江西省上市公司总体状况实证分析

上市公司正逐步发展成为企业的中坚力量和精英。上市公司总体状况不仅对全省乃至对全国总体经济实力状况具有重大影响。一般来说，某地上市公司总体状况越好，表明该地总体经济实力越强；反之。则反映出该地区总体经济实力越弱。本文拟对江西省上市公司总体状况从规模和质量两方面进行实证分析，其中以上市公司总家数和上市公司总市值及其总筹资额来反映上市公司规模，而分析上市公司总体质量状况时，则是分别从上市公司的每股净责产、每股净利润、净责产利润率和每股经营现金流量等四项指标进行。

A Practical Analysis of the General Situation of the Listed Company In Jiangxi Province

The listed companies are developing gradually into essential force of the enterprises.These companies have great influence on the whole economic status of a province or country.Generally speaking,if the status of the listed companies in a region is better,the economy of the region is stronger,and the verse visa.This paper analyzes the status of the listed companies in Jiangxi province from general scale and quality and expects to have a reasonable understanding of general status of the listed companies and general economic situation of Jiangxi province.
