(Y,Gd)BO_3∶Eu荧光粉的溶胶-凝胶法合成及其发光性能   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
用溶胶-凝胶法合成等离子显示器(PDP)用红色荧光粉(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu,研究其在真空紫外光激发下的发光特性.研究结果表明,用溶胶-凝胶法在800 ℃下即能合成类球形形貌,粒度小,结晶性能好的(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉,合成温度比传统高温固相法低400 ℃.该方法合成的(Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu荧光粉在147 nm激发下,发光强度比固相法提高10%,且在626 nm处(Eu3+离子的电偶极跃迁5D0→7F2)的纯红色发射峰强度显著提高,因此用溶胶-凝胶法制备 (Y,Gd)BO3∶Eu可以有效的提高荧光粉的发光效率和色纯度.  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法和固相法制备了Ce5.9Ga0.1MoO15-δ.通过差热-热重分析、X射线粉末衍射、X射线光电子能谱和交流阻抗谱等手段对其进行结构表征和导电性能测试.结果表明:Ga的掺杂可增加氧离子空位浓度,改善母体的电导率;测试温度为800℃时溶胶-凝胶法合成Ce5.9Ga0.1MoO15-δ的电导率为6.5×10-3S/cm,高于固相法制备材料的电导率(1.8×10-3S/cm).  相似文献

采用液相反应法合成钒酸钇原料 .为了寻求最佳合成点 ,测定了氧化钇 (Y2 O3)和偏钒酸铵 (NH4 VO3)在硝酸和氨水中的溶解度 -浓度曲线 ;分析了温度对溶解度的影响 .钒酸钇粉末在 10 0℃的条件下烘干 ,5 0 0℃条件下烧结4 8h.XRD粉末衍射表明 ,所得物质为四方相钒酸钇  相似文献

以硝酸铋和柠檬酸为起始反应物,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了氧化铋超微粉.研究了凝胶煅烧温度和时间对最终产物的成分、结构和形貌的影响.结果表明,由于干凝胶煅烧过程中的热滞后,在500℃煅烧1 h,得到的主要产物为亚稳β-Bi2O3纳米片,平均厚度约为45 nm;500℃煅烧3 h,或600℃煅烧1 h,均得到稳定相-αBi2O3微粉.所得纳米片可能是由于凝胶的模板作用可以有效抑制热解过程中晶粒的长大和团聚而致.  相似文献

采用络合物型溶胶-凝胶法,快速制备了高纯度的Bi2Sr2CaCu2Oy(Bi-2212)超导体粉末.以金属硝酸盐为反应物,以乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)为络合剂制备了一次凝胶,并在此基础上进一步加热制备了二次凝胶.将自发燃烧后的一次凝胶和二次凝胶在850℃下烧结10 h.X射线衍射分析结果表明,上述两种工艺均能够获得Bi-2212相,但二次凝胶工艺更有利于Bi-2212超导单相的形成.  相似文献

以Al(NO_3)_3、Y(NO_3)_3的水合物为前驱体,结合溶胶-凝胶法和超临界干燥方式,制备Y掺杂Al_2O_3气凝胶。研究气凝胶经热处理后的比表面积、晶相、微观形貌及气凝胶中Y元素分布形式的变化规律,并分析Y对气凝胶热稳定性的作用机制。结果表明:制备的Y掺杂Al_2O_3气凝胶具有较高的初始比表面积(483 m~2/g),在高温下具有较高的比表面积保留(1 200℃处理后仍有80 m~2/g)。Y元素在Al_2O_3气凝胶中均匀分布,抑制了高温下Al~(3+)的扩散和重排,经1 200~1 300℃热处理后,Y元素由均匀分布转变为非均匀分布,在Al_2O_3颗粒表面生成Y和Al的化合物,能够进一步减少颗粒间的颈部接触,抑制烧结和相变。经1 300℃热处理后,由于Y和Al的化合物本身比表面积较低,气凝胶总的比表面积发生显著下降。  相似文献

利用固相反应法和溶胶凝胶法在不同制备参数下制备了载氧体YBaCo_4O_(7+δ)(Y114相),利用XRD检测了样品的物相组成,使用热重分析仪研究了制备参数对Y114相中低温条件下氧储存能力的影响.结果表明:以固相反应法制备的Y114相样品的中低温氧储存能力强于溶胶凝胶法;二次煅烧20 h样品的中低温氧储存能力更强;以固相反应法制备,在1 150℃二次煅烧20 h、炉冷冷却样品的非化学计量氧δ值为0.89;以溶胶凝胶法制备,在1 050℃下二次煅烧20 h、空冷冷却样品的δ值为0.83.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法合成了质子导体BaCe0.7Zr0.1Y0.2O3-δ(BCZY71)纳米粉体,研究了干凝胶到最终钙钛矿结构的转变过程,BCZY71陶瓷块体的电学性能和化学稳定性能。DTA-TG、IR、XRD结果表明经过三个热失重过程可以得到钙钛矿结构的BCZY71样品,1100℃焙烧2h以后可以得到正交相的BCZY71纳米粉末,经过1450℃烧结5h可以得到BCZY71陶瓷块体,BCZY71陶瓷块体的导电行为符合Arrhenius方程,活化能为0.67eV。BCZY71陶瓷块体化学稳定性能显示在100%C02气氛800℃下焙烧2h晶体结构没有发生变化,但是在沸水中煮沸12h以后,大部分钙钛矿结构的BCZY71转变为BaCO3。  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献

本文叙述了对海南岛及其毗邻大陆边缘白垩纪到第四纪地层岩石进行古地磁研究的全部工作过程。通过分析岩石中剩余磁矢量的磁偏角及磁倾角的变化,提出海南岛白垩纪以来经历的构造演化模式如下:早期伴随顺时针旋转而向南迁移,后期伴随逆时针转动并向北运移。联系该地区及邻区的地质、地球物理资料,对海南岛上述的构造地体运动提出以下认识:北部湾内早期有一拉张作用,主要是该作用使湾内地壳显著伸长减薄,形成北部湾盆地。从而导致了海南岛的早期构造运动,而海南岛后期的构造运动则主要是受南海海底扩张的影响。海南地体运动规律的阐明对于了解北部湾油气盆地的形成演化有重要的理论和实际意义。  相似文献

There are numerous geometric objects stored in the spatial databases. An importance function in a spatial database is that users can browse the geometric objects as a map efficiently. Thus the spatial database should display the geometric objects users concern about swiftly onto the display window. This process includes two operations:retrieve data from database and then draw them onto screen. Accordingly, to improve the efficiency, we should try to reduce time of both retrieving object and displaying them. The former can be achieved with the aid of spatial index such as R-tree, the latter require to simplify the objects. Simplification means that objects are shown with sufficient but not with unnecessary detail which depend on the scale of browse. So the major problem is how to retrieve data at different detail level efficiently. This paper introduces the implementation of a multi-scale index in the spatial database SISP (Spatial Information Shared Platform) which is generalized from R-tree. The difference between the generalization and the R-tree lies on two facets: One is that every node and geometric object in the generalization is assigned with a importance value which denote the importance of them, and every vertex in the objects are assigned with a importance value,too. The importance value can be use to decide which data should be retrieve from disk in a query. The other difference is that geometric objects in the generalization are divided into one or more sub-blocks, and vertexes are total ordered by their importance value. With the help of the generalized R-tree, one can easily retrieve data at different detail levels.Some experiments are performed on real-life data to evaluate the performance of solutions that separately use normal spatial index and multi-scale spatial index. The results show that the solution using multi-scale index in SISP is satisfying.  相似文献
