一品红离体培养快繁研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
以观赏花卉一品红的茎段为外植体,接种于添加不同浓度激素配比的MDS培养基上,进行离体培养。实验结果表明:诱导愈伤组织形成且频率最高的培养基是MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.5(单位均为mg/L);由愈伤 组织分化不定芽的最适培养基也是:MS+6-BA2.0+NAA0.5;当苗长到3-4cm时,移到1/2MS+NAA0.2培养基上,生根效果最佳,用复合型营养土培植,移栽成活率高。  相似文献

以竹节秋海棠的幼嫩叶作外植体进行了组织培养 .结果表明:( 1)在不同激素组合的培养基上均能诱导产生丛生芽,在 MS+ BA2mg/L+ 2.4- D0.2mg/L中分化率高,芽质优;( 2) MS+ BA0.5mg/L+ NAA0.2mg/L和 MS+ BA0.5mg/L+ 2.4- D0.05mg/L培养基中有效苗获得率高,长势好;( 3)再生植株在 1/2MS+ IBA0.2mg/L+ NAA0.2mg/L培养基中的生根率达 96% .  相似文献

以春季萌发的福建山樱花嫩枝为外植体诱导丛生芽 。在1/4MS+BA1.0mg/L IBA0.1mg/L的培养基上,其丛生芽诱导率达87.5%;在继代培养中选择MS+BA1.0mg/L IBA0.1mg/L GA30.3mg/L或KT1.0mg/L NAA0.1mg/L BA30.3mg/L培养基,不定芽增殖较快。赤霉素对其不定芽的伸长有明显效果,当芽伸长在3-4cm时,切下置于生根培养基1/2MS+NAA1.0mg/L IBA1.0mg/L BA0.75mg/L中,生根率达90%以上,移栽成活率达95%。  相似文献

以南丰蜜橘种子无菌苗的子叶、上胚轴、茎端、下胚轴为材料,在不同激素配比的MS基本培养基上进行外植体筛选和诱导不定芽分化、继代及生根培养,确定了诱导植株再生的最佳外植体和最适条件:(1)诱导不定芽分化最好外植体为上胚轴,不定芽分化率达90%;(2)继代培养中最适激素配比为MS+0.8 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/LD-泛酸钙;(3)生根最适合培养基为MS/2+0.1 mg/L NAA.  相似文献

用正交设计法考察了不同浓度的6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA),萘乙酸(NAA) 蔗糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响,方差分析结果显示:糖对中华芦荟丛生芽诱导的影响最大,其次是6-BA,而AAJ了小,筛选出中华芦荟丛芽诱导的最佳培养基为MS+2.0mg/L6-BA_0.3mg/LNAA 30g/L蔗糖,并对中华芦荟丛生芽进行了生根处理,生根培养基为1/2MS+0.2mg/LNAA,获得健康的组培苗移栽成功。  相似文献

以花育22号成熟种子萌发后的下胚轴为外植体,分析了激素配比、外植体萌发日龄、AgNO3、NAA以及不同基因型对花生下胚轴植株再生的影响.结果发现,MS+6-BA(12mg/L)+NAA(0.8mg/L)的组合对下胚轴芽的分化较好,萌发4~5d的外植体用于丛生芽诱导较佳,3mg/L的AgNO3可提高下胚轴芽的分化率并有效减轻下胚轴的褐化,1mg/L的NAA利于组培苗生根,组培苗移栽后能正常开花、结实.不同基因型花生的芽诱导率存在差异.  相似文献

以蓖麻腋芽为外植体,研究了不同激素配比对外植体分化、芽增殖及生根的影响,以期为蓖麻离体快繁体系的建立及重要材料的离体保存提供重要依据.结果表明:起始培养、增殖培养及生根培养的最适培养基分别为MS+ BA 0.6mg/L+IAA0.5 mg/L;MS+BA 0.3mg/L+IAA0.2 mg/L;1/2MS+IBA0.8 mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+活性炭0.5mg/L.  相似文献

以叶用莴苣(LactucasativaL)栽培品种的幼嫩叶片为实验材料,对叶用莴苣的组织培养进行了研究,探讨愈伤组织的形成、愈伤组织分化成芽和生根的条件.结果如下6BA和NAA的浓度影响叶用莴苣愈伤组织的形成、分化和生根培养,诱导愈伤组织的最适培养基为MS+6BA(0.5mg/L)+NAA(0.1mg/L),最适分化培养基为MS+6BA(0.5mg/L)+NAA(1.0mg/L),最适生根培养基为1/2MS+NAA(0.1mg/L).  相似文献

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3~4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰~ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰~ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084~0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078~0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.  相似文献

The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
