不同月龄Beagle犬的心电图研究

对不同月龄的６６只健康Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬采用３％戊巴比妥钠麻醉，进行了９个导联的心电图描记和分析。结果表明：健康Ｂｅａｇｌｅ犬为窦性心律：３０月龄以下育成犬心律平均为１７３．８次／分，种用犬（５０月龄以上）心率平均为１３１．７次／分；二者经统计学处理，有极显著差异。Ｐ波间期平均为０．０５１±０．０１３Ｓｅｃ。Ｐ波振幅平均０．０６１ｍｖ，Ｐ波直立在导联中占９２．６％，在ａＶＲ导联中Ｐ波倒置率９８．７５％；ＱＲＳ波间期均值为：０．０２７±０．００５Ｓｅｃ。在Ⅱ导联中范围为０．０２－０．０４Ｓ－ｅｃ。在各导联中，Ⅰ导联以ｒ波为主（５１．８５％），Ⅱ导联以Ｒｓ波多见（５０％），Ｑｒ波和ｑｒ波在ａＶＲ导联中出现较多（３８．８９％，３１．４８％）。Ｔ波在Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ａｖＦ、Ⅴ１、Ⅴ２、Ⅴ３导联中直立为主，在ａｖＬ导联中倒置多见（８９．２％，７３．１％）。Ｔ波方向与ＱＲＳ波一致。Ｔ波振幅平沟０．１３７ｍｖ。Ｐ－Ｒ间期范围在此０。０７５－０．１４０Ｓｅｃ。在９个导联中，无明显Ｓ－Ｐ段偏移。Ｐ－Ｐ间隔＜０．０１Ｓｅｃ。     

芬太尼麻醉手术中血糖和胰岛素的变化

目的：观察芬太尼麻醉手术中机体的血糖（ＣＬＵ）和胰岛素（ＩＮＳ）的变化。方法：Ｔ例ＡＳＡⅠ－Ⅱ择期上腹部手术患者，诱导后持续恒定静脉内输入芬太尼维持到手术缝皮后为止，３组剂量分别为每小时每公斤体重２．５、５、７．５μｇ。分诱导前（Ｔ１）、手术７０ｍｉｎ（Ｔ２）、术毕（Ｔ３）３次采静脉血，测血糖和胰岛素值。用ＳＰＳＳ软件包进行数据处理，采用方差分析和相关分析。结果：不同剂量的３组在手术７０ｍｉｎ时、     

碱性蛋白酶Alcalase水解WGP制备ISWGPH的研究

本文采用ｐＨ－ｓｔａｔ法测定ＷＧＰ的水解度。正交实验确定了Ａｌｃａｌａｓｅ水解ＷＧＰ的最佳工艺条件为：Ｔ＝５０℃；ｐＨ－８．５；「Ｓ」＝１０％；「Ｅ／Ｓ」＝２４ＡＵ／ｋｇ蛋白质；ｔ＝３００ｍｉｎ。将ＷＧＰ水解物的Ｐ 到４．０，离 离后上清液，经活性碳处理处理和干燥后得到了等电点可溶性ＷＧＰ水解－ＩＳＧＰＨ。     

速冻蔬菜的最适烫漂时间与其过氧化物酶活性测定研究

本试验以各种蔬菜：菠菜、芹菜、花菜、芦笋、土豆、大头菜、蒜苗中的过氧化物酶活性为研究对象：在不同温度下进行烫漂处理后其ＰＯＤ活力具有再生现象，于是确定在９５°Ｃ下烫漂得到不同蔬菜的最佳烫漂时间分别为菠菜１ｍｉｎ，蒜苗２．５ｍｉｎ，芹菜３ｍｉｎ，芦笋４ｍｉｎ，青菜１．５ｍｉｎ，大头菜１．５ｍｉｎ，花菜２．５ｍｉｎ，土豆３ｍｉｎ；还进一步比较研究了添加柠檬酸、Ｎａ＿２ＣＯ＿３、ＣｕＳＯ＿４等化学药品对蔬菜烫漂处理中ＰＯＤ活性的影响，结果用适宜浓度的Ｎａ＿２ＣＯ＿３（１０￣（－５）Ｍ）或ＣｕＳＯ＿４（４．０×１０￣（－４）Ｍ）溶液烫漂处理具有护色和杀酶的协同效果。     

MC尼龙热降解动力学的研究

通过热重分析研究了ＭＣ尼龙（单体浇铸尼龙）在空气环境下的热氧降解过程和降解动力学，选用ＭＣ尼龙粉粒为样品，应用日本ＴＡＳ－１００型热分析仪，升温速率分别为５℃／ｍｉｎ、１０℃／ｍｉｎ、１５℃／ｍｉｎ加热到５００℃，得到ＴＧ—ＤＴＧ的数据和曲线。从所得到的结果推断出热氧降解过程中的反应机理是大分子链的无规断裂，反应为一级反应。用小泽丈夫法原理计算相应的反应活化能和反应动力学参数。     

