工艺因素对镁质耐火浇注料物理性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究镁质浇注料的各种主要工艺因素(包括骨料配比、细粉、结合剂、微粉、外加剂和成型水量)与其物理性能之间的关系,进而获得镁质浇注料的较优化组成。当骨料粒度组成为8~5 mm∶5~3 mm∶3~1 mm∶1~0 mm=10∶20∶20∶20,细粉加入量约为30%时,浇注料的各项性能最佳。随着水泥含量的增加,浇注料的强度逐渐增大,浇注料性能以Secar-71水泥为结合剂较好,其适宜的加入为7%。添加-αAl2O3微粉和SiO2微粉有利于改善浇注料的流变性和烧结性,提高浇注料的强度。分散剂三聚磷酸钠和六偏磷酸钠的加入有利于改善浇注料的强度和体积密度。  相似文献

以高铝矾土为主要原料,采用分解及正交试验方法,研究了刚玉细粉、α-Al2O3微粉、SiO2微粉及减水剂等因素对高铝质自流浇注料流动性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:SiO2微粉的加入,有利于提高高铝质自流浇注料的自流值和力学性能;减水剂SHP的加入量在0.1%~0.15%范围内有最佳的自流值,且在该范围内自流浇注料的力学强度随SHP加入量的增加而提高  相似文献

介绍一种新型浇注料预制块。以特级矾土熟料为骨料和粉料,配以活性SiO2微粉和α-Al2O3微粉,以纯铝酸钙水泥作结合剂,并加入有效的外加剂制成混合料,经浇注振动成型,得到一种低水泥高铝质浇注料预制块。该预制块应用在烧结机点火器上,使用寿命可达2~3年。  相似文献

以板状刚玉骨料和细粉为主要原料,分别以硅微粉、Al2O3-SiO2凝胶粉和铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,制备了3组不同结合系统的刚玉质浇注料,研究了浇注料经不同温度热处理后的物相变化及物理性能,采用X射线衍射及扫描电镜技术研究了其相组成和显微结构特征.结果表明,以硅微粉为结合剂的浇注料在1100℃时有莫来石晶核析出;继续升温,莫来石长大并出现液相.以凝胶粉为结合剂的浇注料在1100℃时出现方石英,不利于莫来石的生成.以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂的浇注料经1500℃处理后,水泥矿物转化为六铝酸钙(CaO·6Al2O3,CA6)相,这种呈片状的CA6相在基质结构内部交叉穿插,有利于提高浇注料的高温抗折强度和抗热震性能.  相似文献

研究了基质组成对低水泥浇注料高温荷重软化温度的影响.结果表明.用铝-80铝酸钙水泥代替铝-70铝酸钙水泥可显著提高荷重软化温度;伴随α—A1203加入量增加,荷重软化温度提高;蓝晶石加入d和2d时能提高0.6%变形温度。超过2d时却有降低作用.4%变形温度随着蓝晶石加入量的增加而提高.  相似文献

以特级矾土和一级矾土熟料为主要原料,以铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,同时加入氧化铝微粉、二氧化硅微粉、钢纤维,合理地设计试验方案,适当地制备和处理试样,研究了骨料组成对浇注料性能(气孔率、体积密度、烧成线变化、抗折强度、抗压强度及抗热震性)的影响.结果表明,合理的骨料组成会显著提高耐火浇注料的性能.在考虑生产成本的情况下,当颗粒级配相同时,使用成本较低的一级矾土逐渐代替高成本原料是切实可行的.  相似文献

采用浇注料流变仪、L型流动性测试装置和自流值测定装置,测定了加水量、分散剂(FS10)、纯铝酸钙水泥和α-Al2O3微粉对刚玉质自流浇注料的流变性和流动性的影响,并分析了流变性和流动性之间的关系.实验结果表明:随加水量增加(质量分数4.9%~5.3%),相对屈服应力、相对塑性黏度和相对平均黏度均逐渐减小,自流值和流动速度逐渐增大.随分散剂FS10加入量的增加(质量分数0.16%~0.20%),相对屈服应力、相对塑性黏度和相对平均黏度逐渐减小,自流值和流动速度逐渐增大;分散剂FS10加入量继续增大时(0.20%~0.22%),相对屈服应力、相对塑性黏度和相对平均黏度显著增大,而自流值和流动速度大幅下降.随纯铝酸钙水泥加入量增加(质量分数1%~4%),流变参数和流动参数有一定的变化,但变化不明显.随α-Al2O3微粉加入量的增加(质量分数9%~12%),相对屈服应力和相对平均黏度均减小,相对塑性黏度变化不大,自流值变化不大,流动速度加快.刚玉质自流浇注料流变参数和流动参数之间的关系为:自流值和相对屈服应力有较好的相关性,而流动速度和相对平均黏度有较好的相关性.  相似文献

通过正交试验研究了三种减水剂(改性木素磺酸钙高效减水剂GCL1—3A、木素磺酸钙减水剂和萘系高效减水剂FDN)、减水剂掺量、水灰比、灰砂比、水泥标号对砂浆抗渗性和抗压强度的影响.结果表明,减水剂种类对砂浆的抗渗性和抗压强度的影响最显著.为了提高砂浆的抗渗性和抗压强度,优化配比方案为:在32.5R标号水泥中掺入0.4%(质量分数)GCL1—3A,灰/砂和水灰的质量比分别为1:2.5和0.435.掺入GCL1—3A的硬化砂浆结构致密,开口孔隙率从空白的20.56%降低到17.06%,孔径分布均匀度从0.17上升到0.46.初步探讨表明,GCL1—3A的空间位阻和静电斥力增大了对水泥的分散作用及其缓凝作用,共同提高了混凝土的耐久性.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
