研究了硫代乙醇酸自组装电极的电化学性质,运用循环伏安,计时电量,扫描电镜对电极进行了表征.发现米吐尔在此电极上只出现一对可逆的氧化还原峰,其峰型对称,△Ep=36mV,ipc/ipa约等于1.计算了米吐尔电催化氧化的电子转移数n=2和扩散系数Ds=3.699×10-5cm2/s.探寻了其电促进机理.利用LSV法确定了其氧化峰电流与米吐尔浓度的线性关系,检测限达2.5×10-8mol/L,成功用于显影液中米吐尔的测定.同时也讨论了对苯二酚和邻苯二酚对米吐尔的影响.  相似文献

利用循环伏安法和强制对流法研究碳原子线修饰电极对于对苯二酚电化学反应的催化作用.与裸玻碳电极相比,碳原子线修饰玻碳电极在含有1mmoL/L对苯二酚的0.1mol/L HCl溶液中的循环伏安曲线上的氧化峰电位Epa负移了102.5mV,氧化峰电位Epc正移了143.3mV,氧化峰电流ipa和还原峰电流ipc分别增大6.3和11.0倍.强制对流法测得对苯二酚在碳原子线修饰电极上的电化学氧化反应的异相电子传递标准速率常数k^0比裸电极增加5.7倍,显示了该修饰电极非常高的电催化活性.  相似文献

在pH=6.69的PBS中灿烂甲酚蓝的循环伏安图上(扫描电位区间为-0.5V~0.5V)有一对氧化还原峰,峰电位分别为Ep.a=-0.24V和Ep.c=-0.35V。当扫描电位上限增至1.0V时,灿烂甲酚蓝发生电氧化聚合,最后在石墨碳电极上形成稳定的聚合物膜。该修饰膜电极的循环伏安图上亦有一对氧化还原峰,但峰电位分别正移至Ep.a=-0.050V和Ep.c=-0.125V,说明该聚合物不同于单体。同时该氧化峰,Ip.a与v^1/2成正比,说明电荷在膜中的传递为扩散控制。实验表明,亚硝酸盐能够在聚灿烂甲酚蓝膜修饰电极上被催化还原,黄嘌呤能够在聚灿烂甲酚蓝膜修饰电极上被催化氧化,且催化峰电流分别与亚硝酸根和黄嘌呤的浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系,可用于分析测定。  相似文献

纳米金修饰玻碳电极测定对苯二酚   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
采用恒电位沉积方法,在玻碳电极表面将氯金酸直接还原,制备对对苯二酚具有电催化氧化作用的纳米金修饰电极.在优化的实验条件下,对苯二酚在该修饰电极上发生一可逆的氧化还原反应,氧化电位大大降低,峰电流显著增大,氧化峰电流与对苯二酚浓度在4.0×10-6~3.2×10-3mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,i=11.398c 7.587 3,相关系数为r=0.997,检出限(3σ)为1.02×10-6mol/L.该电极制备简单,响应快,使用方便,并可用于对苯二酚的样品检测.  相似文献

本文研究了聚对氨基苯甲酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为。在pH为7.5的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在此修饰电极上呈现三个峰,两个还原峰和一个氧化峰,其峰电位随着pH的增加而负移。多巴胺浓度在3.0×10~(-6)~8.0×10~(-4)mol/L的范围内与其氧化峰电流呈线性关系,回归方程为i_p(10μA)=0.92023 0.36264c(mol/L),相关系数r=0.9925,检出限为2.0×10~(-8)mol/L。实验结果表明:该修饰电极能有效消除抗坏血酸的干扰,方法用于注射液中多巴胺的检测,其回收率在98.9%~100.5%范围内。  相似文献

石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极同时测定邻苯二酚、对苯二酚   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
通过恒电位法将氧化石墨烯还原为石墨烯,制备了石墨烯-Nafion修饰玻碳电极.用循环伏安法研究了邻苯二酚和对苯二酚两种异构体在该电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,该修饰电极对苯二酚的这两种异构体的氧化表现出了优异的识别能力和电催化性能.对苯二酚和邻苯二酚的氧化峰电位差值为102 mV,这表明两种异构体可以在石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极上完全分开.基于对苯二酚和邻苯二酚在石墨烯-Nafion修饰电极上的伏安行为,建立了苯二酚两种异构体同时测定的方法.在最佳实验条件下,邻苯二酚的浓度在6.0×10-5~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-5mol/L.对苯二酚的浓度在8.0×10-6~1.0×10-3mol/L范围内与氧化峰电流呈线性关系,检出限为2.0×10-6mol/L.该电极可用于模拟样品中两种异构体的同时测定,结果令人滿意.  相似文献

研究了聚磺基水杨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及多巴胺在此修饰电极上的电化学行为.在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺在修饰电极上呈现两个还原峰和两个氧化峰.其峰电位随着pH的增加而负移.多巴胺的氧化峰电流与其浓度分段呈线性关系:在3×10-7~9×10-6mol/L浓度范围内,其回归方程为ipa (10μA) = 0.23548 0.30552c(mol/L),相关系数r=0.9930;在10-5-10-4mol/L浓度范围内,其回归方程为ipa(10μA) =2.35604 0.0685c (mol/L), 相关系数r=0.9913.检出限为3.0×10-7mol/L.实验结果表明:该修饰电极能有效消除抗坏血酸的干扰,用于注射液中多巴胺的检测,其回收率在97.7%-101.6%范围内.  相似文献

在含亚甲蓝的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,利用循环伏安法扫描,在经预处理的玻碳电极上形成了聚合物薄膜.薄膜具有较高电活性和稳定性,制备好的亚甲蓝修饰电极在磷酸盐缓冲溶液的循环伏安曲线峰电位随pH升高而向负电位方向移动.在pH 0.98~12的范围哪峰电位与pH值有两段很好的线性关系.大部分无机离子对峰电位没有干扰.重现性好.该电极对抗坏血酸(AA)的电化学氧化有催化作用,使其氧化电位负移了270mV并增大了氧化峰电流,氧化峰电流与抗坏血酸的浓度呈良好的线性关系.  相似文献

建立碳糊电极阳极溶出伏安法测定微量铜的分析方法。在pH=2.2的B-R缓冲溶液中,通过在-1.20V(vs.SCE)电位下富集Cu^2 后.在-0.40- 1.0V电位范围内作阳极溶出伏安扫描,在 0.29V处有一灵敏的氧化峰。峰电流与Cu^2 浓度在0.5—5μg/mL范围内有良好线性关系,检出限为0.4μg/mL。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