非晶态合金的自旋波激发与结构涨落及超精细场分布

本文研究了非晶态（ａ）－Ｆｅ－ＴＭ－Ｓｉ－Ｂ（ＴＭ＝Ｃｏ，Ｓｉ，Ｍｏ，Ｎｂ）合金从１．５Ｋ到３００Ｋ的磁化强度及室温穆斯堡尔谱，得到了成里温度Ｔｃ、饱和磁化强度σｓ（０）、自旋波颈度常数Ｄ及平均超精细场等。结果表明，（ａ）对于Ｆｅ８３Ｓｉ５Ｂ１２，当Ｎｂ，Ｍｏ与Ｓｉ，Ｃｏ取代Ｆｅ后，Ｆｅ－（Ｎｂ，Ｍｏ）－Ｓｉ－Ｂ的磁性质不同于Ｆｅ－（Ｓｉ，Ｃｏ）－Ｓｉ－Ｂ；（ｂ）ａ－Ｆｅ－（Ｍｏ，Ｎｂ，Ｃｒ，Ｗ，     

锑－槲皮素络合物极谱吸附波的研究

在１×１０~（－２）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。Ｈ＿２ＳＯ＿４，１×１０~（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。槲皮素，５％乙醇底液中得到了锑－槲皮素络合物还原峰，这是一个明显的络合物吸附极谱波。用其导数波可测定纯Ａｓ＿２Ｏ＿３中微量Ｓｂ。     

电位溶出分析法同时测定罐头食品中痕量铅锡

利用不除氧电位溶出分析法成功地测定了溶出电位相近的Ｐｂ、Ｓｎ两元素。以０．０５ｍｏｌ／Ｌ草酸为介质，调节溶液ＰＨ＝１．０，以溶解氧做氧化剂，静止溶出，两元素均有分高清晰的平台出现。Ｐｂ、Ｓｎ的线性范围分别为：２．０×１０－９～２．０×１０－７ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和２．０×１０－８～２．０×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。当富集时间为４ｍｉｎ时，Ｐｂ、Ｓｎ的检测限分别为５．０×１０－１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ和５．０×１０－９ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。此法已成功地应用于测定罐头食品中的痕量Ｐｂ、Ｓｎ。     

神经外科手术中动脉与呼气末二氧化碳分压差稳定性的观察

观察神经外科手术过程中动脉和呼气末二氧化碳分压差值（Ｐａ－ＥＴＣＯ２）的稳定性。对３０例幕上肿瘤行择期肿瘤切除术的患者，于硬脑膜打开后，给予安氟醚１．１～１．５ＭＡＣ，将动脉内压维持在每小时１０±０．６７ｋＰａ。分别于麻醉前、气管插管后５ｍｉｎ、开颅后５ｍｉｎ、术中降压１ｈ和术终抽取动脉血行血气分析。对开颅超过３ｈ的１４例患者，则于３ｈ后再抽取１次动脉血样，同时记录呼气末二氧化碳分压（ＰＥＴＣＯ２）。在手术过程中ＰａＣＯ２平均值为４．２１±０．７７ｋＰａ，ＰＥＴＣＯ２平均值为３．８６±０．６６ｋＰａ，Ｐａ－ＥＴＣＯ２平均值为０．３３±０．６６ｋＰａ，ＰａＣＯ２与ＰＥＴＣＯ２显著相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＰａＣＯ２、ＰＥＴＣＯ２和Ｐａ－ＥＴＣＯ２不同时间点之间无显著性差异。如能在麻醉后及早确定Ｐａ－ＣＯ２与ＰＥＴＣＯ２差值，术中监测ＰＥＴＣＯ２仍有一定价值     

4－（8－氨基喹啉－5－偶氮）－苯磺酸钠的极谱行为研究

研究了４－（８－氨基喹啉－５－偶氮）－苯横酸钠（ＳＡＯＡＢＳ）的极谱行为。在０．０２ｍｌ／ＬＮＨ＿３·Ｈ＿２Ｏ－０．３６ｍｏｌ／ＬＮＨ＿４Ｃｌ的缓冲溶液中，ＳＡＱＡＢＳ产生两个明晰的阴极化极谱波，其二次导数波的峰电位分别为－０．５２Ｖ和－１．３０Ｖ（Ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）。用ＳＡＱＡＢＳ的第一个波作为定量分析的基础，其线性范围为１．０×１０￣（－６）～８．０×１０￣（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。氧不干扰ＳＡＱＡＢＳ的测定。还研究了ＳＡＱＡＢＳ的电极过程及反应机理。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。     

Quantitative trait loci （QTLs） for quality traits related to protein and starch in wheat

Quality traits in wheat （Triticum aestirum L.） were studied by quantitative trait locus （QTL） analysis in a recombinant inbred line （RIL） population, a set of 131 lines derived from Chuan 35050 × Shannong 483 cross （ChSh）. Grains from RILs were assayed for 21 quality traits related to protein and starch. A total of 35 putative QTLs for 19 traits with a single QTL explaining 7.99-40.52% of phenotypic variations were detected on 10 chromosomes, 1D, 2A, 2D, 3B, 3D, 5A, 6A, 6B, 6D, and 7B. The additive effects of 30 QTLs were positive, contributed by Chuan 35050, the remaining 5 QTLs were negative with the additive effect contributed by Shannong 483. For protein traits, 15 QTLs were obtained and most of them were located on chromosomes 1 D, 3B and 6D, while 20 QTLs for starch traits were detected and most of them were located on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B. Only 7 QTLs for protein and starch traits were co-located in three regions on chromosomes 1D, 2A and 2D. These protein and starch trait QTLs showed a distinct distribution pattern in certain regions and chromosomes. Twenty-two QTLs were clustered in 6 regions of 5 chromosomes. Two QTL clusters for protein traits were located on chromosomes 1D and 3B, respectively, three clusters for starch traits on chromosomes 3D, 6B and 7B, and one cluster including protein and starch traits on chromosome 1D.
