机构投资者的持股量与公司业绩相关关系研究

以英国市场为背景,研究机构投资者的持股量对其持股公司业绩的影响.筛选出FTSE350企业中持股量大于10%的机构投资者,利用OLS和2SLS回归分析得知,机构投资者的大量持股对于企业的业绩有负面影响.同时,2SLS分析显示了该关系存在内生性,即业绩好的公司会吸引机构投资者持股量的增加.但这种影响随着行业分类因素的介入,而变得不具有持续性.总体来说,机构投资者持股量越大,对于企业产生的负面影响越大,而机构投资者倾向于投资业绩较好的公司.     

公司股权结构对其股价的影响

对于公司股权结构的研究是公司治理领域的重要课题。公司的股权集中度、内部人持股比例及机构投资者持股比例均会对公司业绩产生影响,通过企业基本面影响到公司股票在二级市场的波动;由于正反馈交易和羊群效应的存在,机构投资者的持股比例和行为对二级市场股价有着更大的影响力度。     

资本结构对农业上市公司绩效影响的实证研究

采用因子分析法对农业上市公司样本的经营绩效进行评价。以因子分析计算出来的综合得分来测量公司绩效,并且作为被解释变量。以第一大股东持股比例、前五大股东持股比例、最大股东优势指数等9个指标作为解释变量,提出假设,采用多元线性回归的方法对资本结构与经营绩效关系进行实证分析,针对分析得出的结果,提出提升农业上市公司整体绩效水平的对策和建议。     

河南省上市公司绩效影响因素研究

利用河南省67家上市公司2008-2014年的相关数据进行面板数据回归分析,考察河南省上市公司绩效的影响因素。实证结果表明,资产负债率、每股净收益、经营活动产生的现金流、第一大股东持股比例都与公司绩效正相关,而企业规模与公司绩效负相关。     

境外机构投资者持股对企业社会责任的影响

以2010～2020年我国A股上市公司为研究样本,探究境外机构投资者持股比例对企业社会责任的影响,并将内部控制作为中介变量,制度环境作为调节变量,进一步验证境外机构投资者持股比例与企业社会责任之间的内在机理.结果表明,企业的境外机构投资者持股比例与企业社会责任之间有显著的正相关关系;企业内部控制能够在两者之间发挥中介作用;制度环境对境外机构投资者持股比例与企业社会责任之间的关系具有一定的调节作用.     

政府补助对绩效改进的影响——基于机构投资者异质性的调节作用

以A股上市公司2007—2018年财务数据为样本，检验机构投资者异质性对接受政府补助公司绩效改进的影响。研究发现，机构投资者异质性影响政府补助的实施效果。与交易型机构投资者相比，在稳定型机构投资者持股的公司，补助强度与公司财务绩效和市场价值显著正相关。进一步研究发现，机构投资者持股比例越高并不能提升接受补助公司的绩效，稳定型机构投资者对接受政府补助公司绩效改进所发挥的正向调节作用仅存在于非国有企业。     

机构投资者对股价波动率的影响研究——基于2011-2013年沪市横截面数据的实证分析

选取2011-2013年上海证券交易所A股作为研究样本,运用Stata12、Excel软件,通过统计描述分析、多元回归法、虚拟变量回归法分析了机构投资者对股市波动率的影响.实证研究发现,在不同市场环境下机构投资者持股对市场稳定性所起的作用不同,随着机构投资者的壮大,个股流通市值越大,日内波动率和超额波动率越大,股市收益波动率越小;上市公司业绩越好,股价波动率越低.鉴于此,我国应扩大机构投资者队伍,根据市道适度控制基金产品的发行速度,并促进上市公司优胜劣汰、进退有序.     

