第三代头孢联合制剂舒普深治疗下呼吸道感染35例疗效观察

舒普深是舒巴坦钠与头孢哌酮钠的联合制剂，具有广谱 深谱，耐酶，高效等特点。我科应用舒普深治疗下呼吸道感染35例，收效显著。与对照组35例相比较，治疗组痊愈率及显效率均高于对照组，有显著性差异（X2＝4．35，P＜0．05；X2＝6．48，P＜0．05）。

1％吡美莫司乳膏联合NB—UVB治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的：探讨l％吡美莫司乳膏联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB—UVB）治疗白癜风的有效性和安全性。方法：选择42例白癜风患者随机分为治疗组（21例）和对照组（21例），治疗组用1％吡关莫司乳膏联合NB—UYB治疗，对照组单纯应用NB—UYB治疗，疗程3个月，定期复诊，记录治疗效果和不良反应。结果：两组平均复色率分别为76．19％和42．86％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组有3例出现轻度刺痛、红斑或烧灼感，对照组有2例出现红斑、轻微灼痛；患者均可耐受，不影响治疗，两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义。结论：1％吡美莫司乳膏联合NB—UVB治疗白癜风疗效安全有效。     

奶牛复合预混料饲养效果试验

试验选择处于产奶高峰期的奶牛20头，随机分成两组，每组10头，试验组奶牛饲喂我们自己研制的奶牛复合预混料．试验结果表明，试验组奶牛产奶量提高11．2％(p＜0．05)，单位产奶成本降低6．7％。     

清连胶囊治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎

目的 探讨清连胶囊联合5％丁苯羟酸乳膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法 将60例确诊的面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分为两组，试验组30例：采用清连胶囊口服联合5％丁苯羟酸乳膏外搽的治疗方案；对照组30例：采用单纯5％丁苯羟酸乳膏外搽的治疗方案。结果 试验组基本治愈率60％，有效率86．67％；对照组基本治愈率40％，有效率56．67％；两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论 清连胶囊能有效治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎。     

阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察

目的：观察阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：本文把75例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分成观察组40例及对照组35例，分别给予阿奇霉素和红霉素治疗，根据症状，体征，胸部X线变化将其分为显效，有效，无效。结果：观察组显效32例（80％），有效7例（18％），无效1例（2％），对照组显效17例（48％），有效17例（48％），无效1例（4％），两组显效率X^2检验有显著性差异（P＜0．05），总有效率无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论：阿奇霉素治疗肺炎支原体肺炎有较好的疗效。     

加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染的临床观察

目的：评价加替沙星治疗单纯性淋病合并沙眼衣原体和（或）解脲支原体感染的疗效与安全性。方法：病例总数72例,随机分为加替沙星组和对照组。加替沙星组35例,加替沙星片400mg,口服,每日1次,疗程10d;对照组37例,头孢曲松250mg,一次肌注,多西环素100mg,口服,一日2次。疗程10d。结果：加替沙星组和对照组临床有效率分别为91．4％、91．9％,临床痊愈率分别为85．7％、83．8％;淋球菌（NG）清除率分别为100％、97．3％,沙眼衣原体（CT）阴转率分别为94．1％、88．9％,解脲支原体（UU）清除率分别为84．6％、82．1％,差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）;不良反应发生率分别为5．7l％、24．32％（P〈0．05）,差异有显著性意义。结论：加替沙星治疗单纯性淋病合并沙眼衣原体和（或）解脲支原体感染与常规治疗方案相比,疗效相近,安全性和耐受性良好。     

地佐辛、间苯三酚合用治疗肾绞痛疗效观察

目的评价地佐辛、问苯三酚合用治疗肾绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法’肾绞痛患者120例，随机分为2组，每组60例。观察组肌注地佐辛5峭，静滴问苯三酚120mg，对照组肌注杜冷丁50嘲，静滴山莨菪碱10nlg，观察解痉、镇痛效果及其不良反应。结果治疗1h后，观察组的显效率和总有效率分别为61．6％、91．60％，对照组为46．6％、90．00％，两组比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。观察组、对照组6h内疼痛再发率分别为12．7％、33．3％，两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；观察组、对照组的不良反应发生率分别为25％、81．6％，两组比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论地佐辛与间苯三酚合用治疗肾绞痛疗效好，不良反应少。     

脂肪酶对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响研究

选择30头三元杂交（杜×长×皮）健康仔猪,按体重和性别随机分3组,每组10头仔猪,公母各半,正试期为30 d .试验饲粮分别为：对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组分别在基础日粮中添加0．02％和0．03％的脂肪酶.结果表明：与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组仔猪末体重分别提高8．53％（p＜0．05）、6．73％（p＜0．05）,平均日增重分别提高了14．17％（p＜0．05）、12．67％（p＜0．05）;试验1组、试验2组料肉比分别降低了15．66％、13．25％.与对照组相比,试验1组、试验2组腹泻率分别降低10％和30％,而每头仔猪经济效益分别提升为39．17元、33．65元.     

环丙沙星与阿洛西林钠治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果分析

目的比较环丙沙星和阿洛西林钠治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果。方法运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法,对80例分别应用环丙沙星和阿洛西林钠治疗下呼吸道感染患者的疗效及成本进行评价。结果疗程结束时,环丙沙星组（A组）和阿洛西林钠组（B组）治疗总有效率分别为87．18％和70．73％,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;两组成本-效果比显示药品总费用有效率每升高1个百分点所需增加的费用,环丙沙星组为1．7元,阿洛西林钠组为10．6元,组间相差8．9元。结论环丙沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的成本-效果比优于阿洛西林钠。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

Design and analysis of generic LBS application developing platform

Location based services is promising due to its novel working style and contents.A software platform is proposed to provide application programs of typical location based services and support new applications developing efficiently. The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
