMF)混合溶剂中的活度系数(γ±),并对上述热力学性质随混合溶剂组成的变化规律进行了初步的讨论.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