机构持股、内部控制与国有企业财务绩效的关系——基于长三角国有企业的实证研究

基于国有企业混合所有制改革背景,选取长三角地区2015—2020年的国有企业为研究样本,运用混合OLS模型进行回归分析,研究在内部控制的影响下机构持股对国有企业财务绩效的影响。结果表明：机构持股提高了国有企业财务绩效,随着机构持股比例的增加,国有企业的内部控制变好,内部控制在机构持股与国有企业财务绩效之间起到了中介作用;进一步研究机构投资者的异质性时发现,引入证券基金机构投资者的效果最好。基于此,提出了国有企业需重视机构投资者的引进,同时完善自身内部控制的3点建议,为深入研究国有企业混合所有制改革提供参考。     

基于随机边界方法的银行效率与产权结构

基于随机边界方法研究了1996～2008年我国不同产权类型银行的效率差别，分析了银行效率和产权结构之间的关系.结果表明，国有股权持股比例和产权集中度均与银行效率存在显著的倒U型关系，即国有股权持股比例介于15％～50％的银行和前3大股东的持股比例介于20％～50％的银行，其效率表现最佳.此外，外资股权对国内银行的参股比例越高，其效率也越好，并且私人银行与外资股权的结合效果要优于国有产权.因此，我国银行产权改革的重点应该是通过引入不同的国有或非国有企业法人股，降低股权的集中度，从而优化银行的经营效率.     

公司资产剥离最优现金与股票支付比例研究

运用委托代理理论,对卖方公司股东期望效用最大化下的资产剥离的现金与股票支付比例进行了研究.在双方道德风险规避模型之下,当买方公司的风险规避系数很小时,卖方公司愿意接受的股票比例与买方公司愿意支付的现金金额呈负向关系;卖方公司的风险规避程度越大,则对买方公司的持股比例越小;卖方公司的最适持股比例必定介于[0,1]之间,买卖双方公司必须共同努力经营,任何一方都不能将风险完全转移给另一方,混合性支付方式是公司资产剥离的最佳选择。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.

Characterization of Ordovician carbonate reservoirs, southeastern Saskatchewan, Canada

The discovery of the prolific Ordovician Red River reservoirs in 1995 in southeastern Saskatchewan was the catalyst for extensive exploration activity which resulted in the discovery of more than 15 new Red River pools. The best yields of Red River production to date have been from dolomite reservoirs. Understanding the processes of dolomitization is, therefore, crucial for the prediction of the connectivity, spatial distribution and heterogeneity of dolomite reservoirs.The Red River reservoirs in the Midale area consist of 3～4 thin dolomitized zones, with a total thickness of about 20 m, which occur at the top of the Yeoman Formation. Two types of replacement dolomite were recognized in the Red River reservoir: dolomitized burrow infills and dolomitized host matrix. The spatial distribution of dolomite suggests that burrowing organisms played an important role in facilitating the fluid flow in the backfilled sediments. This resulted in penecontemporaneous dolomitization of burrow infills by normal seawater. The dolomite in the host matrix is interpreted as having occurred at shallow burial by evaporitic seawater during precipitation of Lake Almar anhydrite that immediately overlies the Yeoman Formation. However, the low δ18O values of dolomited burrow infills (-5.9‰～ -7.8‰, PDB) and matrix dolomites (-6.6‰～ -8.1‰, avg. -7.4‰ PDB) compared to the estimated values for the late Ordovician marine dolomite could be attributed to modification and alteration of dolomite at higher temperatures during deeper burial, which could also be responsible for its 87Sr/86Sr ratios (0.7084～0.7088) that are higher than suggested for the late Ordovician seawaters (0.7078～0.7080). The trace amounts of saddle dolomite cement in the Red River carbonates are probably related to "cannibalization" of earlier replacement dolomite during the chemical compaction.

The analysis shows that this scheme is easy implemented, low cost and adapt to all kinds of mobile nework system.     

橡胶颗粒沥青混合料低温抗裂性试验研究

以AC-13级配为基础,将橡胶颗粒代替部分集料掺入混合料中,以低温弯曲试验为评价方法对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下沥青混合料的低温抗裂性进行研究,并引入应变能密度值对混合料的低温抗裂性进行综合评价.试验结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料试件的破坏微应变均超过2 300,满足冬寒区的技术指标;无论是否掺加橡胶颗粒,随着温度的下降,沥青混合料破坏时的最大弯拉强度增大,弯拉应变降低,劲度模量增大;弯曲应变能密度在胶粒掺量为1%左右时具有较大的弯曲应变能密度值,此时橡胶颗粒沥青混合料具有较好的低温抗裂性.

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
