为提高泽泻药材的质量控制水平,建立了泽泻中23-乙酰泽泻醇B和24-乙酰泽泻醇A的高效液相-质谱联用含量测定方法。色谱条件为Halo C_(18)色谱柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,2.7μm),体积分数0.1%甲酸水-0.1%甲酸乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 m L·min-1,柱温30℃;质谱条件为ESI离子源,正离子检测方式,MRM模式,干燥气温度350℃,干燥气流速9 L·min-1,雾化器压力241.3 k Pa,毛细管电压4 000 V。测得药材中23-乙酰泽泻醇B和24-乙酰泽泻醇A含量分别为11.459 5μg·g~(-1),321.823 9μg·g~(-1)。该方法结果准确,重现性好,可用于测定泽泻中两种成分的含量。  相似文献

通过相关性和灰色关联分析方法系统研究了泽泻有效成分与生态因子之间的关系.相关性分析表明泽泻药材有效成分与其生长期内的平均温度呈负相关(r=-0.724 5),与空气平均相对湿度呈正相关(r=0.740 0);灰色关联分析表明泽泻生长期内平均相对湿度是影响泽泻中2,3-乙酰泽泻醇B含量的主导气候因子,并且土壤中的钾元素对泽泻中2,3-乙酰泽泻醇B的含量影响最大.结合分析江苏地区的气候及土壤因子以及引种后的泽泻药材质量,证明江苏地区适宜泽泻的生长,泽泻引种江苏是切实可行的.  相似文献

建立保利甘胶囊的质量控制方法.对姜黄、五味子、泽泻、白芍和枸杞子进行薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别;用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定姜黄素和五味子醇甲含量.结果表明,TLC图谱分离度好,检出斑点清晰.RP-HPLC法测定的姜黄素质量浓度在5.15~102.90μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 9,平均回收率为98.04%(n=9),RSD=3.15%;RP-HPLC法测定的五味子醇甲的进样质量浓度在5.22~104.40μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,R2=0.999 8,平均回收率为98.52%(n=9),RSD=3.67%.本法专属性强,结果准确可靠,可作为保利甘胶囊的质量控制方法.  相似文献

报道了用脱乙酰基壳聚糖为絮凝剂,在电解质Na2SO4的作用下絮凝除镉的方法·考察了酸度、离子浓度、壳聚糖用量对去除率的影响·当水样含镉质量浓度不大于40mg/L,pH=8~9和壳聚糖的含量为1%时,镉的去除率达到9995%以上·在同样的条件下处理冶炼厂的含镉废水,除镉率达到997%以上,其他金属离子铜、锌和铅的残余质量浓度分别为0053,058,001mg/L,低于国家排放标准·还探讨了壳聚糖絮凝除镉机理  相似文献

HPLC法测定了不同产地保济丸中厚朴酚浓度.考察了样品制备方法、流动相系统、检测波长等因素对分析结果的影响.色谱柱为HypersilODS(4 6mm×150mm)不锈钢柱;以甲醇-水(V∶V=30∶70)为流动相;流速1mL/min,检测波长为294nm;进样量10μL.研究结果表明厚朴酚和其它组分可达基线分离,厚朴酚质量浓度在8×10-2~8×10-1mg/mL内线性关系良好(r=0 9979).保济丸中厚朴酚的回收率为99 46%,RSD为1 78%.  相似文献

用放射配体结合实验方法确定钩藤提取物是否能与阿片受体发生相互作用,具体以3H-diprenorphine为标记配体,反应体系及反应条件同饱和结合实验,选用不同浓度的吗啡(10-10~10-5nmol/L)或钩藤提取物(0.125~4mg/mL)为竞争药物,考察钩藤提取物与转染阿片受体的结合水平.结果表明,钩藤提取物(0.125~4 mg/mL)浓度依赖地竞争3H-diprenorphine(1nmol/L)与μ、δ、κ3种阿片受体的结合,其IC50值分别为(1.27±0.86)mg/mL(n=3)(、0.59±0.21)mg/mL(n=4)和(1.20±0.24)mg/mL(n=3),其Ki值分别为(0.41±0.27)mg/mL(n=3)、(0.26±0.09)mg/mL(n=4)和(0.38±0.08)mg/mL(n=3),说明钩藤提取物非选择性地与μ、δ、κ三种阿片受体结合.  相似文献

本文研究了二甲酚橙(XO)-溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)与铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)的显色反应.结果表明在pH8.0,溴化十六烷基三甲胺存在时,铜(Ⅱ)、钴(Ⅱ)与二甲酚橙能形成稳定的络合物.其最大吸收波长均为590nm,摩尔吸光系数分别为6.9×104L·mol-1·cm-1和3.6×104L·mol-1·cm-1.铜(Ⅱ)含量在0~15.1μg/25mL内,钴(Ⅱ)含量在0~18μg/25mL内符合比尔定律.线性方程及回归系数分别为A=4.765×10-3+0.0185C,γ=0.9962;A=3.005×10-3+7.481C,γ=0.9966.应用本法测定了铅合金标样中的微量铜.  相似文献

介绍了合成多羟基富勒烯衍生物C60 / 70 (OH) x 的简便方法 ,采用FT IR ,1HNMR ,RF对其结构进行了表征 ,初步讨论了其溶解性及荧光效应 .实验发现该产物在 2 5℃下 ,1mL水中可溶解 10 .4mg ,表明其羟基数目较多 ,在水溶液中形成了大量氢键 ;还发现该产物的荧光强度与浓度有关 ,当浓度为 12 .5× 10 -5mol·L-1时 ,出现一个最大值 ,表明富勒醇存在浓度自吸收现象  相似文献

苯酚-硫酸法测定太白泡沙参总多糖的含量   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用水提醇沉法制备太白泡沙参总多糖储备液.在优化条件(包括检测波长、试剂用量、反应温度)下,建立了苯酚-硫酸体系测定太白泡沙参总多糖含量的方法,并对该方法的精密度、重复性和加样回收率进行了考察.结果表明,对照液葡萄糖浓度为0.1 mg/mL时,1.0 mL的对照液所需5%苯酚的用量为1.0 mL,浓硫酸的用量为5.0 mL,反应温度为室温,在波长为490 nm处,回归方程Y=9.695X-0.009 2(r=0.999 8),葡萄糖的质量浓度在0.01~O.09 mg/mL线性关系良好.该方法的精密度RSD=0.66%(n=5),重复性RSD=0.29%(n=5),平均回收率为99.9%(n=9),RSD=2.1%.该方法简便、合理,适合太白泡沙参总多糖含量的测定.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献
