基于随机森林优化的自组织神经网络算法

针对基于降维的神经网络分类器预测模型在分析过程中存在特征丢失, 并导致精度下降的问题， 提出一种基于随机森林算法优化的多层感知器(MLP)回归预测模型. 该优化模型通过在MLP回归模型网络的全连接层和逻辑回归层之间增加一个优化机制, 利用随机森林算法对隐藏层状态的优化实现改进, 从而解决了降维过程中神经网络丢失数据特征的问题. 在借贷客户信息数据集上的实验结果表明, 该模型在保证主要特征的同时大幅度提升了预测准确率, 证实该模型在特征工程中具有较高的实用性.     

从受训神经—模糊模型中提取知识

本对用于模式分类、函数逼近、参数估计的多层感知器（MLPs)给出1个清晰的关于内部行为的解释。作以单隐层的MLP为例，论述了关于MLP的内部行为的半线性分析理论。对受训的MLP，将隐层单元的输出分别定义为网络输出的正、负“内部分量”；定义内部分量的连接权重集为给定问题的“内部判别模式”；建立了MLP和模糊集相结合的新模型；分析了MLP的结构为N－2－1和N－H－1，给出权重初始化的方法；提出了1种从受训神经－模糊模型（NFMs)中提取知识的全新的具有实用价值的方法。     

基于机器学习的低弹性模量钛合金建模和预测的研究

针对钛合金弹性模量快速预测的需要，采用合金设计公式对原始合金数据进行转换，利用转换所得的Mo当量、d-电子结合次数和d-电子结合能作为数据集；采用多层感知器、随机森林网络和卷积神经网络三种机器学习方法，基于数据驱动方式搭建钛合金成分与弹性模量的关系模型。结果表明，相比随机森林网络模型和卷积神经网络模型，多层感知器模型具有更优的预测性能和预测精度。此外，多层感知器模型的预测能力符合预期，其相关指数评分达到0.66，均方根误差为7.54 GPa；说明多层感知器适用于医用钛合金的数据挖掘和研发。     

基于费歇判别分析的企业财务困境预警研究

选取2011年127家ST公司为财务困境公司,并对每个困境公司进行配对,利用财务困境公司和非财务困境公司T-2年现金流量数据,在费歇判别分析基础上,利用现金与总资产比率、每股收益增长率、净资产增长率、每股经营现金净流量和净利润现金含量5个现金流指标构建现金流量财务困境预警模型,模型整体判别准确率为88.2%.最后,通过ROC曲线对模型判别结果进行检验。     

基于因子分析法的生物医药上市公司投资价值评价

  ［摘要］以我国119个生物医药上市公司2018年的财务数据为基础,采用因子分析法,选取利润总额增长率、成本费用利润率、每股净资产等15个财务指标构建投资价值评价指标体系,根据因子特征值和方差贡献率确定主成分因子,构建出由盈利增长能力、销售获利能力、每股指标、偿债能力和成长能力5个因子构成的投资价值综合评价模型,并据此实现了我国生物医药上市公司的综合排序。投资者可根据模型排名结果,并结合非财务因素,较为全面客观地度量上市公司的投资价值,进行理性投资;鉴于盈利能力、成长性和偿债能力对投资价值综合得分有较大影响,建议生物医药上市公司优化“市场+研发”的双轮驱动模式,控制投资风险,增强现金流量管理,以提升投资价值。     

江西省上市公司总体状况实证分析

上市公司正逐步发展成为企业的中坚力量和精英。上市公司总体状况不仅对全省乃至对全国总体经济实力状况具有重大影响。一般来说，某地上市公司总体状况越好，表明该地总体经济实力越强；反之。则反映出该地区总体经济实力越弱。本文拟对江西省上市公司总体状况从规模和质量两方面进行实证分析，其中以上市公司总家数和上市公司总市值及其总筹资额来反映上市公司规模，而分析上市公司总体质量状况时，则是分别从上市公司的每股净责产、每股净利润、净责产利润率和每股经营现金流量等四项指标进行。     

新证券—T簇公司半年报后盘点分析

截至上周,沪深两市共有85家ST公司(不含刚刚被终止上市的ST银山、ST宏业)。至2002年8月30日,除ST东源外的84家ST公司披露了半年报:实现主营业务收入、主营业务利润204.54亿元、32.50亿元,加权平均经营毛利率为15.89％;实现营业利润-9.66亿元;实现净利润-10.49亿元;加权平均每股收益为-0.039元;加权平均净资产收益率为-7.68％;加权平均每股净资产为0.506元。可以看出,在扣除经营费用后,ST公司整体已经表现出较大的亏损。这说明,影响ST公司的主要因素一个是主业乏力,一个是费用惊人。因此,对于ST公司来说,只有通过自身经营状况的改善,尽快恢复主业盈利能力,同时加强管理,有效降低各项费用,才能真正走出困境。     

基于超效率DEA模型的房地产上市公司经营绩效评价

房地产行业在国民经济发展中占有重要地位,房地产上市公司对房地产行业健康发展影响深远。文章选取11家房地产上市公司2016年的经营数据,运用超效率DEA模型对其经营绩效进行评价,得到11家房地产上市公司的经营绩效排序,并对结果进行了差异化分析。

基于商品评论的群体用户情感趋势预测研究

提出了一种基于商品评论的群体用户情感趋势预测方法.首先,提出了基于Boson NLP的情感特征词识别算法,对时间维度下的商品评论信息进行特征选取;其次,使用群体用户多维特征向量构造多层感知器(MLP)模型进行情感分析;最后,融合评论时间和用户情感倾向值构建群体用户时序情感倾向序列,并通过长短时记忆网络(LSTM)模型进行时序情感趋势预测.在大规模真实数据集上的实验结果表明,MLP模型具有较好的分类效果;相比于现有的自回归(AR)模型,LSTM模型的平均均方差降低了79. 06%,能够取得更加精准的预测结果.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
