建立测定脑正清冲剂中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法 .方法 :KromasilC1 8色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm 5 μm) ,以甲醇 水 (2 5∶75 )为流动相 ,流速为 1 0mL min ,检测波长为 2 30nm .柱温 :室温 .结果 :芍药苷在 0 5 0 5～ 4 0 0 0 μg范围内峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 9992 ) ,平均回收率为 98 36 % ,RSD为 1 4 8% (n =5 ) .结论 :该方法准确、简便、快速 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好     

高效液相色谱法测定安脑牛黄胶囊中栀子苷含量

目的　建立安脑牛黄胶囊中栀子苷含量测定方法 .方法　采用C1 8柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (1 0∶90 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 38nm .结果　线性范围为 0 .1 6～ 0 .80 μg ,回收率为 99.2 5 % ,RSD为 1 .30 % .结论　该方法简便易行 ,可供安脑牛黄胶囊中栀子苷质量控制     

桅子中桅子甙的高效液相色谱分析

立了一种测定栀子中的栀子甙含量的高效液相色谱分析方法 .在Kromasil-C18(4 .6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm)柱上进行分析 ,流动相为水 -甲醇 -醋酸 (80∶2 0∶0 .1,V V) ,流速为 0 .8mL min ,紫外检测波长为 2 4 0nm ,0 .0 2AUFS ,栀子甙的平均回收率为 99.35 %,相对标准偏差RSD为 1.2 8(n =6) ,这种方法测定栀子甙准确 ,快捷 ,简单 .     

反相高效液相色谱法测定三白草中槲皮素和芦丁的含量

采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP -HPLC)在C1 8色谱柱上以甲醇 :0 .2 %磷酸溶液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相测定了三白草中槲皮素和芦丁的含量 .流动相的流速为 1mL min ,检测波长 370nm .结果表明槲皮素在 0 .0 0 8-0 0 84 μg、芦丁在 0 .0 5 4 - 0 .5 4 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,相关系数分别为 0 .9988和 0 .9999.槲皮素回收率为 99% ,RSD为 2 .0 % (n =5 ) ,芦丁为 10 6 % ,RSD为 1.4 % (n =5 ) .     

真鲷耗氧率的初步研究

应用测定流水中溶氧量的方法 ,对真鲷耗氧率进行研究 .结果表明 :真鲷耗氧率随水温的升高而升高 ,鱼平均体重 1 2 0 .6～ 1 3 2 .4g,水温 1 9℃时 ,按鱼体重计 (下同 ) ,耗氧率为 2 .677μg/(g·min) ;2 9℃时 ,耗氧率达 5 .841 μg/(g·min) .真鲷的耗氧量随个体的增大而增大 ,耗氧率则随个体的增大而降低 .在水源 pH7.4、盐度 2 1、水温 1 9℃条件下 ,鱼平均体重 1 2 9.5 g ,耗氧率存在昼夜变化 ,1 7∶0 0耗氧率最高 ,为 (3 .877±0 .2 5 7) μg/(g·min) ,0 7∶0 0耗氧率最低 ,为 (1 .0 3 1 ± 0 .2 5 5 ) μg/(g·min) .真鲷白天的平均耗氧率为 2 .1 62 μg/(g·min) ,夜间的平均耗氧率为 2 .2 71 μg/(g·min) ,其代谢水平的昼夜变化不明显 .     

流动注射在线分离富集-火焰原子吸收光谱法用于Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的形态分析

在单阀流动注射系统中 ,分别以串联在阀体流路中的阴、阳离子交换树脂微型柱分离富集 ,两种洗脱剂逆向洗脱 ,实现了Cr(Ⅲ )和Cr(Ⅵ )的在线分离富集和火焰原子吸收光谱法同时测定 .当富集 2min时 ,分析速度为 1 8样 /h ,测定Cr(Ⅲ )和Cr(Ⅵ )的特征浓度分别为 1 0 .1 2 μg/L和 1 4.43μg/L ( 1 %吸收 ) ,线性范围分别为0～ 1 0 μg/mL和 0～ 1 5 μg/mL ,对浓度分别为 1 μg/mL的Cr(Ⅲ )和Cr(Ⅵ )测定的相对标准偏差分别为 1 .6 2 %和 3.94% .该法应用于实际水样分析 ,加标回收率在90 .9%～ 1 0 4 5 %之间 .     

高效薄层色谱双波长扫描法测定颈复康冲剂中葛根素的含量

在硅胶G高效薄层色谱板上 ,以乙酸乙酯 丙酮 水 甲苯 ( 6 5∶4 5∶1 2∶0 7)为展开剂 ,采取双波长薄层扫描法测定了颈复康冲剂中葛根素的含量 .结果表明 ,葛根素的点样量在 0 2 1 5～ 1 .72 μg范围内呈良好线性关系 ,回归方程为 y =45 6 5 1x 1 3789,r =0 .9998.平均回收率为 99 76 % ,变异系数为 1 34 % .颈复康冲剂中葛根素的含量为 2 0 6 % .     

HPLC法测定苯甲酸雌二醇贴片中药物的含量及其体外透皮释放量

文中采用高效液相色谱法测定苯甲酸雌二醇贴片中苯甲酸雌二醇 (EB)的含量和体外透皮释放量。色谱柱为Nova PakC1 8(4 μm) 3 9mm× 1 95mm ,流动相为甲醇与水 ,体积比为 80∶2 0 ,使用紫外吸收检测器 ,检测波长为2 30nm。EB体外透皮释放实验采用单室Franz扩散池 ,测定结果为 :EB质量浓度在 4～ 1 4 μg/mL范围内呈线性 ,平均回收率为 95 2 % ,RSD为 2 85 % ,最小检出量为 0 0 1 5 μg ,日内和日间RSD分别为 0 81 % (n =5 )和 1 7%(n =5 ) ;体外透皮释放量与时间呈良好线性关系 ,相关因数为 0 993。本方法测定EB贴片药物含量操作简便 ,快速准确 ,体外药物透皮释放近似按零级速率释放 ,皮肤是药物透皮吸收的主要障碍     

HPLC示差折光分析法测定口香糖中的木糖醇等多种糖醇的含量

建立了一种测定口香糖中多种糖醇的高效液相色谱法 .样品以去离子水超声提取 ,采用NucleosilNH2 色谱柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为乙腈∶水 =85∶15 ,柱温 5 0℃ ,示差折光检测器检测 .所测口香糖中主要成分木糖醇含量在 2 %～ 37%范围内 ,峰面积与其浓度线性关系良好 (r =0 9995 ) .平均回收率为 10 0 4 % ,RSD =1 16 % (n =5 ) .结果表明 ,该法准确、简便、快速 ,能够同时测定口香糖中多种主要组分 .     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
