以乙烯基树脂为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,十二醇为制孔剂,经原位聚合法制备了聚(乙烯基酯树脂-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)整体柱,然后在该柱上接入γ-缩水甘油基氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷,再用0.1 mol/L HCl和100 g/L NaHSO3处理后制成阳离子交换整体柱.考察了α-淀粉酶和溶菌酶在该柱上的分离,并对蛋清中的蛋白进行了分离.结果表明,等电点不同的蛋白在合适的pH条件下都能得到较好地分离.  相似文献

根据亚铜离子和亚铜灵反应生成黄色配合物在457nm处吸收光的性质,以732型阳离子交换树脂作为吸附剂,建立了离子交换树脂柱分离富集-分光光度法测定钼精矿中微量铜的方法.上柱液在pH值为3~4范围内,以1.4mL/min的流速通过树脂吸附柱,用10mL浓度为3.0mol/L的盐酸进行洗脱,可以消除大部分共存离子的干扰.本方法的检出限为0.75μg/L.该方法应用于钼精矿中微量铜的测定,精密度RSD为4.5%,加标回收率在96.0~108.0%之间;测定结果与原子吸收法基本一致.  相似文献

以蛋清蛋白作为有机基质,Mg2+作为无机离子,研究了蛋清蛋白和Mg2+对碳酸钙仿生矿化过程的协同诱导作用,并对矿化产物进行了XRD,FT-IR和SEM表征。结果表明,在两者的共同作用下,通过控制实验参数,采用直接沉淀和气体扩散两种矿化方法均可获得纯文石相Ca CO3亚微米束,但两种方法的制备条件和亚微米束的致密度存在一定的差异。分析了蛋清蛋白和Mg2+对碳酸钙仿生矿化过程的调控机制:在亚微米束形成过程中,镁离子的作用是促进文石相Ca CO3的成核与生长,而蛋清蛋白分子主要功能是对镁离子诱导形成的文石型Ca CO3粒子进行组装并最终得到亚微米束。  相似文献

以蛋清蛋白质为主要原料制作蛋白棒,采用市售蛋白棒为参考,通过分析各因素对蛋清蛋白棒质构特性的影响,研究蛋清蛋白棒的最佳制备工艺.结果显示,蛋清蛋白棒具有较好的质构特性,经优化得到蛋清蛋白棒的最佳制备工艺为,牛奶与棕榈油添加比例为3∶1,加热成型温度为70℃,加热成型时间为45 min;采用魔芋粉替代棕榈油,可使蛋清蛋白棒的质构特性得到显著增强.研究表明,以蛋清为主要原料制备蛋白棒类产品具有可行性,对丰富蛋制品加工品类具有积极意义.  相似文献

目的研究鸡蛋卵白蛋白的分离工艺条件。方法采用Q-Sepharose FF色谱法分离鸡蛋清中的卵白蛋白,并用电泳和RP-HPLC色谱法测定其纯度。结果在40mL色谱柱(Ф2.0cm×20cm)中,蛋清(蛋白质含量为27.5mg/mL)进样量为140mL时,色谱柱对卵白蛋白的吸附量达到饱和;用含0.15mol/L NaCl的Tris-HCl(pH8.0)洗脱液洗脱,获得的鸡蛋卵白蛋白的纯度达92%。结论采用Q-Sepharose FF色谱法分离鸡蛋卵白蛋白,整个工艺路线简便、快捷、成本低、效率高,适宜于工业生产应用。  相似文献

为实现复杂溶液体系中微量铜离子的分离,将离子印迹技术与溶胶-凝胶法相结合,以铜离子为模板离子,3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,氨水为引发剂,全程以水作溶剂,分别采用传统加热法和冷冻干燥法制备铜离子印迹聚合物(Cu(II)-IIP),研究了制备条件对聚合物吸附性能的影响,并通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、能量色散X射线谱(EDS)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、氮气物理吸附-脱附仪等技术对产物进行了表征。结果表明:与传统热烘干法相比,冷冻干燥处理得到的产物具有更好的形貌,且吸附容量提高31.05%。聚合物在优化后的测试条件下对铜离子的最大吸附容量为56.68 mg/g,在实际水样中的加标回收率为96.1%~102.6%。研究结果证明冷冻干燥制备的铜离子印迹聚合物可用于真实水样中微量铜离子的分离与富集。  相似文献

采用外部换热中心移热式反应器合成了环形整体固定相基质,对基质进行化学改性制备了弱阴离子(DEAE)整体色谱柱,分别采用健合及吸附法将牛血清白蛋白(BSA)固载到基质上,制备适用于快速分离当归有效成分的径向亲和整体柱,并考察了整体色谱柱的分离性能。结果表明吸附牛血清白蛋白(BSA)色谱柱的分离性能优于健合蛋白色谱柱。  相似文献

利用富马酸吸附水溶液中的Cu~(2+),形成的富马酸-铜配合物能够实现铜离子的高效分离,通过分析证明富马酸-铜配合物为一维配位聚合物.相较于传统的吸附剂,富马酸有较快的吸收速率(90 min内达到吸附平衡)和较高的吸附量(最大吸附量为588.2 mg/g).吸附过程符合Langmuir热力学吸附模式.通过研究影响吸附的主要因素如接触时间、溶液中铜离子浓度和pH,表明在弱碱性和有共存离子的条件下,富马酸仍然可以吸附铜离子.铜离子能够从配合物中脱附,得到的富马酸可以循环使用.由于富马酸铜配合物粒径大,易于从水溶液中过滤分离,该方法有望应用于工业废水中铜的回收利用.  相似文献

以铜离子为模板,以3-氨基丙基-三乙氧基硅烷为偶联剂,纳米TiO2/SiO2为载体,利用表面离子印迹技术,在纳米TiO2/SiO2表面聚合形成了铜离子印迹聚合物.详细研究了铜离子印迹聚合物的吸附性能和选择性.实验结果表明,与非印迹聚合物相比较,铜离子印迹聚合物对铜离子具有较好的识别性和选择性.铜离子印迹聚合物与非印迹聚合物的吸附量分别是36.51mg g-1和11.79mg g-1.该法的检出限为0.17ng mL-1,相对标准偏差为1.97%.将该印迹聚合物用于自来水、青海湖水和扎陵湖水中的铜离子的分离富集和测定,分析结果令人满意.  相似文献

在没有任何衍生化预处理的情况下,反相液相色谱法分离和检测羟基酸被研究。在常规反相色谱柱中,含铜离子、己烷基磺酸盐和乙酸盐缓冲溶液用作流动相,在254nm检测。pH值、铜离子浓度、己烷基磺酸盐浓度、缓冲溶液对保留值和检测响应值的影响进行了讨论。这些参数提供了选择性好、灵敏度高的测试方法。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
