负重轮橡胶轮缘温度场有限元分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建立了负重轮橡胶轮缘温度场有限元模型,给出了模型的节点生热率和表面传热系数的计算方法。用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算了某型负重轮橡胶轮缘的温度场,定量分析了5个参数和对轮缘最高温度的影响。分析结果表明,所建立的有限元模型在实心轮胎温度场分析中切实可行,减小轮缘橡胶的损耗因子,提高橡胶的热导率以及减小负重轮的挂胶厚度,有利于减小负重轮的发热。  相似文献

应用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立了橡胶和聚氨酯弹性体两种材料模型负重轮的应力场有限元模型,计算出节点生热率作为负载导入到温度场有限元模型中,进行温升有限元计算,得到两种材料模型负重轮的温升规律,并且进行了对比试验.室内台架试验结果验证了有限元分析的温升规律,台架模拟试验结果进一步表明,所研究的模型负重轮在相同的负载和转速条件下,聚氨酯弹性体都比橡胶材料发热少,温升低.  相似文献

首次提出应用Lagrange乘子法与对称罚函数结合算法对负重轮多体接触问题进行有限元分析, 并以某履带运输车负重轮为例建立了负重轮多体接触有限元模型, 获得了稳态滚动条件下负重轮接触应力场及其挤压变形情况.结果显示, 当最大接触应力大于橡胶材料压缩强度时, 极易产生初始裂纹.有限元分析结果也为计算裂纹扩展及预估负重轮的疲劳寿命提供了理论依据.  相似文献

采用均匀设计法,选取履带车辆负重轮橡胶轮缘的24组不同几何参数,建立橡胶轮缘的三维有限元分析模型,用ANSYS有限元分析软件计算橡胶轮缘的位移,应力和应变分布情况,最后对橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移,应力和应变进行多元线性回归。得到了橡胶轮缘的最大径向位移,应力和应变随7个影响因素的拟合特性,试验验证表明,所得拟合公式有实用价值。  相似文献

为了研究3D打印仿贝壳珍珠层复合材料在准静态压缩情况下的力学性能,探索3D打印贝壳珍珠层复合材料细部尺寸变化对力学性能的影响规律,采用光固化3D打印成型的制备方法,应用刚性不透明塑料Vero Blue作为硬质砖块,软质橡胶Tango Black作为软质胶层,制备了不同砖块长宽比和不同软胶层厚度的仿贝壳珍珠层复合材料试样。运用准静态压缩的力学测试方法,同时结合有限元分析软件ABAQUS的验证,考察了仿贝壳珍珠层复合材料的压缩力学性能。实验和数值分析结果清晰表明,3D打印仿贝壳珍珠层复合材料的主要破坏形式是软质胶层开裂。数据结果显示:当软质胶层厚度不变,增加硬质砖块的长宽比可以提升整体材料的弹性模量22%~48%;而硬质砖块长宽比保持不变时,软质胶层厚度的减少则能提升断裂能量190%~253%.另外分析了试样在压缩应变为0.05时的压缩应力,结果显示有限元分析与实验结果比较吻合。  相似文献

基于CFRP加固圆形隧洞的小比例尺模型试验,采用实体单元模拟胶层和衬砌混凝土,采用弹簧单元以及双线性界面黏结滑移关系模拟胶层和衬砌混凝土的弧形接触界面的黏结滑移行为,建立了"实体-弹簧-实体"三维有限元模型,并将有限元模型的计算结果与模型试验的实测结果以及界面应力理论计算结果进行了对比,验证了三维有限元模型的有效性.基于该有限元模型,着重分析了胶层厚度以及弹性模量的变化对混凝土应力、CFRP应力、胶层应力以及弧形接触界面复杂应力状态的影响.计算分析结果表明:胶层厚度以及弹性模量对隧洞衬砌混凝土的应力水平无明显影响,改变胶层的厚度以及弹性模量并不能明显地改善衬砌混凝土的受力状态;胶层的厚度以及弹性模量对弧形接触界面应力的影响十分显著,选择弹性模量较小的胶层,在施工过程中适当地减薄胶层的涂刷厚度,可以显著降低界面应力,从而减小内贴CFRP加固圆形隧洞结构发生剥离破坏的风险.  相似文献

应用SAMCEF软件对金属橡胶与圆锥动静压滑动轴承组合支承的Jeffcott转子进行有限元分析,得到转子一阶与二阶的临界转速和模态振型,并设计了金属橡胶与圆锥动静压滑动轴承高速转子系统。实验结果表明:临界转速实测值与理论分析值的差值小于2%,验证了理论分析的正确性;金属橡胶弹性阻尼支承相对刚性支承振动峰值下降了20.3%,表明新型金属橡胶组合支承具有良好的阻尼减振性能。  相似文献

为了研究FRP管-混凝土-钢管组合短柱的轴压性能,进行了3个实心组合短柱的轴压试验.基于非线性有限元分析软件ANSYS,通过选择合适的单元类型以及材料的本构关系,对实心组合短柱进行了数值仿真分析,并与试验结果进行对比,证明了所采用的非线性有限元分析模型可以较好地模拟实心组合短柱的受力过程.结合已建立的有限元模型,开展了参数的敏感性分析,探讨了FRP管厚度、钢管厚度和强度、核心混凝土强度等参数对实心组合短柱轴压性能的影响.模拟结果表明:FRP管厚度对实心组合短柱的轴压性能有显著影响,钢管厚度和强度对实心组合短柱的影响规律较相似,对第二线性阶段斜率均无影响,其中钢管厚度对实心组合短柱的初始刚度略有影响,核心混凝土强度变化对极限承载力有较大影响.  相似文献

在考虑轮胎的材料非线性、几何非线性、轮胎与地面接触的非线性情况下,建立轮胎稳态滚动的三维有限元模型.分析轮胎静态加载过程、加速过程、自由滚动过程,得到不同工况下胎圈和胎冠部位的应力云图以及帘线的等效Von mises应力,并进一步得出轮胎复合材料中帘线和橡胶之间的相时位移,发现在胎圈部位帘线和橡胶出现剥离现象,为进一步研究轮胎动态特性提供了参考.  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

Quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestirum L.) were studied by quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis in a recombinant inbred line (RIL) population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross (ChSh). Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.  相似文献
