抗基因工程人rIFN-γ杂交瘤细胞株的建立

用杂交瘤技术将基因工程人γ－干扰素（ｒＩＦＮ－γ）免疫的Ｂ淋巴细胞与ｓｐ２／０鼠骨髓瘤细胞融合，建立了 ３株抗 ｒＩＦＮ－γ杂交瘤细胞株。这些细胞株经两年多的传代培养仍保持稳定分泌抗体的能力，并与ｒＩＦＮ－γ及新型γ－干扰素呈特异性反应，可用于亲和层析纯化γ－干扰素．     

HuIFN－γ／HuTNF－β重组双功能杂交蛋白的分离和初步纯化

本文对Ｅ．ｃｏｌｉＨＢ１０１菌株的外源基因表达产物＂人γ－干扰素／人β－肿瘤坏死因子重组双功能杂交蛋白＂（ＨｕＩＦＮ－γ／ＨｕＴＮＦ－β简称γＴＮＦβ）进行了分离和初步纯化，并将产物作了抗病毒和细胞毒活性检测。结果表明，此初步纯化的γＴＮＦβ的细胞毒活性为１．４×１０６ｕ／ｍｇ·ｐ；抗病毒活性为１．７×１０６ｕ／ｍｇ·Ｐ。这一方法的建立，为进一步分离纯化γＴＮＦβ打下了基础。     

固体催化剂催化合成假紫罗兰酮的研究

在＋γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３上负载ＫＦ或ＫＦ和ＮａＯＨ的混合物制备的固体催化剂ＫＦ／γ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３和ＫＦ－ＮａＯＨ／２－Ａｌ２Ｏ３，和于催化柠檬醛与丙酮缩合生成假紫罗兰酮的反应，显示出良好的催化活性，使Ⅱ的最高得率分别达８８．７％和９０．５％。     

γ-亚麻酸高产菌株的选育

以从土壤中筛选得到的被孢霉菌为出发菌，用紫外线诱变处理，筛选γ－亚麻酸高产变异株，用摇瓶发酵选出其最佳培养基配方。原出发菌株细胞干重２５．０ｇ／Ｌ，油脂含量９．５ｇ／Ｌ，γ－亚麻酸含量５．０％。选出的高产菌株在最佳条件下发酵，细胞干重５０．２ｇ／Ｌ，油脂含量２１．８ｇ／Ｌ，γ－亚麻酸含量８．５％。所得高产菌株具遗传稳定性。发酵油脂具优良特性，适用于保健食品及药品开发。     

抗人膀胱癌单克隆抗体的锝－99m标记及荷瘤裸鼠放射免疫显像

抗人膀胱癌单克隆抗体ＢＤＩ－１通过２－巯基乙醇直接还原法标记得－９９ｍ制备了９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１。质量控制实验结果表明，标记率为６９．９％，分离纯化后标记抗体的放化纯度高于９０％。标记抗体的免疫活性分数为８１％，亲和常数为１．２２ｘ１０９Ｍ－１。本文在上述结果基础上，研究了标记抗体在荷人膀胱癌裸鼠体内的分布及放射免疫显像。９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１经尾静脉注射后，分别在４，１６及２２小时γ照相后断颈处死小鼠，取脏器称湿重并计数。９９ｍＴｃ－ＢＤＩ－１注射后２２小时肿瘤清晰显示，肿瘤对标记抗体的吸收率为２０．７％ＩＤ／ｇ：平均Ｔ／ＮＴ为１０．５２，最小Ｔ／ＮＴ为２．９０（肿瘤／肾脏）；最大Ｔ／ＮＴ为２０．７（肿瘤／小肠或肌）。上述研究结果为进一步临床应用奠定基础。     

被孢霉菌体中γ—亚麻酸油脂的提取方法比较

采用不同有机溶剂提取被孢霉中的γ－亚麻酸油脂。结果表明：氯仿－甲醇－正丁醇－水－ＥＤＴＡ（２：１：１：１：０：１）提取法及乙醇－正己烷两步提取法效果较好,γ－亚麻酸含量分别为５．４％和４．３６％,γ－亚麻酸产量分别为１５．６６笔１４．８７ｇ／ｋｇ ＤＣＷ;用超临界ＣＯ２在不同条件下提取,当条件为：９９．９９％的高纯ＣＯ２,较干燥的菌体材料,４０℃,ＣＯ２密度为０．９５ｇ／ｃｍ＾３时,γ－亚麻酸含量     

柱层析法提取绞股蓝皂甙

用醇－水溶液浸提，Ａｌ２Ｏ３柱富集纯化制备固定绞股兰皂甙，其精甙收率达１．７８％。     

干扰素—γ对假孕大鼠黄体功能的影响

在假孕大鼠的第２、４、６ｄ（Ｄ２、Ｄ４、Ｄ６）注射干扰素－γ（１０ｕ／ｇ体重），测定假孕期间盘浆孕酮水平的变化。结果表明：不同假孕日龄的黄体分泌孕酮的能力有明显差异，其中Ｄ５时孕酮大量分泌，达到高峰；注射干扰素－γ后能显著提高血浆中孕酮水平。     

Ti－H合金中γ氢化物与α－Ti界面结构的HRTEM研究

通过高分辨电子显微术（ＨＲＴＥＭ）研究了Ｔｉ－２１．７％（原子分数）Ｈ合金中γ氢化物与α－Ｔｉ基体之间的界面结构．取向关系为＜２　０＞α／／＜１１０＞γ，｛０　１　０｝α／／｛１　０｝γ的α／γ界面从［０００１］α，［２　０］α和［２　３］α．三个方向进行观察．结果表明：（０　１　０）α／（１　０）。界面保持共格关系，并且发现γ氢化物的长大是通过α／γ界面上的台阶的形成和侧向扩展而进行的．     

TiAl 基合金固相焊接界面及其显微组织分析

采用惰性气氛下热压方法，研究了Ｔｉ－３３Ａｌ－３Ｃｒ（质量分数，％）合金粗大（α２／γ）层片组织材料／粗大（α２／γ）层片组织材料及粗大（α２／γ）层片组织材料／细小双态组织（γ＋α２／γ）材料焊接界面及其显微组织，以及随后的热处理退火制度对此界面的影响．试验结果表明，粗大（α２／γ）／粗大（α２／γ）界面的显微组织特征受界面粗大层片状晶团位向的影响．此类界面经过１２５０℃退火，其显微组织变化不明显，但促使γ相等轴晶退火孪晶的形成；而经过１２８０℃退火，原焊接联接界面变宽，在（α２／γ）晶团界面上发生部分再结晶现象；而经过１３５０℃退火（Ｔｉ－３３Ａｌ－３Ｃｒ合金的ｔα≈１３０５℃），整个联接件材料发生重结晶，形成新的、粗大的全层片状组织，原焊接联接界面消失．采用细晶双态组织材料与粗大全层片状组织材料对焊，可得到良好的固态焊接结合面．     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
